Every year, Restore works with over 500 people across Oxfordshire, supporting them on their mental health recovery journey including helping them plan for the future.

Excellent communication skills are essential.
Alongside maintaining advice provision, the Senior Advisor will contribute to the management of the service. The Senior Advisor will help us achieve this through taking initiative, problem solving and making decisions on day-to-day operational issues and duty management of the service, as well as making wider improvements to service policy, processes, and systems. This role will really suit you if you’re enthusiastic and approachable and would enjoy speaking to students and our stakeholders in a variety of settings.
You’ll be working with a supportive team, and we ensure that there are regular opportunities for reflection and support for wellbeing, including access to external restorative supervision with an independent practitioner. Reporting to the Director of Care and based at our Kentown Care Team office in Lancaster, you will work in partnership with health, education and social care professionals, specifically Together for Short Lives to lead the project and to raise awareness of the programme and of children’s palliative care.
You will take responsibility for delivering a high-quality family support service, managing the Kentown Family Support Team and will be a member of the Rainbow Trust Care Managers group, contributing to service development across the wider organisation and providing management and leadership to the team in relation to all safeguarding issues.

About the Role
You will be working in an accommodation service, based in Haringey, providing intensive and long-term support to 21 adults with complex needs. You will be working alongside a support team to provide accommodation and support services for people experiencing homelessness, rough sleeping and multiple disadvantages.
As the Deputy Manager, you will support the Service Manager to ensure that the service delivers continuously improving project performance, as well as ensuring the effective and safe management of the project on a day-to-day basis. This includes undertaking a case coordination role for individual clients as part of a multi-agency team, line-managing Progression Coaches (Support Workers) and Night Support Workers and managing volunteers at the service. You will help ensure that the service functions effectively financially including by helping to ensure the effective reletting of rooms and collection of rent and service charges.
The usual hours will be 37.5 hours per week. The post may require working some evenings and occasional weekend work.
Key responsibilities include:
· Assist the Service Manager in achieving the service’s agreed contractual obligations.
· To ensure that all aspects of service delivery to clients offer high standards that make them feel welcome, safe, supported and involved.
· To ensure health and safety are managed within policy and procedure and all building and health and safety risk assessments are kept up to date.

About the role:
We are looking to appoint a Family Support Coordinator to support our care teams in delivering a high-quality family support service in the region, working with families and professionals to ensure the families we support have access to the services they need.
Reporting to the Family Support Manager and working in partnership with health, education, and social care professionals, you will take responsibility for sourcing practical goods and services in the region, applying for grants and benefits, as well as working with other charities or community providers to obtain goods, equipment or funds for families that Rainbow Trust do not provide directly.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work as part of the Private Partnerships and Philanthropy Team (PPH) to develop new opportunities with trusts and foundations in line with UK for UNHCR’s fundraising strategy. This will include supporting and leading initiatives to approach potential supporters.
- Support the development and management of a robust trusts & foundations pipeline and a calendar of opportunities for grant submissions to trusts and foundations.
- Undertake detailed prospect research and identify the most appropriate funding and fundraising opportunities for trusts and foundations.
- Support the development of high-quality concept notes, proposals, reports, and other fundraising products.
- Support, and at times lead, on cultivation and stewardship events across the PPH team. This could be anything from a webinar to an in-person event for 50+ people.
- Support and lead on the development and execution of strong cultivation and stewardship plans, taking responsibility for keeping these updated and reviewed.
- Help establish an appropriate strategic and tactical response to trust and foundation prospects and supporters in the event of humanitarian emergencies.
- Maintain the Salesforce database with up-to-date and accurate information on trust and foundation prospects and partners.
- Help to raise awareness of, and build vital support for, UK for UNHCR’s unique position to protect refugees and displaced people.
- Work within UK for UNHCR’s due diligence and GDPR policies and processes.
- Ensure accurate income recording and earmarking procedures to facilitate financial reporting.

About the role

The People & Culture Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the human resources function, ensuring that the organisation attracts, develops, and retains high-quality staff. This role supports the Finance & Operations Director in fostering a positive and inclusive working culture, whilst ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development
· Support the development of TCF’s approach to effective methods of working and inclusive organisational culture, drawing upon best practice from across the sector and ensuring alignment with organisational values.
· Support the annual planning cycle, working with the Finance & Operations Director to develop and implement the annual and quarterly rhythm of team meetings, workshops and opportunities for team gatherings.
· Support the Finance & Operations Director through developing guidance for line managers to support the annual rhythm of 1:1 meetings and quarterly reviews supporting team members to meeting their operational objectives and personal development goals.
· Support the ongoing development of HR policies and processes, including the newly developed Staff Handbook, recruitment, staff onboarding, probation, annual reviews and professional development, as well as regularly reviewing staff benefits and ensuring they are in line with good practice.
Employee Relations and HR Management
· Maintain elements of the employee database (BambooHR), to support staff with administrative requests relating to annual leave calculations, signing documentation and updating personal information.
· Supporting the recruitment process by creating new roles on BambooHR, arranging the advertising on appropriate websites and working with line managers to initially triage and longlist applications.
· Develop onboarding processes to ensure new team members have the information they need to thrive in the organisation.
· Prepare offers of employment, change of terms letters and other standard employment documentation, with support from external HR Advisors, and the Finance & Operations Director.
· Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures, with support from external HR Advisors, and the Finance & Operations Director.
· Manage the relationship with the appointed EAP (Employee Assistance Programme) including regularly reviewing the support available to ensure it offers the right level of support for team members in line with our values and aspirations as an good employer.
· Develop and build the process for employee objective-setting in BambooHR, and how this then links to the wider organisational strategy, ensuring line managers are equipped to utilize this tool effectively.
· Support the appointed Data Officer (Finance & Operations Director) by managing the organisation’s approach to GDPR and data protection with respect to HR specific processes, overseeing HR systems and records, ensuring data integrity and security.
Learning and Development
· Support the design of a learning and development plan for all teams, identifying potential training options for individuals and teams as needed, working with Directors to identify key learning needs and either develop learning offers to meet those needs or source relevant and high impact external training, for both hard and soft skills.
· Organise and facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions to support professional development of all staff.
Team Facilitation & Engagement
· Play a lead role in facilitating team meetings and workshops.
· Proactively developing agendas in advance to ensure staff are kept informed.
· Develop and manage a monthly internal staff update, with contributions from the team.
· Develop and plan team lunches and group activities, with the support of the Operations Co-Ordinator
Line Management
· Overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Operations Co-ordinator, supporting in a line management capacity to encourage and develop organisational skills and personal development goals.
In addition to the responsibilities detailed above, the People & Culture Manager will also undertake any new and additional projects at the discretion of the Finance & Operations Director.
