Role description:
We are seeking a highly motivated self-driven, and energetic individual to join our Fundraising Team as the Corporate Fundraising Officer. You will lead on fostering excellent working relationships with potential and existing corporate partners. You will need to work closely with the Philanthropy and Partnerships Manager to shape the plans required for the future.
The post holder will require a good knowledge of fundraising and considerable energy and enthusiasm that will inspire excellent relationships by increasing charity of the year partnerships and employee fundraising/giving. Main Responsibilities:

Proactively source, research and approach new corporates in order to achieve annual income targets with a focus on charity of the year partnerships, payroll giving, employee fundraising/giving, peer to peer initiatives and marketing opportunities.

Develop, implement, and sustain a dynamic corporate fundraising portfolio, maintaining a well-organised pipeline of funding opportunities.

Devise and implement a long-term corporate fundraising strategy to cultivate and secure significant donations from new and existing supporters.

Curate an excellent cultivation and stewardship journey in order to build and strengthen relationships and maximise income to meet agreed income targets.

Person Specification:
Knowledge and experience -

Excellent IT skills including using Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint as well as experience of administering and maintaining dedicated supporter CMS databases.

PURPOSE OF JOB
A critical new role within the Fundraising Team, the Grants and Reporting Manager will manage a portfolio of donor funding agreements to ensure we successfully deliver and communicate our work in compliance with funders’ agreements and expectations, charitable regulations, and our strategy. There is significant scope to develop and implement new ways of working and processes that will benefit the programme.
The Fundraising Team is responsible for £5.85m and growing annual income from companies, trusts and foundations, and governments. This role is essential to managing our commitments across agreements and directly managing complex grants. The Grants and Reporting Manager works across Trees for Cities, with members of the Fundraising, Finance, Operations, Urban Forests (Projects), Development, Impact and Engagement teams to deliver our mission in line with funder requirements and expectations. This role will work closely with the Fundraising Director and sits within the Fundraising Department.
With experience of managing complex grants and delivering compelling, quality funder reports, you will ensure we meet and exceed donor requirements and expectations. Your organisation skills will enable you to manage and deliver funder requirements in line with accounting, fundraising and legal best practice.

The programme Manager (maternity cover) will play an important role in supporting the implementation of Good Neighbours UK (GNUK)’s strategy and ensuring that projects led by GNUK and implemented by field countries are managed effectively and efficiently. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Project management
• Support GNUK’s fundraising team to prepare funding proposals for UK and overseas projects.
o Undertake field/needs assessments for projects.

Impact Strategy and Reporting
- Ensure that all reporting is aligned with both funders’ requirements and the organisation's broader impact goals, while preserving its independence and vision.

Charity overview
The Human Milk Foundation (HMF) is a charity based at the Gossoms End NHS Health Centre in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire. Our goal is to support more families to feed their babies with human milk, through education, research and the supply of donor human milk.
We operate the UK’s first independent, non-profit human milk bank - the Hearts Milk Bank, providing donor human milk to neonatal intensive care units across London, the southeast, south Wales, Northumbria and East Anglia.
Much like donated human blood, there are situations where donated human milk can be lifesaving. Premature babies are very vulnerable and at risk of infections and life-threatening conditions such as necrotising enterocolitis (NEC), which causes some or all of the bowel to die. Mothers who have given birth early are sometimes unable to produce enough of their own milk straight away and can be very unwell themselves, so donor milk is often vital in protecting the baby during the first days and weeks after birth; it allows the mother the time and support to establish her own milk supply.
The HMB team recruit milk donors who undergo blood tests and complete a detailed lifestyle and health questionnaire before donating milk. Donor milk is collected from donors by volunteer SERV (“blood-biker”) volunteers and delivered to the milk bank where it is heat-treated (pasteurised) to destroy potentially harmful bacteria and viruses, checked by microbiologists to make sure that there is no unacceptable bacterial contamination and stored frozen. The milk is collected and delivered to hospitals and to mothers in the community who cannot breastfeed such as those with cancer, HIV or lack of breast tissue.
The HMB has recruited over 4,000 milk donors and supplied donor milk to feed thousands of babies, cared for in over 50 neonatal units. We have also supported more than 700 families in the community, including mothers who are establishing their own milk supply and mothers with cancer.
The Human Milk Foundation has a small team of dedicated individuals with a broad set of skills across medicine, lactation support, milk banking, research, and communications. AKF(UK) Partnerships Managers are part of the Global Aga Khan Foundation (AKF) Partnerships team tasked with identifying and cultivating new funding partnerships and strengthening existing ones to support our strategic goals. They engage with European and Asian government, foundation, and corporate donors to mobilise resources for ten multisector profit and not-for-profit agencies of the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN) operating across Asia and Africa. 4.1 Securing resources
- Coordinate, facilitate, and lead the development, review, and quality assurance of expressions of interest, concept notes and full proposals for funding opportunities;
- Liaise and coordinate with internal stakeholders as well as with donors, partners, and consortia to facilitate project design, align proposal and donor requirements, gather required legal and administrative documentation, and draft sections of proposals as needed;
- Coordinate processes of contracting and negotiation, engaging relevant stakeholders, and ensuring contracts ‘get over the line’ in a timely and efficient way;

- Interface with donors and communicate on a regular basis about the implementation of on-going grants to ensure strong, enduring relationships;
- Ensure strong relationship cultivation throughout the grants cycle, anticipate, and plan for future funding and project extensions;
- Oversight, coordination, review, and quality assurance of donor deliverables (e.g. work plans, monitoring and evaluation plans, staffing plans, budgets, close-out plans, donor troubleshooting);
- Ensure adherence with donor requirements, rules, and regulations, and that grant deliverables are produced on time and to a high standard;
- Coordinate contractual amendments, changes, and project adaptations, engage with donors in a pro-active and diplomatic way, and flag potential changes (e.g. budget revisions, extensions, risks) in advance to ‘trouble shoot’ and ensure smooth project implementation;
- Facilitate grant monitoring efforts including routine coordination meetings, donor steering committees, donor project visits, and donor monitoring missions;
- Undertake coordination and administrative tasks related to grants and support the maintenance and update of grant management tools and tracking systems such as AIMS.
4.3 Donor engagement and positioning
- Support the partnership unit in researching, sourcing relevant information, and performing analysis of market trends on new donors, peer organisations, and funding opportunities to identify potential funding and partnering matches for AKF and AKDN priorities;
- Work with country teams, AKDN agencies, and the Global Programmes Team (GPT) to identify, build, and support strategic partnerships on aligned global and regional initiatives, innovations and themes with likeminded donors and partners;
- Develop positioning materials (e.g. presentations, capability statements, briefs, talking points), collaborating with communications teams, to enable effective donor engagement;
- Engage with new and existing donors and partners to identify solicited and unsolicited funding opportunities;
- Guide teams to make informed, effective decisions on which opportunities to pursue (including ‘Go No-Go’ requests);
- Identify, cultivate, and pre-position with partner organisations to form or join consortia focused funding bids;
- Conduct due diligence on new partners in coordination with finance and partnerships teams.

- Support the influencing of the development sector by convening and participating at events (e.g. conferences, roundtables, policy forums) to share lessons, innovations and knowledge about our programmes that position us as ‘thought leaders’;

As the SRH Services Manager, you will lead METRO’s London-based SRH services, overseeing a range of programs including sexual health clinics, outreach, and youth engagement.
Role

Job Purpose
Create and operate MHI’s technical capability to create and manage products and services. Do so whilst balancing the needs of product, engineering, security and compliance.
Main Responsibilities
Primary
- Develop a set of appropriate methodologies and standard patterns for delivering new products and services. Ability to create quick mock-ups and prototypes.
- Employ aspects of product management, solutions architecture, technical design and testing practices.
- Consider products and services with respect to their lifespan, expected change frequency, support and maintenance requirements.
- Know how to deliver value quickly without compromising security and data protection concerns.
- Expert knowledge of a range of technologies and languages, with the ability to be hands on and lead a small team of engineers.
- Ability to consider and select the most appropriate technologies by considering trade-offs, implications, constraints and the needs of the organisation.
Leadership and people
- Inspire technical members of staff, help them grow and follow best practices consistently.
- Manage the concerns of interested parties (internal and external).

UK for UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency's national charity partner, is looking for an experienced Supporter Care Manager to oversee our Supporter Care services.
Fostering lasting relationships with our supporters is essential to increase awareness and raise funds to help protect refugees.
You will manage our fulfilment agency and Supporter Care Co-ordinator to ensure donations, thanking, and supporter enquiries are handled in a prompt and professional manner. You will also work closely with the Data Team, Fundraising Team, and Communications Team to ensure the delivery of an efficient and positive supporter experience across all channels.
The ideal candidate will possess empathy, patience, and strong communication skills. They will also be familiar with documenting, monitoring, and troubleshooting business processes.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage our fulfilment agency including setting and monitoring levels of service provided, and leading on procurement when required.
- Line manage the Supporter Care Co-ordinator providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
- Develop, implement, and maintain Supporter Care Policies and Guidelines.
- Provide regular training and briefings to prepare internal and external call handling and fulfilment teams.
- Manage the Supporter Care helpdesk; ensuring prompt and accurate responses to enquiries received via phone, email, post, and web forms.
- Effectively resolve enquiries, requests for information, and complaints via appropriate channels, and update our records accordingly.
- Work closely with colleagues in Digital Communications to respond to supporter queries and comments made via social channels.
- Work closely with Communications in responding to reputational or issues-based queries.
- Be the first point of contact for Legacy pledgers, enquirers, and intenders, stewarding as required and liaising with fundraising team members.
- Champion Supporter Care best practices across the organisation.
- Work with the Senior Database Manager to streamline supporter care processes and ensure accuracy of data.
- Ensure that supporter data is managed in accordance with data protection laws and Charity Commission regulations.
- Share supporter feedback with the wider team to promote a supporter focussed organisation.
- Manage and develop our approach to thanking, deciding the appropriate channel, frequency, and level of personalisation for different types of donors.
- Lead and/or support on in-person and online events to deepen supporter care as required.
- Collaborate with Fundraising Teams to conduct market research to better understand the behaviours of both existing and prospective audiences.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES AND EXPERIENCE
Essential Experience
- Experience of managing or working with a fulfilment agency to deliver excellent customer service.
- Experience of working in a customer care environment, leading, or managing a supporter (or customer) care programme and interacting with supporters/customers on the telephone, by email, and in writing.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM products/fundraising databases.
