Shape the Future! Volunteer as our HR Manager for Urban Youth

Urban Youth, an exciting brand new vibrant and innovative startup youth work organisation based in London, currently being started is looking for an exceptional volunteer HR Manager to help build and nurture our team of professionals and volunteers. About the Role
As our HR Manager, you will play a key role in developing and managing all aspects of HR and people-related initiatives for Urban Youth. Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

Lead recruitment efforts, attracting passionate individuals committed to Urban Youth’s vision.

Develop and implement HR policies that support our team and ensure compliance.

Create and maintain systems to manage volunteer and staff records effectively.

Provide guidance and support to our team, nurturing talent and personal development.

Develop and manage training and onboarding programmes for new volunteers and staff.

Build a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and motivation within Urban Youth.
