nia has been delivering services to women, girls and children who have been subjected to sexual and domestic violence and abuse, including prostitution, since 1975. The organisation has three main aims: to provide services for women, girls and children who have experienced men’s violence; contributing to ending male violence against women and girls, and to inform and influence policy and public awareness.
The Emma Project, Daria House and Jan’s Place are specialist services providing refuge and support services to women who have been subjected to domestic and/or sexual violence and abuse, including women who have been sexually exploited, including through prostitution and who also use substances problematically.
About the post
These posts are currently funded until 31st March 2026 with a possibility of further extension. You will work closely alongside the refuges Team Leader and Service Manager to implement and deliver a trauma informed approach to refuge services.

We are currently recruiting for a Counselling Coordinator to support our Clinical Lead and the counselling team.
RASASC is a registered charity which has been providing support to survivors, of all genders, of rape and sexual abuse (both recent and non-recent) aged 13 and upwards, from across Surrey since 1992.
We provide one-to-one counselling, group support, Helpline, Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA) service, and peer support groups.

Counselling Coordinator
This role is based in Guildford. You will be responsible for the administration and coordination of our counselling service, taking calls and responding to email enquiries from clients, supporting the team with room booking, greeting clients, answering the door, booking assessments and supporting the Clinical Lead and the counselling service in general. This is a varied and exciting role, requiring stamina and a can-do approach! If you are a warm, non-judgemental all-rounder with an excellent understanding of counselling services and the impact of sexual harm, we would love to hear from you.
Key functions
· Receive referrals for our counselling service, family support service and group support. Referrals are received through other agencies, internal services and self-referrals
· Contact potential clients and arrange appointments for assessments with our RASASC Assessors
· Following assessment, allocate clients to an appropriate counsellor supported by the Clinical Lead where necessary/appropriate
· Provide all documentation and information to the client and the counsellor as required
· Upload, update and maintain all information relating to clients, e.g. referrals and assessments, on Oasis (our CRM)
· Manage assessment processes and ensure assessors produce assessments for the counsellors and the office
· Ensure CORE 10 clinical measure forms, pre and post intervention, are obtained and inputted onto Oasis
· Ensure all other evaluations, pre and post intervention, are obtained and uploaded onto Oasis
· To resolve clients’ disability and access issues when required.
· To support with the monitoring of the waiting list and to proactively discuss with the Clinical Lead and Chief Executive Officer if the need for additional assessors or counsellors is required
· Provide monthly data to the Clinical Lead, Fundraising Manager and Chief Executive Officer as requested
· Provide administrative and IT support for ongoing training for counsellors
· Support with room booking, greeting clients, answering the door, phone calls and dealing with emailed client queries as required
· Be familiar with safeguarding procedures and protocols
Reporting Line:
· This post holder reports directly to the Clinical Lead.
Skills and Experience - Essential:
· Good working knowledge and experience of counselling and counselling services
· Excellent understanding of the possible impact and presentations of trauma
· Excellent organisational skills with proven ability to prioritise workload
· Excellent communications skills, written and verbal
· Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with a diverse range of people

The role:
The Programme Manager will lead on all Programme Management activities to support the organisation’s work developing and delivering the Accelerating Reform Fund programe. Working under the strategic leadership of the Head of Innovation, they will ensure robust but agile programme management that enables the organisation to provide iterative and evolving support to a large portfolio of innovation projects in Social Care. The person:
The successful candidate will have substantial demonstrated experience of Project Management ideally in the Health and Social Care or Social Change Sectors. This person could also have been a social worker with experience of having run development projects. They will have knowledge of the Social Care Act and will be familiar with digital change, commissioning, co-production and communicating with local authority audiences, and will be able to partner effectively with decision makers and senior stakeholders in the Social Care sector. This person will also have designed and delivered programmes of improvement aimed at reforming quality and focus in Social Care in the UK. OVERVIEW OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
FUNDRAISING
- Be a point of contact for fundraising, ensuring a positive experience for funders and managing financial transactions to agreed fundraising policies and processes.
- Develop a regional Grant Programme, focusing on unrestricted income and feeding into fundraising management reporting.
- Identify, research, and communicate income and partnership opportunities, working proactively with colleagues across the Group to scope fundable initiatives that provide added value.

About the Role
As Receptionist and Office Administrator you will provide an efficient, sensitive, and welcoming reception function for anyone using the Carers Centre as well as high quality administrative support to the charity’s service delivery.
Key responsibilities will include:
- To provide the reception function over the phone and face-to-face for all visitors to the office

This is a newly created role due to investment and growth across community and mass fundraising.
As the Community Fundraising Volunteering Officer, you will join the Community and Volunteer Team, responsible for the coordination and delivery of new and existing Community Fundraising Volunteers, focused on increasing their participation and enhancing their community fundraising activities, along with improving the community volunteer’s experiences. Job Purpose:
We need a hands-on flexible administrator to provide general administrative support to WIP’s Core team; you will ensure the smooth running of WIPs London office in Shoreditch; you will also be providing administrative support to projects as and when required.
Administrative Support
• Act as a point of contact for Women in Prisons Core Team including monitoring and responding to communications in shared mailboxes
• To support with Women in Prisons telephone line and ensure any answer machine messages are passed on the relevant team
• Be a welcoming face for visitors to the Shoreditch office
• To be responsible for WIPs mail to and from the Office
• Administrative support as needed to Women in Prison’s Core team which could include booking meetings, note taking and support with paperwork
• Supporting the Shoreditch office in maintaining and ordering office supplies to include stationery, consumables and health and safety equipment
• Supporting our Executive Assistant with WIP events and/or large staff meetings
• To keep our asset management log updated and support allocation process of office equipment (e.g. phones and laptops)
