Who we are

We are a small international development charity working in Tanzania. Our focus is to support communities to overcome the barriers that prevent their children from accessing a quality education. We work with locally led NGO's to achieve this goal. Typically the barriers include poor school infrastructure, lack of school resources, demotivated teachers, lak of water, school meals, low levels of parental engagement and household poverty.

We work hard to support the communities to achieve their goals, but we like to enjoy our work at the same time. 
We are a supportive and inclusive group with a common goal and we value everyone.

We are guiding in our work by our values of stewardship, longevity, integrity, collaboration and equity.
