Outreach Volunteer (Sports)
Job Summary:
Support LeaderJoe 1808 Foundation's sports outreach initiatives, promoting healthy lifestyles and teamwork among underserved youth.
Responsibilities:
- Assist coaches/instructors during sports sessions (e.g., soccer, basketball)
- Mentor and encourage youth participants (ages 6-18)
- Help with equipment setup and cleanup
- Participate in outreach events (tournaments, clinics)
- Distribute promotional materials and inform community members about programs
- Build relationships with local schools, community centers, and organizations
- Identify potential partners/sponsors for sports programs
- Assist with data collection and evaluation
- Attend training sessions and workshops (optional)
