We're looking for a keen and motivated Training Administrator to join our small, friendly team at our head office in Rugby. You'll be working closely with our Training Manager and ISVA (Independent Sexual Violence Advisor) Training Project Manager, facilitating the smooth delivery of workshops, events and meetings, advertising and promoting training workshops and preparing training delivery and feedback reports. The Survivors Trust provides a range of workshops and training opportunities for professionals working with victims and survivors of sexual violence and sexual abuse.
You will provide high level administrative support for the Training Manager and ISVA Training Project Manager, overseeing training bookings and maintaining a database of trainees on our CRM (Beacon). You will be responsible for collecting and collating feedback from training attendees and preparing reports to support training delivery. Working in collaboration with the Training Team you will support the advertising and marketing of training opportunities including updating relevant website content.
You will also maintain accurate records of training and project delivery, including budgets and impact measures data for both internal and external stakeholders. Part of your role will include gathering statistics for monitoring and reporting processes.
You will ideally have previous experience of administration in a training setting and/or working in the voluntary sector but please don't be put off applying if you don't meet all requirements. The right candidate will be an effective communcator in a friendly and professional manner, with excellent IT skills including CRM and LMS.
You will be required to complete DBS clearance to work at The Survivors Trust.
Hours - full time, 35 hours per week. Job share would be considered. Hours are flexible.

About the role:
This hybrid role is based in Brighton & Hove. Applicants will need to be able to meet with staff where required, and to attend the Brighton office for team meetings, training sessions and other requirements as they arise. There is a mandatory office attendance requirement with a minimum of 1 day a week. You will work closely and collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders as well as other statutory agencies and third sector organisations within Brighton and Hove.

Role Overview
We are looking for a talented fundraiser to join our small and supportive team. The Fundraising Officer (Trusts & Foundations & Events) is a new role to our charity and will play a key part in supporting our future plans.
UP attracts significant support from individuals, and there is huge potential to grow income from Trusts and Foundations with this increased capacity in the fundraising team.
In this role, with guidance from the Head of Fundraising, you will contribute toward income generation through researching and identifying Trusts and Foundations whose criteria match UP’s work, and developing compelling and inspirational proposals and grant applications. Hope Place is a new supported accommodation service located in Slough comprising 10 self contained rooms with a staff office on site. The service accommodates and support people who experience moderate to high complex mental illness, many of whom will also have a range of additional and complex needs, for example drug and alcohol misuse issues and personality disorders.
Hope Place provides care and support for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Bank Holidays. The service is covered at night by designated Waking Night staff. Support Workers will be required to work on a rota basis, covering early and late shifts, including at weekends and Bank Holidays.
The service has a focus on enabling and utilise customers' skills. Amongst other responsibilities, the successful candidates will support service users to acquire tenancy sustainment and budgeting skills, encourage and facilitate group activities, socialisation, opportunities for training and employment.
The post holder will be fully involved in all aspects of the day to day management of their designated service, including line managing the relevant front line staff. You will lead and develop competence of direct reports as well as carry caseloads of customers requiring support. You will work closely with the Contract Manager to ensure that the service delivers on all targets, both financial and those around the quality of the service.

Parkinson’s is the fastest growing neurological condition, and this work is one of the charity’s top strategic priorities for 2024 and 2025 and a crucial fundraising and communications priority.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with fundraising and communications teams across the charity, including Philanthropy, Trusts, Commercial Partnerships and Special Events, with a growing focus on Individual Giving, Events, Community and Supporter Experience as the appeal builds momentum.
We’re looking for someone who has successfully managed diverse projects, and also has experience of working in one or more of these fundraising disciplines to ensure they can hit the ground running. About the role
Smart Works is looking to appoint a Head of London Service Delivery for 12 months, to start in September 2024. This is a maternity cover role for an established leadership role within the Smart Works staff team.
The Head of London Service Delivery is responsible for leading the delivery of the Smart Works service across London. Last year the Smart Works centres in London supported over 3500 unemployed women from across London, and the demand for our service is expected to rise significantly in the coming months.
By effectively leading and managing a team of nine, the Head of London Service Delivery will ensure Smart Works is well positioned to meet the growing demand for our services and maintain quality as the charity grows. They will ensure that every client who visits Smart Works leaves their appointment feeling confident and with the best possible chance of job success.
They will monitor performance against KPIs and will work with their team to ensure there is a steady flow of referrals, the volunteer community is engaged and supported and client feedback is consistently positive.
More broadly, the Head of London Service Delivery plays an important role in creating a welcoming environment and a supportive team culture in all three London centres. The successful applicants will need to build strong working relationships across the staff and volunteer teams, as well as with external partners and other senior staff working across the 11 centres across the UK.

- Being responsible for delivering a quality, consistent service across all three London centres; this includes the delivery of virtual appointments

- Representing London in group forums, sharing learnings and best practice with other Smart Works centres
- Acting as a key public brand ambassador for Smart Works Charity in London, especially within the referral partner community

- Accountability for the management, retention, development and growth of London volunteer community
