Addiction Family Support is a UK-based charity dedicated to supporting adults affected or bereaved by a loved one's harmful use of alcohol, drugs, or gambling.

The Role: Volunteer CRM Specialist

As a Volunteer CRM Specialist at Addiction Family Support, you will play a key role in maintaining and optimising our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and streamlining processes to support our outreach efforts. Your contribution will help us enhance our services and better support individuals impacted by a loved one’s addiction.

This is a flexible role that can be delivered remotely, offering a great opportunity to develop your skills and gain experience while working with a supportive, collaborative team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Help streamline CRM processes for improved efficiency.
  • Create automations, workflows, and webhooks to optimise the system.
  • Build detailed reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance CRM functionality and performance.
