Role purpose

As part of our strategy, you will be responsible for leading the delivery, direction, and management of our ambitions to empower a more diverse range of young people with opportunities to develop essential leadership and life skills regardless of their background.

You will act as an influential member of the organisation’s Leadership Team to set, establish and deliver the Programmes and Projects Strategy aimed at supporting growth, reach, and impact of Leadership Skills Foundation programmes among underserved and/or under-represented communities and individuals.

In addition to establishing and managing relationships with external stakeholders at national, regional, and local levels, you will work as a pivotal member of the leadership team to embed this area of work across the organisation and benefit thousands of young people across the UK.

This role will require positive and proactive internal working relationships to be created with other teams and colleagues to support organisational objectives and goals.

Main duties and responsibilities

1.Responsible for leading and managing agreed and supported programmes, creating and supporting effective implementation and delivery systems.

2. Empower and equip programme team members, allocating resource to effectively deliver agreed and supported projects and their goals/KPIs.

3. Work collaboratively with partners and stakeholders to successfully influence and deliver agreed programme objectives and key results.

4. Manage agreed programme budgets and forecasting liaising with Leadership Skills Foundation colleagues and funders as appropriate.

5. Responsibility for implementing internal performance metrics to demonstrate effectiveness, influencing programme management, monitoring and evaluation.

6. Ensure all project milestones, contractual and reporting requirements are met to the agreed standard.

7. Develop and present clear insight and analysis to drive the improvement of strategic, business and operational planning and delivery.

8. Develop management practices that support consistent programme delivery and high-quality outcomes.

9. Ensure risk management and mitigation processes are in place across all programmes and communicated effectively.

10. Maintain a working knowledge and up to date awareness of the landscape and audiences the Leadership Skills Foundation works with and aspires to work with.

About The Role

The Social Mobility and Widening Participation Senior Officer is a vital member of the department. The post-holder will lead on the development, delivery and evaluation of sustained outreach initiatives. They will also be involved in a range of other challenging projects run across the Social Mobility and Widening Participation Department.

This role will co-lead on the delivery of K+, supporting participants on our arts, humanities and social science pathways. K+ is King’s flagship widening participation programme for sixth form and college students. The post-holder will be responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive range of events for Year 12 participants as part of non-residential Spring and Summer Schools. This will involve working collaboratively with schools and teachers within Greater London and King’s target regions, King’s faculties and with corporate and charity partners.

The post holder will work closely with the wider Post-16 Programmes team, student ambassadors and key partner staff. This role is responsible to the Social Mobility and Widening Participation Manager.

Main purpose and scope of role

Working closely with the President and the Board of Trustees, the CEO will provide strategic vision and leadership and will strive to ensure that IPWSO delivers its charitable purposes and remains successful and sustainable.

Duties and Responsibilities (to include but not limited to)

Leadership

· Strive to ensure that the charitable purposes of IPWSO are followed and that it delivers the public benefit set out in its governing document.

· Take overall responsibility for the management and administration of IPWSO.

· Provide support and information to the Board of Trustees to enable trustees to fulfil their roles and legal responsibilities.

· Pursue close cooperation with, and accountability to, IPWSO’s members.

· Act as an ambassador for IPWSO by representing IPWSO at events and networking to build new strategic relationships.

Islamic Relief UK (IRUK) is actively recruiting for the position of ‘Digital Partnerships Coordinator’ on a full time, permanent basis, to be based from its Waterloo Office, London. The organisation is currently operating to a hybrid working model.

The purpose of the role is to maintain existing and develop new partnerships with social media influencers, and digital publishers, to broaden the reach of Islamic Relief UK’s messaging and campaigns, as part of Islamic Relief UK’s wider influencer programme.

To raise funds for Islamic Relief’s life-saving programmes by leveraging new and existing digital partnerships.

The successful candidate must have:

• Demonstrable experience of implementing digital engagement and social media campaigns to garner support for a cause
• Understanding of the major technology-driven changes and trends affecting the online media and advertising industries
• Experience of creating convincing proposals, pitch documents and/or presentations to attract new partnerships or sponsorships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Managing influencer marketing campaigns and/or campaigns with digital/social media publishers
• Recruiting high profile individuals and/or social media influencers to support marketing campaigns
• Developing digital content geared towards the British Muslim community
• Experience in live video production, and utilising live video to deliver engagement and communicate interesting and/or urgent messages to supporters and would be supporters
• Relationship and stakeholder management
• Negotiating and influencing, both internally and externally
• Understanding of charity/third sector marketing
• Be able to deliver presentations and sell new ideas at board level.

RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Creating, developing and evaluating hyh’s online and social media presence to engage supporters, stakeholders and the wider public and to maximise digital fundraising opportunities. The role also supports the development of digital content to support service delivery at the charity leading on public and internal comms.

Develop and grow TikTok content which is engaging and educational, becoming hyh’s expert on this channel

About the role
Here for You is Breast Cancer Now’s personalised referral route to all of our services. 
There are 2 roles, both of which are responsible for making initial and follow up calls to primary and secondary breast cancer patients. 
We’re expanding our team due to demand and to continue to  ensure patients get calls within service level agreements. And to provide timely and trusted information and support to people diagnosed with breast cancer. This involves responding to safeguarding issues, collecting data, and deliver excellent information on the phone. 
The role also involves collaborating with colleagues focusing on the Here for You expansion and integration, as well as working with colleagues across the primary services, secondary services and personalised support services. The role also liaises with our Helpline team.

About you 
For both of these roles, we’re looking for enthusiasm and people with strong communication skills (especially on the phone) and who have experience of working in a fast-paced and people-facing environment. The right candidates will provide quality phone calls and be willing to adapt and innovate. We’re looking for team players, who understand the importance of co-production and who are motivated by providing information to breast cancer patients. You’ll bring excellent verbal and written communication skills and thrive on creating an inclusive work environment and working across multiple teams.
