Key duties:

• Oversee and implement internal communication strategies for employees, volunteers, members, trustees, and other key stakeholders
• Manage news flow and scheduling, collaborating with the People Team and serving as the main contact for internal communications
• Maintain and provide guidance on factsheets and toolkits to support staff in delivering internal news

We are looking for a Graphic Designer (maternity cover).

We’re looking for a mid-weight Graphic Designer to work in-house to create artwork for marketing and communications campaigns across a wide range of media, including print, digital, animation, and video. Job Description

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Administration

· Act as first point of call for artists regarding their visits to hospitals, overseeing sickness, cover and changes to their schedules

· Support artists with hospital administration and contracts

· Keep artists updated with changes in Theodora Children’s Charity’s policies

· Process changes to the Giggle Doctor schedule on our internal systems

· Liaise with hospitals and keep them up to date with information about their programme of Giggle Doctor visits

· Set up meetings with hospitals, artists and Theodora Foundation colleagues as required

· Book long-distance travel and hotels for artists for hospital visits and training events when required

· Support the Finance Manager and Giggle Doctor Programme Manager with collecting and filing timesheets, invoices and receipts for payment

Training and Events

· Support the Giggle Doctor Programme Manager with events, including booking rooms, resources and catering

· Attend training events for Giggle Doctors, setting up and packing down as needed

Impact and Programme Monitoring

· Support the Giggle Doctor Programme Manager with monitoring Trainee and Junior Giggle Doctor’s progress and keeping records of their observation notes

· Support the Giggle Doctor Programme Manager with data capture and record keeping

· Take minutes and record actions during Programme Team meetings, Theodora Foundation meetings and office team meetings from time to time

• Utilise the charity’s CRM database to keep all records up to date and effectively progress supporter development.

HR and Safeguarding

· Act as Deputy Safeguarding Lead and follow safeguarding processes for recording safeguarding incidents in the Designated Safeguarding Lead’s absence.

Charity Manager,

ABOUT US: The Counselling Partnership is an independent, local community charity.  We are committed to improving mental well-being by providing professional, affordable one-to-one counselling to adults facing a variety of difficulties.  These include depression, bereavement, anger, stress, anxiety, abuse, loss, phobias, post-traumatic stress, relationship, self-esteem, trauma and work or career-related issues. 

The Charity has a double purpose.  Addressing the psychological needs of our local community through appropriate counselling interventions is our first objective, but we do this by offering counsellors in training appropriate clinical experience, thereby helping to grow the counselling resources available to the wider community.

We have two outreach counselling rooms in Walton on Thames and Woking and provide on-line counselling to clients throughout Surrey.

The service provides individual therapy to people who have mild to moderate psychological issues, and we are able to offer counselling for up to a year, for clients who require longer term intervention to address presenting issues.

The Corporate Partnerships Manager will be responsible, for driving and developing the Corporate Fundraising Strategy. With support from trustees, the fundraising board and committees, the focus will be on identifying and securing long-term, strategic partnerships with a variety of organisations as well as building on and maintaining those already in place. 

The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of securing funding from corporate supporters and a flair for producing and presenting competitive pitches. Dynamic and results-focussed you will enjoy proactively spotting opportunities and converting them into something concrete via new business and excellent account management.

Who are we?

Art Fund is the UK’s national fundraising charity for art. We give grants to help museums, galleries, historic houses and public arts organisations to acquire objects for their collections, to share them with as many people as possible, and to support research and training for museum professionals. We are supported by our growing membership of 135,000 through the National Art Pass, as well as the generosity of many individuals, trusts and foundations.

The role

As a key member of the National Art Pass marketing team, you will help develop and deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, consideration, and conversion among the UK's diverse culture-seeking audiences.

The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in executing marketing programs across earned, owned, and paid channels, including fostering effective partnerships with other brands. Your role will involve managing creative and media agencies to ensure that all marketing activities are delivered on-time, on-brand, and within budget. Summary

Livingstone Tanzania Trust (LTT) was set up in 2007. Our vision is to live in a world where every young person has access to a quality education.  Our mission is to work in partnership with communities in Tanzania to address the barriers that prevent young people from accessing the quality education they need to reach their full educational potential. To achieve this, we focus on infrastructure and resource programmes, developing teachers’ competencies and addressing issues surrounding household poverty.

As a charity we aim to follow the principles and practices associated with coproduction where all stakeholders are engaged in the designing, fundraising, delivering, monitoring, evaluating, and learning. In this way we are all accountable.

In addition, as a charity, we aim to support our partners in Tanzania to reduce their dependence on us, which we achieve by building their skills to stand on their own feet. This requires us to share our knowledge and provide mentoring services as our partners grow

Working with a team of three LTT employees, as well as Trustees and supporters the key objectives of the Partnerships team is to:

1. Support our ambitious vision: a quality, inclusive education for every child in Tanzania.
2. Plan; manage; deliver; monitor and maintain oversight of LTT’s Trust and Foundation fundraising portfolio, activities and opportunities. Target is to raise in excess of £300,000 per annum from UK and International Trusts, Foundations, other Institutional Donors and individuals in 2025-6 and increase by £40,000 a year thereafter. 

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

This position will focus on sourcing and developing potential national and international funders who provide single and multi-year grants in excess of £10,000 including those who do not accept unsolicited grants.

Duties include:

• Develop and manage opportunity pipelines of prospective funders, planning introductions.
• Write compelling, concise, well-presented, tailored approaches and grant applications in Word and Canva.
• Liaise with the Operations team, to gather the relevant information for grant applications (e.g. data, case studies, imagery etc).
• Ensure systems are kept up to date with all details of grant application documents, progress and outcomes and any other interactions with funders.
• Work with partners in Tanzania to offer them support and guidance 
• Draft programme reports for projects for which you have raised funds.
• Contribute with other team members to the organisational budgeting process, by producing a detailed breakdown of opportunities and likelihood of success.
• Contribute to production of key external documents which may impact Trust and Foundation fundraising e.g. Annual Report & Accounts, Impact Report.
• Attend team meetings at least twice a year
• Attend relevant third-party events/training as required.
• Attend and assist with some LTT fundraising events.
• Other related duties as required.

Key Requirements

• Knowledgeable and passionate about International Development/Education
• Understanding and respectful of cultural differences.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a grant fundraising role, with a successful track record of regularly securing 4 and 5 figure grants.
• Knowledge of funding databases and other sources of potential funders.
• Ability to absorb, collate and organise large amounts of information from different sources/channels.
• Ability to select and distil programme information to develop a core message for target funders, aligned to their specific interests.
• Persuasive writing skills – weaving powerful stories with clear evidence of programme impacts.
• Strong IT literacy and adept in making funding applications online.
• Experience of developing fundraising budgets.
• Excellent organisational/planning skills.
• Networking skills.
• Willingness for occasional travel for meetings and events.
