Your core responsibility will be to support the planning and execution of engaging fundraising campaigns to acquire new supporters for RBL through channels such as DRTV, Face-to-Face fundraising and offline channels including partially addressed mail, inserts and door-drops.
From coordinating project delivery to managing campaign budgets, you'll be assisting the Supporter Acquisition Manager to ensure our marketing aligns with our strategy and product messaging. You’ll be responsible for briefing, developing, and obtaining sign off on campaign assets for a range of different products, from legacy to regular giving and cash appeals to lottery, including the Poppy Appeal – the nation's biggest and longest running fundraising campaign. And your commitment to compliance will ensure that all campaigns adhere to industry regulations and internal guidelines.
To achieve this, you will play a vital part in developing and maintaining relationships with internal teams such as Brand who are responsible for RBL’s image and external suppliers, like our creative agencies who produce campaign assets.
Post-campaign, your analytical skills will come into play as you conduct detailed analysis and present your findings and recommendations to help continually improve campaigns and inform future marketing activity.

You will be responsible for:
- Providing a high standard of stewardship for supporters, nurturing existing supporters, thanking donors, and supporting charity events, such as our supporter reception.
- Developing our charity fundraising appeals
- Developing and promoting the challenge events portfolio.
- Keeping the fundraising pages updated, helping to design and produce fundraising materials (flyers and fundraising packs).
- You will be working closely with the Fundraising and Development Manager and will be required to support the wider Communications team where needed with additional fundraising activities.
This position is home-based with occasional travel for fundraising events.
Initially a 12 month contract, but with the possibility of becoming a permanent position for the right candidate.
A driving license isn’t essential. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required for events.
The successful candidate will be IT literate, an excellent communicator, highly organised with a strong attention to detail.
A background in fundraising is required, although this could be from voluntary work. An understanding of ME/CFS is desirable.

Stewardship
- Monitoring the fundraising inbox, acting as a first point of contact for a wide range of supporters and enquirers.
- Developing individual giving income through enhanced communications, great stewardship and supporting on fundraising appeals.
- Nurturing our regular givers and looking for ways to grow our regular-giving donor base.
- Completing thanking processes efficiently for donations.
- Developing and managing tools and resources to support fundraising events such as sending out t-shirts, posters, flyers, donation boxes and fundraising packs when requested.
- Liaising with the communications team to create promotional materials to advertise events through the website and social media channels to increase engagement.
Administration
- Keeping accurate records of all prospect and supporter interactions on our CRM system, Raisers Edge NXT.
- Optimising fundraising and donation opportunities at key charity events, researching and recording information.
- Supporting the Fundraising and Development Manager as and when needed.
- Working with colleagues across, communications and services teams to ensure a smooth flow of information to support fundraising promotion and engagement.

Head of Individual Giving
Since 2018, Connect: North Korea (CNK) has grown from a small community start-up into an effective and impactful organisation with an annual income of approaching £500,000, mainly through grants from Trusts and Foundations. We now want to develop our individual giving programme to build our unrestricted income and secure our long term growth.
As our new Head of Individual Giving, you will be responsible for growing our income from our individual and corporate base to help us reach more vulnerable members of our community. You will lead on individual fundraising relationships and initiatives, including appeals, fundraising campaigns, and all direct marketing activities and communications. You will position us in our supporters’ minds and encourage them to actively support CNK in 2025 and beyond.

Design and deliver our annual major donor giving programme. Cultivate, communicate and inspire new major donors to join us with the aim of increasing our current major donor pool by 10%. Steward current donors, keep in touch, craft compelling asks to support their progression towards more frequent or higher-value donations.

Report monthly to the CEO on the success of campaigns and programming, income raised, number of new supporters/followers, conversion rates, offering insight on ROI, learnings and how we will incorporate this learning to improve how we do things in future.

US Individual Giving Programme:

Staff & Volunteer Management:

Over 55,000 men are diagnosed every year in the UK with testicular, prostate, or penile cancer. Orchid is the UK’s leading charity working in the area of male-specific cancers.

Donation Administration and CRM Management (~20%)
- Manage the CRM system, ensuring donor and partner data is accurate, up-to-date, and effectively utilised for engagement and reporting.
- Partner with the Operations team to ensure all donations, invoices and tracking is completed in a timely manner with follow up to donors as required.
- Oversee donor reporting, generating data insights and analytics to inform future strategies and donor retention efforts.
- Manage reconciliation processes and ensure development data and financial data are in alignment.
- Collaborate with the team on CRM system training and improvements and support data migration if necessary.
General Administration and Team Support (~10%)
- Provide administrative support to the Partnerships and Development team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing materials for donor presentations.
- Assist with special projects and additional fundraising and partnership tasks as needed.

We are looking for an experienced Immigration and Public Law Solicitor to join our team in London. RLS has experienced tremendous growth in the past 3 years, including the award of an Immigration and a Public Law Legal Aid Contracts. Job purpose and responsibilities
The central objectives of this post are:
