What’s the Role?

As our Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in establishing systems and processes that enable Urban Youth to operate efficiently and effectively. Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

• Develop and manage organisational systems, processes, and workflows for optimal performance.

• Coordinate logistics and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

• Support the team in planning and executing projects with precision and efficiency.
