About the Role

As our Youth Ambassadors Programme Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping young people step into leadership roles and actively participate in the development and operation of Urban Youth. Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

• Design and deliver an innovative Youth Ambassadors Programme that equips young people with essential skills.

• Motivate and empower young people to take on leadership responsibilities within Urban Youth.

• Provide training and development opportunities for youth ambassadors, fostering personal growth and skill-building.

• Create platforms where young people have a voice and are involved in decision-making processes for Urban Youth.

• Inspire and support youth ambassadors to make a meaningful impact in their communities.
