Location: Hybrid working with office in central London and options for flexibility to work from home. The postholder will be expected to attend our central London office regularly.
About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Campaigns, the post-holder will lead and oversee the design and development of Good Law Project’s digital marketing strategy and implement successful digital marketing campaigns to achieve audience impact, ambitious growth plans that engage existing and acquire new donors and supporters through Good Law Project’s owned digital channels.

What we're looking for
- Proven ability to design and deliver effective digital marketing strategies in either a nonprofit or political campaigns setting
- Proven experience of growing an audience and increasing supporters, donors and customers for a cause led brand
- Proven ability to design successful growth marketing campaigns to engage and acquire new supporters across a range of channels
- An excellent eye for design, with experience producing posts on Canva, Photoshop or Illustrator
- Ability to write compelling copy for Facebook and Instagram
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations based on the results
- Experience of effective line management and of supporting a high performing team working in an agile, reactive environment
- Experience managing a campaign budget
- Proactive in suggesting creative ideas for new compelling content
- Experience commissioning content and managing freelancers

How Will You Make a Difference?
The Head of Operations collaborates closely with the CEO and SLT to oversee and manage Amna's operations, ensuring the seamless delivery of programmes to reach the communities we serve. Responsible for the efficient management of risk managemet, safety and security, administration and logistics, people and culture, finance, safeguarding, ITC, the role holder plays a key role in maintaining compliance with Amna's guidelines, donors’ rules and regulations, and local laws across programmes and operations. The Head of Operations actively contributes to Amna's mission of serving refugee and displaced communities, striving to achieve organisational goals through effective operational management.
The Head of Operations reports to the CEO and is responsible for managing a dedicated team of three, a Finance Manager, People and Culture Manager and an Operations Officer.
Key responsibilities:
Comprehensive Risk and Safety Management:
- Conduct risk assessments taking into account the diverse geographical locations of team members, organizational partners, and the nature of projects.
- Assess risks related to grant funding, considering factors such as grant application processes, funding disbursement, and compliance requirements.
- Develop and implement risk management plans specific to partnerships, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Stay informed about international and local regulations impacting the NGO sector, ensuring organizational compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all operating regions.
- Develop and enforce safety and security protocols tailored to Amna’s diverse operational contexts, ensuring staff and partner safety.
- Work closely with relevant teams to integrate risk management into project planning and decision-making processes.
- Work closely with Amna’s partners to establish and monitor safety focal points in each operational area, coordinating real-time safety updates and responses.
- Develop emergency preparedness plans, including evacuation and contingency planning, and ensure they are updated.
- Regularly communicate risk assessments, mitigation strategies, and updates to the management team.

Financial Planning and Oversight:
- Financial Leadership and Planning: Provide strategic oversight of Amna’s financial health and alignment with organisational goals, identifying trends and opportunities for resource optimisation. Collaborate on budgeting processes to ensure efficient and accurate financial forecasting, with a focus on impact-driven allocation.
- Monitoring and Cost Optimisation: Work closely with budget holders to implement cost-saving measures, ensuring effective resource distribution across operational areas. Regularly assess and enhance financial planning systems for better efficiency and accuracy.
- Internal Controls and Reporting: Oversee high-level financial reporting processes, working with the Finance Manager to ensure clarity, accountability, and strategic alignment. Support the preparation of financial reports for key stakeholders, including the Board, Senior Leadership Team, and donors.
- Annual Reporting and Compliance: Lead the preparation of Amna’s annual report, highlighting achievements and financial performance. Provide guidance on audit and internal control processes, in coordination with the Finance Manager, to maintain high compliance standards.
- Due Diligence and Partnerships: Coordinate with the Finance Manager on due diligence for new partner recruitment, upholding Amna’s financial and operational standards.
Oversight of People and Culture:
- Responsible for the recruitment and retention strategy.
- Lead recruitment and onboarding processes for senior positions.
- Assess and address skills and knowledge gaps through performance reviews. Ensure organizational development by identifying necessary training modules in collaboration with external trainers.
- Implement initiatives to enhance team capabilities and align skill sets with organizational objectives.
- Champion DEI initiatives within Amna, fostering an inclusive workplace culture that values diversity and ensures equal opportunities for all.
- Act as a custodian of the organizational culture, ensuring that values are upheld within the team and aligned with the mission and vision of Amna.
- Support the overall well-being of staff, aligning with Amna's wellbeing strategy.

Robust Safeguarding Implementation:

- Conduct annual safeguarding refresher sessions for the team, collaborating with external experts as needed to deliver specialized training programs. Ensure that all staff members, partners, and relevant stakeholders receive updated and comprehensive training on safeguarding principles.
- Investigate any safeguarding concerns or incidents reported within the organization or related to its activities.

- Manage internal communication platforms, promoting consistent and clear communication of policies, guidelines, and organizational updates.
- Ensure effective operation of the organization's online platforms.
- Coordinate internal and external events, meetings and conferences.
- Implement best practices to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage assets and knowledge system to ensure that critical information is accessible and effectively shared across teams.
Information Technology (IT):
- Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure the secure and efficient use of technology resources.
- Establish and manage data backup and recovery procedures.
- Monitor and manage software licenses and coordinate with relevant departments to optimize software usage.
- Plan procurement, installation, and retirement of hardware devices.
- Implement strategies for efficient hardware lifecycle management.
- Oversee the organization's use of cloud services, ensuring security, cost-effectiveness, and optimal performance.
Legal and Data Protection Oversight:
- Stay abreast of relevant national and international laws, regulations, and legal developments impacting operations.
- Lead in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents and contracts.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy laws.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to safeguard the organization's handling of sensitive information.
- Safeguard the organization's intellectual property rights.
- Develop strategies for the protection and enforcement of trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual assets.
- Ensure all Amna’s staff are well informed and trained in data handling and protection.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Expert qualification (Qualified accountant) or in at least one relevant area demonstrating advanced proficiency and specialized knowledge.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in managerial roles within international/NGO organizations, with a focus on HR, administration, IT, financial management, risk management and legal affairs.
- Understanding of UK Charity Commission regulations.
- Experience with cloud services and knowledge of IT policies and procedures.
- Deep understanding of DEI principles and proven experience in championing DEI initiatives within organizations.
- Extensive experience in financial planning, budgeting, and grant management within the NGO sector.
- Expertise in conducting risk assessments, developing risk management plans, and ensuring compliance with international and local regulations.
- In-depth knowledge of safeguarding principles, policies, and practices within international organizations.

Remuneration Package

We're seeking a Communications and Fundraising Officer to join our team.
IPSEA is a national charity that works to ensure that children and young people with SEND receive the educational support they are legally entitled to. Since we were formed in 1983, we have helped to improve the education experience of thousands of children and young people with all kinds of SEND. We do this by providing free and independent legal advice and casework support, undertaking policy work and delivering training on the SEND law framework.
This newly created position is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in advancing our communications and fundraising strategies. You’ll improve external communications for our charity and help us to raise the funds needed to expand our impact.

About CoppaFeel!
CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.
We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.
Breast cancer does not need to be detected late, and as long as we are here and continue to be supported by people like you, we will do all we can to make sure this doesn’t continue to happen.
The Role
The Social Media Executive is an integral role within the Marketing team at CoppaFeel! and will play an essential part in supporting our 3-year organisational growth strategy. The Social Media Executive needs to be social obsessed with a keen eye for new and emerging trends that will ensure CoppaFeel!’s social channels organically reach our 18 - 24 year old target audience.
In this role you’ll work with our Social Media Manager to execute and manage the delivery of our social media strategy. You will be responsible for engaging with our community across social channels, content creation and ensuring we stay on top of emerging trends. You will work collaboratively with the wider Marketing, Fundraising, Operations and Education teams within the organisation.
The right candidate will be proactive, creative and organised, as well as being fully immersed in youth culture and digital trends. Ultimately you will have a real desire to make a difference, ensuring that all breast cancers are diagnosed early.
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office 2 days per week.
You will report to the Social Media Manager and sit within the Marketing team. This role will work closely with the Marketing Executive, Volunteer Community Executive and the Individual Giving Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
- As the heartbeat heartbeat of our social channels, you’ll deliver best in class community management, engaging with CoppaFeel!’s audience and encouraging interaction. This will involve monitoring and responding to comments, messages and proactively reaching out to relevant people across our social channels in a timely manner.
- Create engaging content that engages with our target audience and reflects CoppaFeel!’s brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Support with the scheduling of content across our social media channels using SproutSocial.
- Feed into monthly analytics and reporting that can be used to inform the social strategy.
- Work alongside our Education and Fundraising teams to promote awareness and fundraising activities with our online communities.
- Build relationships with new and existing supporters and content creators.
- Work with the Education team to mobilise UBT and CoppaChallenge participants across social channels to maximise peer-to-peer reach.
- Stay up to date with industry news, to enable us to be innovative and promote the growth of our channels.
- Work with young people to ensure that our social channels are the product of co-creation.
- Set up paid activations to boost best performing content across Instagram and TikTok.
Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications
Essential
- Proven working experience in a social media role (1 year+)
- High degree of professional/and or personal familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube etc.
- Experience using Canva with an aptitude for visual design.
- Experience of using social scheduling tools.
- Experience activating paid social campaigns.

- Social media obsessed, with finger on the pulse for all new and emerging trends.

The HR and Team Coordinator will help ensure that Purposeful Ventures runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities and duties
Provide effective and efficient HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle for both Purposeful Ventures and its incubated ventures and funds, including:
- being the first point of contact for the HR mailbox;
- managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes;
- coordinating all HR admin processes;
- upkeep of the HR Information System, CharlieHR; and
- administration of all recruitment procedures from job application to appointment, using Team Tailor.
Contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the Purposeful Ventures Team, by providing team coordination and administrative support, including:
- being the first point of contact for general enquiries;
- managing the team calendar;
- supporting the external IT services contractor;
- providing research and administrative support to the COO;

Fundraising is still a relatively new activity for DFN Project SEARCH and this role presents the opportunity to play a key part in its expansion to support the further growth of the charity and enable young adults with a learning disability to lead healthier, happier, and more independent lives.

It’s been an exciting year for the CoppaFeel! Marketing team; we’ve had a brand refresh, onboarded new agencies, launched award winning campaigns and grown a partnership with Love Island. We are looking for an exceptional Head of Content who will be responsible for the management, production and strategic placement of all organic content across CoppaFeel!’s channels. You will help shape CoppaFeel!’s approach to content so that it appeals, resonates with and converts 18 - 24 year olds across digital and social channels.
You will work alongside other Heads of Dept, bringing your expertise and knowledge to leadership discussions to help shape the future of the organisation.
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office 2 days per week. You will be required to attend the office for quarterly team meetings, department meetings and in person training, we will provide plenty of notice for when you are required to be in for these purposes.
You will report to the Marketing Director and line manage the Social Manager and Digital Marketing Manager, and you will have exposure to the Senior Management Team.

Duties and Responsibilities

About the role
Our passionate Regional Casework Coordinators are SSAFA’s front line of support for members of the armed forces community in need. They are the first point of contact for all beneficiaries into the Regional Office, assessing needs and allocating the case to one of our volunteer caseworkers.
You will sometimes handle complex problems from individuals who may be distressed, identifying the presenting and potential underlying needs to determine the best way to support the beneficiary. You will have ownership of cases from beginning to end, coordinating the casework process in a timely manner and ensure that the beneficiary journey is at the centre of the Service. You will have the opportunity to shape processes and procedures within the office which will lead to improvements in the service offered to clients.
To help you establish yourself in this new post you will receive excellent training and induction to SSAFA.
Whilst the post is homebased, to be eligible for this role you are required to live in the East of England region in Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, or Essex. There will be occasional travel around the East of England Region, and you will be required to travel for quarterly face to face team meetings.
About the team
The team work remotely and pride themselves in maintaining a close working bond which ensures the smooth operation of the office. You will work closely with volunteers from the five SSAFA branches in the East of England, supporting them to administer casework for SSAFA beneficiaries. ABOUT THE ROLE
As Marketing Coordinator, you’ll work closely with our Head of Marketing, Shannon Phillips, to bring the Breathworks story to life. From creating engaging content for social media to designing marketing materials and coordinating our free Community of Practice, you’ll play a vital role in helping us reach more people in need.
In this varied role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Content Creation: Crafting visuals, videos, and marketing materials that resonate with our audience.
- Community Development: Engaging with our online mindfulness community and boosting participation in our events.
- Social Media Management: Driving our presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Website & SEO: Writing blogs and ensuring our online content remains up-to-date and SEO-friendly.
- Email Marketing: Supporting our monthly newsletters and maintaining segmented mailing lists.
You’ll also have the chance to collaborate on fundraising campaigns, event promotion, and even represent Breathworks at conferences.
