Programme Director

Job Summary:

We seek an experienced Programme Director to oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of our programs and services. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, ensuring alignment with our mission, goals, and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement program strategies, goals, and objectives.
2. Collaborate with the Executive Director/ CEO and Senior Management Team.
3. Ensure program alignment with organizational mission and vision 
4. Oversee program design, development, and delivery.
5. Manage program budgets, reports, and documentation.
6. Ensure program quality, impact, and effectiveness.
7. Lead and manage a team of program staff and volunteers.
8. Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities.
9. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
10. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and funders.
11. Identify and pursue funding opportunities.
12. Collaborate with the fundraising team.
