About the volunteer role
The aim of our E-Commerce Assistant role is to provide administrative and operational support to the E-Commerce Manager, assisting with online sales, customer service, and digital marketing initiatives
Key tasks
· Product Listings: Assist in creating and updating product listings on our e-commerce platform.
· Order Processing: Assist in processing orders, including packaging and dispatching items.
· Customer Service: Provide support for customer inquiries via email, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
· Compliance: Ensure all e-commerce activities comply with relevant regulations and guidelines.
· Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the E-Commerce team.
About You
· Communication Skills: Good communication skills.

Design in Mental Health Network is a registered charity, which aims to improve mental health outcomes by promoting knowledge exchange, co-production involving the voice of people with Lived Experience and challenging the status quo of mental health design.
We are a network of experts whose perspectives, thoughts, insights, opinions are grounded in research, professional qualification and/or lived experience. The collective includes a wide range of stakeholders involved in planning for, designing, building, managing and using spaces that impact on our mental health.
We believe the better the design brief is in determining and matching the evidenced needs of all users, the better the goal of improving the actual design of settings to support better mental health care and patient outcomes will be.
Good design facilitates human connection (therapeutic/supportive relationships) and to this end we advocate to engage and influence people with decision making capabilities and/or budget control, to understand how to use existing resources more effectively in leading to better mental health outcomes.
We want to actively challenge the status quo, using research and our design skills to reimagine radical new ways of approaching mental health care that improve the outcomes for patients and make these spaces better places to work for the staff on the front line. We’ll always do this from the view of what is best for the person receiving care, using the built environment as a platform for lasting stabilisation or recovery from mental ill health.
There is now a growing appetite globally for what we do, with a group of interested people forming in the US and Canada as they invest significant sums in new buildings.

FUNDRAISING VOLUNTEER
Role Description
This is a fantastic opportunity to support our senior team with fundraising efforts while gaining valuable experience within Relate Mid and East Surrey. We’re looking for an individual with the passion and drive for fundraising, to help the organisation reach our fundraising goals and enable us to scale the work we are doing to support our local communities.
We provide life-changing counselling for couples, families, individuals, and young people, as well as mediation and psychosexual therapy. Our team is welcoming, supportive, and eager to help you grow in your role. Free online training will also be provided to help you succeed.
As a volunteer fundraiser, you’ll be instrumental in securing the essential funds that allow Relate Mid and East Surrey to reach more people in need. Your efforts will directly contribute to offering affordable, high-quality counselling to individuals, young people, families, and couples facing life’s challenges, helping them find support and healing when they need it most.
What are we looking for?
We’re seeking volunteers with experience in bid writing and fundraising research to help drive our fundraising efforts and expand our support network.
This role may include:
● Researching funding opportunities and building a pipeline of potential applications.
● Identifying suitable grants and assisting with grant application submissions.
● Exploring additional fundraising opportunities and strategies.

Time Commitment

• Attend selected Committee meetings (Strategy and Planning, Finance, People, and Quality and Performance): these are held quarterly on dates prior to Board meetings for up to 2 hours. Only members of the committee are required to attend these meetings.
• Together with the SLT, prepare and facilitate two Trustees and Management away days each year.
• Biennial review with each Trustee.
• Attend national and Leeds Mind events, as appropriate: e.g., whole organisation meetings, volunteering at fund raising events, trustee/leadership conferences.

Purpose of the Role
Money Minded is a service designed to support adults (18 years and over) in Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Hounslow. This service is in partnership with the West London NHS Mental Health Integrated Network Teams, operating within the tri-borough area.
The service provides support with welfare benefits, accessing debt support, housing and well-being. The role of the Mental Health Information and Advice Officer will be to provide advice, guidance and customer representation to tri-borough residents living with Mental Health difficulties. Advice issues may include housing, welfare benefits, council tax, accessing debt support, signposting etc. We are looking for volunteers to support with both services.
Responsibilites
- Triage clients for the service through an onboarding process.
- Support with follow up surveys and questionnaires for those who have accessed the project and obtain their feedback to improve our services.
- Support the Money Minded team to promote the service to the local community
- Support with administrative tasks including recording information onto our database ‘Views’.
- Supporting clients by picking up ‘light touch cases’ e.g. form filling and welfare benefit checks.
You will have
- An interest in supporting those with mental health needs to access Money Minded services.
- Preferably, experience working with people who experience poor mental health.
- Good oral and written communication skills (including listening skills); the ability to communicate in a patient, considered, and empathetic manner.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to follow administrative procedures.
- IT skills – able to update spreadsheets, use web-based applications, video-conferencing software, and Microsoft Office applications.
Time commitment:
- 5 hours per week, during our opening hours of 10am–4pm. Please indicate your preferred volunteering day on your application.
- We will provide volunteers with an induction, training, and ongoing mentoring to support them in the role.

Noah’s A.R.T. is a family-run, community-based, not-for-profit social enterprise. It was founded in 2015 with a mission: to utilise the benefits of the human-animal bond to improve mental health and wellbeing in Greater Manchester.

The Listening Place is a volunteer-led charity aiming to transform how we support people who feel suicidal. Our trained volunteers are part of a team delivering face-to-face, confidential, ongoing support to thousands of people each year. They help create the warm and welcoming environment that encourages people struggling with suicidal thoughts and feelings to talk openly without being judged or given advice.
Listening volunteers provide ongoing face-to-face support to visitors on regular, fortnightly 4-hour shifts during which they meet with up to 3 visitors (for up to 50 minutes each). No experience or qualifications are necessary. We look for warmth, empathy and resilience in our volunteers and the ability to be non-judgemental and avoid giving advice.

We provide workshops in Southampton as well as online blogs, videos and support that give tangible advice and support that anyone can use at any time,.
As operations manager you will be supporting Stronger You's founder to run the day-to-day operations, help fund raise for the charity And support on communications such as Creating newsletters and looking after the social media.
Although we are based in Southampton This role will be done online As the majority of the work will be to support the founder plan, fundraising and help communicate. We would require a couple of hours a day, which is completely flexible and negotiable.

Role Summary:
To provide peer support at resilience group sessions for expectant and new mums (pregnancy up to 1 year) at Children & Family Centres across the London Borough of Bexley, or online via Zoom.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Successfully complete a training course for Mindful Mums Peer Support Volunteer. You will be fully supported during this time and on successful completion will understand different mindfulness, wellbeing, resilience and coping techniques and be confident in leading the peer support within these groups.
2. Prepare for and lead the peer support for a minimum of three Mindful Mums groups (over 5 consecutive weeks). Group dates and times will be discussed with you in advance.
3. Liaise with the Project Coordinator regarding sessions that need volunteers.
4. Contribute to the development of the content of the Mindful Mums sessions based on your experience as a parent.
5. Report any concerns arising from the sessions to the Project Coordinator and, where appropriate, the contact at the venue.
6. Participate in catch-up meetings with the Project Coordinator, group volunteer meetings and training on Safeguarding Children and Adults.
7. Take part in some Mindfulness practise.
8. At all times work in accordance with the organisation’s policies regarding Health & Safety, Equality & Diversity, Safeguarding Children, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults and Confidentiality & Data Protection.
Person Specification
To undertake the role of Mindful Mums Peer Support Volunteer, you must be able to show that you have the following:
o Experience of having felt stressed, low, anxious or have struggled with your mental or emotional wellbeing in other ways during the perinatal period (pregnancy to 1 year).
o Ability to communicate well with other mums.
o Skills to effectively facilitate sessions.
o Good interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work well in a team.
o Understanding of the pressures and stresses facing pregnant and new mums.
o Willingness to engage in some Mindfulness practise.
o Willingness to talk from your own experience in an appropriate way.
o Ability to maintain appropriate and professional boundaries.
o A commitment to attend training, support groups and to deliver 5-week programmes in Children & Family Centres across Bexley, or online via Zoom.

Duties:
- Support and provide advice on MenWalkTalk’s purpose, vision, goals and activities.
- Approve operational strategies and policies, and monitor and evaluate their implementation.
- Oversee MenWalkTalk’s financial plans and budgets and monitor and evaluate progress.
- Ensure the effective and efficient administration of the organisation.
- Ensure that key risks are being identified, monitored and controlled effectively.
- Review and approve MenWalkTalk’s financial statements.
- Provide support and challenge to MenWalkTalk’s CEO in the exercise of their delegated authority and affairs.
- Contribute to regular reviews of MenWalkTalk’s own governance. Attend Board meetings, adequately prepared to contribute to discussions.

As a small charity, there will be times when the Trustees will need to be actively involved beyond Board meetings. Terms of office
- Trustees are appointed for a 3 year term of office.
- This is a voluntary position, but reasonable expenses are reimbursed.
Time commitment
- Attending 6-9 Board meetings annually. Currently meetings are held remotely each month.
- Attending 2 annual strategy / training days
Committee membership
Membership of at least one of the Trustee committees attending relevant meetings and reporting back to the Board.

We provide training for all volunteers that join us. Our peer support training is CPD accredited. 20-25 hours of volunteering training is required and is self led online.
