About us

Who we are

Empowering Connections, Driving Results

At Trinity Group, we specialise in face-to-face fundrising and field sales marketing, bringing a personal touch to each campaign we undertake.

Founded over two decades ago by our co-founders Paul and Danny, our journey began with a vision to transform traditional sales and marketing approaches. Now, with established offices across Ireland, the UK, the USA, and Australia, we stand as leaders committed to setting industry standards.

Our culture and values

At Trinity Group, we believe in the power of human connection to drive positive change. Our work is rooted in the conviction that:

  • Every cause has a story worth sharing.
We help amplify the voices of organisations working to make the world more just, compassionate, and sustainable.

  • Face-to-face interaction is powerful.
In a digital age, genuine, real-world conversations still hold unmatched influence when it comes to inspiring action and building trust.

  • People care deeply when given the chance.
We connect individuals to causes that align with their values, turning passive interest into active support.

  • Ethical fundraising is non-negotiable.
Transparency, honesty, and respect are the foundation of every interaction we facilitate.

Equality, diversity and inclusion policy

At Trinity Group, we believe that everyone deserves to feel welcome, supported, and valued at work—no matter who they are or where they come from.

We’re proud to be building a team that reflects the diversity of the world around us. That’s why we’re committed to fairness, inclusivity, and equal opportunity across everything we do—from how we hire, to how we support our people every day.
