We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Sexual Violence Paralegal to join our Sexual Violence Legal team and support the delivery of our pioneering Sexual Violence Legal Pilot. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, survivor-centred legal service committed to improving access to justice for those affected by sexual violence.
As a key member of the legal team, you will assist lawyers with casework, support client care, and ensure the smooth operation of our legal advice service. Your role will be integral to ensuring survivors receive high-quality, compassionate, and informed legal support.

Women and Girls Network (WGN) was established in 1987 and has spent over 30 years supporting women and girls across London affected by gendered violence. This includes childhood sexual abuse, domestic violence, rape, prostitution (including trafficking and sexual exploitation), female genital mutilation (FGM), and so-called ‘honour’ based crimes such as forced marriage. Our goal is to promote, preserve, and restore the mental health and wellbeing of women and girls, to empower them to make a total and sustainable recovery from the experiences of violence.

nia is recruiting for a Young Women and Girls Advocate as part of a pan-London project for minoritised young women and girls. The CouRAGEus project is a partnership between 12 leading organisations (WGN, Ashiana, IKWRO, London Black Women’s Project, Solace Women’s Aid, nia, Southall Black Sisters, Respond, Jewish Women’s Aid, Galop, Advance and Imkaan) in the VAWG sector established to provide advocacy, specialist mental health advocacy, counselling, VAWG awareness and well-being programs for minority young women and girls experiencing violence against women and girls, mental health and/or multiple disadvantages.
The post is currently funded until March 2027. In the role of Young Women and Girls Advocate you will hold a caseload of minoritised young women and girls aged 14-24 years old who have been subjected to sexual violence. You will work from a trauma-informed feminist framework, recognising multiple and overlapping oppressions. You will support those whose choose to report through the criminal justice process. In addition, the role involves providing broader support to young women and girls to address the multiple impacts of VAWG. The advocate will work with the wider young women’s team to deliver group work and prevention activities.
About you
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Rape Crisis Service in a supportive feminist organisation. We’re looking for a highly organised and self-motivated woman who is passionate about ending violence against women. You’ll have a ‘can-do’ approach and demonstrable commitment to nia’s feminist approach to supporting women and girls. Taking a woman-centred approach, your role is to provide phone-based holistic support for women with complex needs who want support or to exit the sex industry.

- Located at a 24-hour supported housing service in Clapham, we provide high quality self-contained accommodation for 15 women who have experienced homelessness and multiple disadvantage.
- The aim of the service is to provide a therapeutic environment in which women feel safe and can flourish, enabling them to move on into independent, permanent accommodation. The accommodation also includes overnight safe spaces.
- In this role, you will provide support to all the women, including running co-designed activities and accompanying women to appointments.
- You will work closely with Specialist Support Workers who manage individual resident support and safety plans.
- You will model person-led, psychological, gender, and culturally informed support, will be skilled at building trust and you will be a great team player.
- You will undertake 8-hour shifts on a 7-day rota, covering the hours 07:45 am to 20:15 pm. Please be aware that the building has several floors and no lifts.

The Health Collective is one of our central campaigns. It has emerged out of the urgent need to close the health gap for women from marginalised communities and is made up of and led by grassroots organisations, representing women’s voices from every marginalised community in our society.
The Health Collective Community Manager will be responsible for managing the development, expansion, and sustainability of the Health Collective.
This role will focus on managing and growing the existing community of members, organising and facilitating regular meetings, content creation for the Health Collective, coordinating the development of a unique identity for the group, and establishing an online community forum.
The role will also involve coordinating training sessions, events, and communication between the Collective and external stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of a growing community that empowers women and promotes health equality.

Main Duties
Community Engagement & Growth
- Actively manage and grow the online and offline community, recruiting new members from all marginalised communities and fostering a sense of trust and connection.

Event Coordination
- Plan, organize, and manage virtual and in-person health collective meetings, liaising with members to determine the agenda and experts to find a diverse range of speakers.
- Collaborate with external partners to enhance event quality and reach.
Monitoring, evaluation & reporting
- Record and monitor the Collective’s activities (output) and their effectiveness (impact) through data collection, surveys, interviews and case studies.
- Report on project progress and update the Wellbeing of Women team regularly.
- Report on project progress to National Lottery at least twice a year with information about the Collective’s outputs and impact along with an expenditure budget for the period
- Work with an external consultant to assess the Collective’s impact annually.
Advocacy
- Work with the Head of Comms and Campaigns to build relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and organisations aligned with the collective’s mission.
- Monitor news and political developments relevant to the Health Collective’s work.

Saferworld is looking for a Project Manager to lead the Women, Peace & Security (WPS) Helpdesk within the Conflict Advisory Unit (CAU). In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our UK government call-down service, providing high-quality advisory support to donors, UN agencies, NGOs, and other humanitarian and peacebuilding actors. Your responsibilities include managing project implementation and grant administration, coordinating call-off requests from initiation to completion, and working with teams of experts to ensure the highest quality outcomes.
In addition to maintaining rigorous standards of confidentiality and performance, you will collaborate closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial and narrative reporting. You will also be responsible for promoting and supporting the uptake of helpdesk outputs by regularly updating our online repository. Liaising with UK government departments and officials is a critical part of the role, as it involves generating demand for our advisory services and representing the helpdesk in outreach and strategic engagements.

Woman’s Trust was established almost thirty years ago and is the leading specialist in mental health services for women. Led by and for women, it aims to ensure that women affected by domestic abuse can live a safe and healthy life, free from further harm. Our approach is trauma-informed and person-centred, empowering survivors on their journey to recover from the trauma. We support 900 women and children annually, with an income of £1.3m and 40 staff. About the role
As our Temporary Finance Manager, you will be managing a finance assistant and will be part of our organisation’s Senior Leadership Team, helping to collaboratively shape and steer the charity as we work towards our 2022 - 2027 strategy. The Finance Manager is at the heart of Woman’s Trust; you will play an essential role and have oversight of not just the finance team – you will have direct exposure to CEO/Board Members and decision-making for the future of the organisation.
We are looking for a highly motived Temporary Finance Manager with demonstrable experience working in a similar senior level role. You’ll be a fully or part qualified accountant e.g. CIMA/ACA/ACCA/Cipfa, with a thorough understanding of charity accounting.
Hours: Up to 28 hours per week.
Contract: Fixed term from 1st June 2025 to 14th December 2025.

Grace House is a 6 bedroomed property, offering safe and secure accommodation for women leaving prison, who would otherwise be homeless. We will be offering life skills training to all residents and ongoing support.
Our aim is to get residents into employment and accommodation of their own.
CHRISTIAN HOUSE MANAGER
You will have experience in leading a team to maintain a stable, happy and caring environment.
You will be highly motivated and passionate about the rehabilitation of women leaving prison.
You will be committed to supporting vulnerable women, enabling them to build on their existing strengths to make positive changes in their lives.
You will have overall responsibility for the continuous improvement and consistency of the day-to-day delivery of the project and be responsible for financial planning and have budgetary responsibilities.
You will help to ensure that Grace House becomes a centre of excellence and help set a positive example of the rehabilitation of prison leavers
You will maintain and further the excellent reputation we currently have with our referral prisons to ensure a constant flow of residents, reducing the likelihood of voids.
You will liaise with venue staff where our #SheMatters community courses are run, overseeing a timetable of courses and ensure that all course provision meets the high standards set by ID Grace House UK.
You will have personal experience of running courses with vulnerable and sometimes chaotic women. The Course Facilitators make up part of the Grace House Team.
You will be responsible for and have experience of fundraising and be willing to work alongside the Imago Dei staff team to ensure the project is financially stable long term.
You will be willing to undertake on call duties out-of-hours.
KEY TASKS AND DUTIES:
• Ability to motivate, coach and manage the performance of the Grace House Team. To coach the Team on continuous personal development (CPD) and to undertake any qualifications relevant to their role;
• Ensure robust plans are created in partnership with residents, to support their progression and ensuring their voices are heard;
• Work with the residents of Grace House to help them address habits/choices made which brought them to offend: to assist them in regaining self-esteem, well-being and independence;
• Support the women in every aspect of adjusting to life out of prison, giving both practical and emotional help, and support women as they seek work and permanent housing;
• Lead by example to champion Grace House values, be respectful and compassionate. Manage any behaviour actioned by the Team that does not reflect the values of Grace House and train on the same.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Essential:
- Experience of supporting vulnerable women with mental health, substance misuse, domestic violence, challenging behaviours, offending behaviour
- Have CTC Prison Clearance or be willing to complete the vetting and checks for this
- A practicing Christian*
- Experience of managing a team
- Experience of working in the challenging environment of a prison setting or similar
- Experience of facilitating courses with women presenting challenging behaviours.
Desirable
- Experience with supporting prison leavers.
