Role: Volunteer Coordinator - VOLUNTEER WITH US

Location: London

Commitment: Flexible! A few hours a week (predominantly evening based with occassional weekends).

Your Role as Volunteer Coordinator:

As a critical member of our team, you will:

• Take the lead in recruiting, selecting, and onboarding volunteers.

• Design and implement a comprehensive volunteer programme.

• Develop policies, procedures, and training to support volunteers in their roles.

• Manage and nurture relationships with volunteers to ensure their ongoing engagement and satisfaction.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure volunteers are aligned with Urban Youth’s goals and values.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in volunteer management, recruitment, or coordination (not essential but a bonus!).

• Strong organisational and communication skills.

• A passion for Urban Youth’s mission and values.

• A proactive and collaborative mindset.
