Working closely with the Head of Innovation and Assessment and our grant and venture teams, you will help ensure that Ufi is informed about and is applying new technologies to deliver Ufi’s grant funding and partnership activities.
With colleagues and external partners, you will help co-ordinate grant calls, administer the VocTech Ignite programme and become a source of internal expertise on the potential of new technologies. You will be working with colleagues across Ufi to support the early stages of the grant and support pipeline, including assessment and the VocTech Ignite programme. This will require engagement with the Ufi pool of expert support and the Ufi assessors, ensuring that the right match of skills can support each grant cohort. In addition, you will be bringing your enthusiasm for technology, particularly the technology that supports learning and skills, to the wider team and helping to strengthen the in-team expertise.
This is a responsible, fast-paced role. Creativity and enthusiasm supported by practical delivery skills are essential.

We are a looking for an experienced and highly motivated Programme Lead: Enterprise who will be responsible for bringing a unit on the Trust’s land back into operation as a functioning venue and subsequently will be responsible for the management and programming of the dual-use space for community and commercial use, including looking for opportunities to enhance the potential of the venue through creative methods. Reporting to the Public Engagement Manager, the Public Engagement Officer will work as part of a team to deliver our mission of meaningfully involving patients and the public across Academy activities and in the way we work.
You will collaborate with colleagues across the Academy, our Fellows and our grant awardees to help deliver projects that ensure the Academy connects with patients, carers and members of the public in new and accessible ways. You will provide proactive and efficient secretariat and administrative support to the Executive and Non-Executive Teams, working closely with the Leadership Team to support the fulfilment of their day-to-day tasks and strategic objectives.
The role includes supporting and organising meetings and reports, and minuting of executive meetings. In addition to general PA and administrative duties, you will provide a cohesive secretariat function to support the smooth and efficient operation of the Mind THNR Board and its sub-committees.

We are seeking an experienced mixed methods social researcher, with a particular interest and expertise in evaluation. Whilst the role is varied, the primary focus is the formative, developmental and summative evaluation and iterative refinement of a range ofservice-level and place-based and/or systemic change initiatives focused on improving outcomes for children, families and communities. The work involves applying mixed methods and working with an inter-disciplinary team (internally and with collaborating partners).

With Ace of Clubs, homelessness charity approaching their 30th Anniversary Year, this is an impactful and engaging time to join the charity. Your role as Community and Volunteering Co-ordinator will be pivotal in these developments.
You will be supporting, coordinating and administrating the charity’s amazing supporters and volunteers. This requires sustaining and building strong relationships with those who generously contribute in various ways—whether through time, money, practically or professionally. Our supporters and volunteers are key for the charity's sustainability.

1. Support the fundraising function, including:

Event and campaign management: Assist with planning and coordination for our key fundraising initiatives, including gala dinners, carol concerts, appeals, comedy nights, and third-party fundraising events. ABOUT DEMOCRACY CLASSROOM
Democracy Classroom is a partnership between over 100 civil society organisations that supports young people to engage in elections and democracy. The network supports collaboration through newsletters, training, meet up’s and an annual conference, as well as providing resources and training for teachers and youth practitioners. Democracy Classroom pools the collective support of the sector through the Democracy Classroom Platform, where teachers and youth workers can access the collective support of the membership.
Following the recent General Election, the network has experienced growth and is now preparing to support upcoming elections, votes at 16 and new developments such as changes to democratic education and the curriculum review. The network is non-partisan and works across all 4 nations in the UK.
The aims of the network include:
Increasing the number of young people engaging with democracy and elections.
Increasing the number of teachers and youth workers delivering democratic education, and strengthening their capacity to deliver impactful democratic engagement and voter registration activities in schools, colleges and youth settings across the UK.
Improving coordination between organisations engaging young people across the youth, education and democracy sectors, through growing the Democracy Classroom network.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The post holder will work with the Director and the Programme Manager of Democracy Classroom to support the growth of the Democracy Classroom network by managing the website / platform. They will:
- Liaise with partners to compile learning resources and training opportunities to share on the platform.
- Add resources, training opportunities and other relevant information to the platform as required.
- Ensure the platform is kept up to date and accessible.
- Support Democracy Classroom communication channels - producing Democracy Classroom newsletters and creating engaging social media content to highlight the work of partners, their learning resources and training opportunities, on the platform.
The post holder will also:
- Coordinate training for teachers and youth workers to deliver election education materials.
- Manage the Democracy Classroom database.
- Assist with monitoring and evaluation.
- Provide administrative support for the Democracy Classroom network and other The Politics Project programmes and activities where required.
The job is based on a 12 month, fixed term contract (including a 6-month probation period), with opportunities for extension.
The Politics Project is based in London, and the post holder will be expected to work from the office at least two days a week. The hours of work are 37.5 hrs per week. Occasional travel to elsewhere in the UK and working unsocial hours in the evenings and at weekends may be required.

The Role
