As the Fundraising Community Coordinator you will be responsible for posting on our Facebook Groups, supporting the Virtual Events Assistant to create engaging content that will inspire and uplift our supporters, driving positive interactions within the community. Reporting to the Director of Operations and working closely with the National Leadership Team representative for national events, you will manage the events team to deliver excellent service and event support for all New Wine events. This exciting role involves overseeing all aspects of event production, from content development to logistics and delegate management. Event Team Leadership:

Event Planning:

Manage and oversee the New Wine events calendar to ensure that events are planned in a coordinated manner.

Set up and chair event planning meetings for national events, monitoring that planning is on schedule and within budget.

Support Event Managers in the planning and delivery of smaller events.

Manage external consultants and professionals who support with delivery of events including Production Project Manager and Technical Production Manager.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Oversee the production, delegate and team experience on-site at any New Wine event. This includes managing the Production Project manager, front desk service team and back-office functions such as ticketing, accommodation, village allocation, telephone and email response, and volunteer team leader oversight and engagement.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
In consultation and verified compliance with the objectives, standards, and requirements of PETA, PETA France, PETA US, and PETA Science Consortium International e.V, the successful candidate will undertake the following:
- Independently research and interpret a variety of scientific, political, policy-driven, and other issues related to animal testing in order to further PETA’s goals
- Build networks and coordinate meetings with key policymakers and other stakeholders
- Write factsheets, white papers, reports, correspondence, and other literature
- Build relationships and maintain communication with key audiences, particularly decision-makers in the legislative and administrative arenas
- Lead meetings with parliamentarians, companies, and legislators and present at conferences

More about the role:
The Database and Gifts Officer role is integral to the Development and Alumnae Relations (DAR) department, supporting the school’s fundraising and engagement efforts. The Minerva London service provides holistic, trauma-informed support for women in touch with the Criminal Justice System. We do this through offering dedicated one to one support, safer women’s centre spaces and specialist interventions and partnerships.

You will be working in a supportive, friendly, and welcoming team whilst having oversight of a caseload of women, who may be under the supervision of the National Probation Service or in custody, enhancing the offer of holistic support and advocacy services available to them throughout their journey.
Building relationships with other statutory and non-statutory agencies in local communities is vital to build referral pathways and provide a whole system approach to supporting individuals.
To carry out this work you will meet women in the community in your designated borough and co-locate with other agencies including the National Probation Service, as well as regularly attending Advance’s North London vibrant Women’s Centre/office space.
You will be a creative self-starter who will support the service and look for innovative solutions to support clients with complex needs. You are confident professional relationship builder and has good awareness of Safeguarding procedures. Strong Administration skills and understanding of compliant behaviours also experience of supporting. With good knowledge of the criminal justice system and awareness of other support provisions.

About The Role
The Social Mobility and Widening Participation Senior Officer is a vital member of the department. The post-holder will lead on the development, delivery and evaluation of sustained outreach initiatives. This role will co-lead on the delivery of K+, supporting participants on our arts, humanities and social science pathways. K+ is King’s flagship widening participation programme for sixth form and college students.
