The role
To engage with and develop productive working relationships with the BDF membership helping to further their disability agenda over time using our knowledge, member services and paid for products where appropriate. Disability Business Partners have direct responsibility for their assigned Members and are expected to ensure each of their Members uses the members services available most appropriate to them and takes opportunities to introduce our paid for services where it is beneficial to the Member.
As an organisation BDF are a hybrid working organisation, though fully remote working would be an option.

- Experience of providing support and advice to experienced professionals.
- Experience of working in or with business (private sector).
- Able to maintain accurate data collection records and recognise the importance of such.

About the role
- The post holder will be responsible for developing and delivering a workforce development plan to grow and maintain a workforce to enable an all year-round multi-sport offer in our priority places.
- The post holder will be responsible for leading the design, development and delivery of the StreetGames Workforce Development offer for the network of over 400 locally trusted organisations (LTOs) in London & the Southeast.
- The post holder will work with LTOs in the StreetGames network to enable them able to access workforce development opportunities that helps them to build capability and capacity, so they are better able to utilise the power of sport to transform young lives & underserved communities – which is core to the StreetGames mission and collective End Game.
- The post holder will work together with the StreetGames training academy and the network support teams to ensure that all LTOs in the network can access the StreetGames core offer appropriate to their workforce needs.

Main duties include:

- To prepare and develop innovative lesson plans, design and deliver group activities
- Deliver training to individual young people and groups following the programme curriculum, setting objectives and targets for achievement

This is a new role giving you the opportunity and responsibility to build on our successful fundraising and extend our appeal to new donors as well as maintain our existing supporters. As the Head of Museum Service, you will play a key role in planning and delivering high-quality, accessible museum services that meet the needs of the vibrant and diverse Ealing and Hounslow boroughs.
About the role.
With this breadth of our community in mind, the Head of Museum Service is responsible for developing and implementing the Gunnersbury Museum Service’s Forward Plan, which focuses on community participation, exhibitions, and audience engagement.
The aim is to achieve measurable outcomes that advance education and encourage underrepresented groups to participate in museum services and events, which are also key to sustaining the organisation’s prestigious NPO status.
The Head of Museum Service oversees the integration of digital technologies to enhance the management, care, and public access to Gunnersbury’s collections and heritage assets. Working closely with the Senior Curator, you will ensure the highest standards in conservation, management, and interpretation of the museum collection and update relevant policies and emergency plans.
Managing and supporting the Formal Learning Manager to deliver educational programmes, and the Community Programmes Officer to foster partnerships that strengthen community engagement, you will collaborate with the fundraising team to secure grant funding and sponsorship opportunities. Ensuring compliance with national standards, such as ACE Accreditation, is also a key responsibility.
Internally, the Head of Museum Service will build strong relationships with senior colleagues to support the overall management of the Museum and Park, ensuring Gunnersbury is well maintained and operates efficiently.
You will lead the curatorial team in procuring and managing external consultants and contractors to uphold high collection management standards and establish a robust system for impact assessment and key performance indicators (KPIs), culminating in an annual Impact Report for the museum service.
Externally, this role is central to developing strategic partnerships at regional and national levels to expand the museum’s reach and impact. Kent Community Foundation (KCF) is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Head of Finance and Governance to oversee the Foundation’s finance functions and ensure compliance with charity law and regulatory requirements. This role is key to ensuring that financial reporting is clear and accurate and that all policies and procedures are current and fit for purpose.
In this role, you will provide financial oversight, ensuring that processes are both efficient and compliant. You will act as the main contact for investment houses, banks and auditors, ensuring that financial reporting is clear and accurate. You will also support the Board of Trustees, preparing papers for board and committee meetings and assisting with trustee recruitment, training, and evaluations. You will also oversee other governance duties including the updating of the Foundation’s policies to ensure legal compliance and best practice, as well as submitting returns to the relevant regulatory bodies, such as the Charity Commission and Companies House.
The ideal candidate will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or have equivalent experience, with a strong background in financial management and a working knowledge of Xero software. Knowledge of charity governance and reporting is essential. Experience in the voluntary sector, along with knowledge of systems such as Salesforce and Sage Payroll, would be highly beneficial.
Flexible working hours are available with 25 hours per week minimum.

Key duties and responsibilities:
- Work alongside the Partnerships Manager to implement the fundraising strategy with a focus on building unrestricted income levels for City of Trees.
- Assist the Partnerships Manager in managing existing key funder relationships and take the lead on developing new funder relationships and revenue streams.
- Play a supporting role in trusts and foundations, working closely with the Business Development team.
- Oversee and maintain accurate supporter records through the use of our CRM system, DonorFy
- Work closely with the communications team on digital fundraising and events.
To be successful in this role you will need a broad experience across multiple fundraising disciplines i.e. legacy, individual giving, community and corporate fundraising. You will also need experience in planning, organising and delivering fundraising campaigns and activities, plus Experience of using a CRM system such as DonorFy, salesforce, Raisers Edge or ThankQ.

About this key role
You will focus on providing comprehensive and holistic assessments, advice, referrals and support to women aged 18 years and above. This will see you produce support and risk management plans based on assessments, ensuring you create a safe and trusting environment, using trauma informed practice to successfully facilitate a supportive and constructive relationship with clients.

About this key role
Our successful candidate will provide person-centred support to a caseload of service users who will either be serving community sentences or being released from prison. This will involve undertaking assessment and action planning with individual service users which will result in timely and prescribed outcomes being achieved, and creating a safe and trusting environment, using trauma informed practice to successfully facilitate a supportive and constructive relationship with service users. You will deliver a range of interventions to service users, including group work sessions where required, and work with service users flexibly, meeting and undertaking interventions in a range of prescribed locations across a wide geographical area.
We will also rely on you to develop and maintain positive working relationships with external agencies including Probation, Prisons and partners, and work towards contractual targets and outcomes within agreed timescales and in line with specified quality standards. Using agreed CRM databases, recording all activity relating to caseload and ensuring all information is recorded within agreed deadlines are all also vital aspects of the role.
