This is an exceptional opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join The Prince’s Trust supporting three members of the Executive Leadership Team – Director of Fundraising & Marketing, Director of Communications and Director of People & Learning.
This is a busy, varied and important role working closely with the Directors to make sure their diaries support their strategic priorities. Key responsibilities include:

Crisis is the national charity for people experiencing homelessness. In 2024 we embarked on our new 10-year strategy for ending homelessness. We know it is not inevitable. We know together we can end it.
It is an exciting and important time to be joining us at Crisis. We work with thousands of people across England, Scotland, and Wales so they can leave homelessness behind for good. We have recently adapted the way our services work to maximise our impact in ending homelessness. You will be able to work from home one day per week in line with Crisis’ Hybrid Working Policy. The Director of Crisis Skylight Birmingham will be responsible for leading and developing strategic partnerships across Birmingham and the West Midlands region. You will have experience of building relationships with senior leaders to develop strategic partnerships with the aim of achieving strategic objectives including but not exclusively, in areas of change management, strategic development of services,.& leading collaborative partnerships that directly contribute to achieving performance targets You will have the motivation, commitment, and vision, able to influence a range of audiences and able to articulate a compelling case for change to key decision makers across the West Midlands . You will be a leader in your field, with experience of operational delivery, ensuring high quality and safe services to vulnerable adults, with the ability to provide clear leadership to your team.

Our client is seeking a treasurer to join them as a Trustee who is passionate about their vision, mission and values, to support the Board and team in achieving their charitable aims.
They are looking for an experienced treasurer to support the Board, CEO and Finance Director in the successful delivery of the charity’s financial responsibilities. Board meetings and time commitment
The The Board ordinarily meets four times per year in March, May, August and November. Two of these meetings are held remotely via video call on a Saturday, and two are held in person in London across weekends. In addition, Trustees are encouraged to join a Committee relevant to their area of expertise which meets at least once per quarter via video call. An appropriate time commitment will be required over the course of the year for preparative work between meetings. Trustees are also invited to attend occasional charity events and join recruitment panels on an ad hoc basis.
Following a probationary period where Trustee-elects attend at least 2 board meetings, appointed Trustees serve a three-year term, with the option to renew for a further three years. Trusteeship is an unremunerated position, though reasonable out-of-pocket expenses will be paid.

Shine has a membership of over 14,000 members living with Spina Bifida and/or Hydrocephalus and associated conditions and over 6,500 associated members.
In the last year we have seen a 25% increase in members who are living with Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus (NPH) across England, Wales and Northern Ireland. There are currently just over 600 members with NPH, plus their carers registered, but we are expecting this to continue to rise as awareness and diagnosis of the condition grows.
We are looking for an experienced, skilled, organised and dedicated new staff member to join Shine’s Services team to develop and lead our new NPH service.

Providing specialist advice and support for spina bifida and hydrocephalus

The deputy service manager will contribute to the management of the IDVA and community based services, in line with Refuge’s policies and procedures and quality management system. This involves working within a multi-agency framework consisting of the MARAC and local partnership protocols and procedures that prioritise the safety of survivors.
The post holder will provide line management and support to staff. This will include providing supervision on complex casework issues such as child protection, overseeing operational emergencies and ensuring high standards of support. Working closely with the services manager to ensure that contractual and other funding requirements are met fully and that Refuge’s high quality standards are maintained, the role may involve visiting potential sites and contributing to the establishment of new services in conjunction with the development team.
The job involves working closely with members of staff that support victims and survivors of domestic abuse using our services. As a member of the management team, the post holder will be required to participate in an out-of-hours management service.

- An undergraduate degree qualification (Level 6 or equivalent), preferably in a relevant discipline with a good understanding of the UK political environment, local and national government structures and decision-making.
