Job purpose
The role of Junior Creative Project Manager is integral to the day to day running and delivery of projects and therelationship management between commissioning teams across the organisation, our in-house creatives, andour external suppliers.
·Contribute to the Communication function's purpose of ensuring that all content and communications areof an appropriate high standard, consistent with NSPCC's brand and key messages.

Purpose

Strategy and leadership:

The Head of Business Development is a key leadership position within Development Pathways. The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for business development. They will lead a small team in London and engage with our offices in Kenya, Australia and Jordan to support and guide them as they engage in business development. The Role

You will be responsible for our communications and digital marketing strategy to drive and increase supporter engagement. Experience and Skills
·Experience working in a Communications & Marketing role within the charity sector, preferably an international children’s charity.

·Knowledge of various social media channels and understanding of the granularity of audiences.
·Experience of using a range of multi-media tools (e.g., Canva, InDesign) to create engaging content to support fundraising campaigns, increase brand awareness, and help drive donations.
·Knowledge of maximising sponsored campaigns and creating targeted posts (notably, on LinkedIn).
·An aptitude to work both independently and as part of a small team who all work remotely.
·A sound knowledge of English (written and verbal).

We are partnering with Tearfund on this new role, which will co-lead the Church and Supporter Engagement team. This role, the Head of Church and Supporter Engagement (Churches), will focus on developing relationships with churches to maximise income and engagement.
Tearfund is a Christian organisation who work with local churches and organisations in over 50 countries to tackle the complex challenges of poverty and support the lives of those in greatest economic need, through sustainable development, and by responding to disasters and challenging injustice. Their vision is to see people freed from poverty, living transformed lives and reaching their God-given potential.
You will be responsible for growing the number of churches giving and engaging with Tearfund, growing the number of individuals engaged through churches and events, retaining and building loyalty among existing supporting churches, and growing income and engagement with new church networks.
Your responsibilities include achieving challenging annual fundraising targets, both cash income and regular giving, aligned with the UK fundraising strategy. You will work to ensure that all fundraising activity is aligned with Tearfund’s wider vision, mission, and brand identity. As part of this, you will manage agency partners for fundraising campaigns and will be responsible for a large, complex budget. You will lead a team of approximately 25 people across the UK

About the role
We’re looking for a motivated, communicative, and knowledgeable Public Affairs Officer to join our Policy and Influencing Team, to help us achieve the positive change children and young people with cancer across the UK, and their families, need in the health system. This means amplifying the voices of young cancer patients and delivering evidence-based campaigns that make change happen.
The Public Affairs Officer is responsible for supporting the Policy and Influencing Team with public affairs expertise to deliver the key components of our influencing work in England and UK-Wide (Westminster). You will help us influence the system for children and young people with cancer and their families, so we can change experiences of having cancer and ensure children and young people’s voices are heard.
