We Are Looking for Trustees With Skills In:

  • Marketing & Communications: Bring innovative ideas to expand our reach and connect more people with our cause.
  • Human Resources: Ensure our charity's staff and volunteers are supported and motivated to deliver their best.
  • Health & Social Care: Offer insights to help us maintain the highest standards in the services we provide.
  • Legal & Governance: Ensure compliance and guide us through the legal complexities of running a charity.
  • Digital & IT: Lead our digital transformation, helping us use technology more effectively to deliver our services.

What’s Involved?

  • Board Meetings: Attend approximately 4 meetings per year (held in person and/or virtually).
  • Strategic Guidance: Work with fellow trustees to set the long-term vision and strategy of "Where Next?" and oversee its implementation.
  • Support & Advice: Provide expertise in your specific area while supporting the leadership team on key decisions and projects.
  • Advocacy: Use your professional network to champion our cause and help us grow.
