The Katie Piper Foundation are seeking a passionate and proactive Fundraising Relationships Manager to lead our supporter-led fundraising and corporate partnerships, while also supporting events and major donor stewardship. This role offers a unique opportunity to build and nurture impactful relationships, helping us grow our sustainable income to expand our reach and support for survivors.
You will work closely with the Head of Fundraising and Marketing, as well as our Communications Lead, to maximise our fundraising potential and amplify the charity's message. This is a part-time, dynamic role within a small, dedicated team where no two days are the same!
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Building: Recruit, support, and manage relationships with individual supporters, corporate partners, and community groups, helping them reach their fundraising potential.
- Corporate Partnerships: Identify and secure new corporate partnerships, including charity of the year opportunities, sponsorships, and collaborative fundraising initiatives.
- Community Engagement: Develop supporter-led fundraising activities, encourage survivor involvement, and foster a diverse community of supporters dedicated to our mission.
- Event and Campaign Support: Play a key role in planning and supporting charity-organised and third-party fundraising events.
- Major Donor Stewardship: Collaborate with the team to engage and steward major donors, building long-term relationships that sustain our mission.

You’re comfortable working independently and as part of a small, collaborative team, bringing passion and commitment to each project.

Main Purpose of the Job
To support the successful delivery of Think Active’s #WeThinkActive strategy by leading and managing the organisation’s PR, marketing, and communications efforts. The Marketing and Communications Lead will co-lead the development and execution of comprehensive strategies that align with Think Active's mission and strategic objectives. This role is pivotal in raising the organisation’s profile, creating high-quality, engaging content across platforms, and ensuring brand consistency. Collaborating across the organisation, the postholder will transform initiatives into compelling stories that promote the role of physical activity and sport in improving lives across Coventry, Solihull, and Warwickshire. Data-driven insights will be used to enhance digital engagement, drive stakeholder involvement, and increase Think Active’s visibility and impact.
About the Role
Base Location: The main headquarters of the Charity is in Leamington Spa although
some of the work involves being located across Coventry, Solihull & Warwickshire. We
have a blended approach of home-based working, office-based working and travelling to and attending meetings as required. The post holder is expected to work from HQ on at least 2 days per week, to support colleagues by attending meetings and events and by adopting a flexible approach to their work.
Salary: £17,546 (plus, travel expenses and pension contribution and other benefits)
Working Pattern: 22.5 hours per week | 0.6 FTE |

Proficiency in both English and French is essential, alongside experience in financial management and a personal commitment to defending human rights. Additionally, you should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work under pressure in complex environments, including up to 12 weeks of travel per year to remote forest areas.

This role is responsible for leading the development and implementation of our financial inclusion programmes across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, (428 food banks, running over 1300 centres), building strong partnerships and alliances to achieve our vision of a UK without the need for food banks.

Role responsibilities
· Proactive and effective contribution to the Senior Leadership Team towards the achievement of our overall organisational strategy, with direct responsibility for leading on the second key objective of our Changing Communities theme.
· Development and delivery of an innovative income maximisation helpline across England and Wales, in collaboration with the Citizens Advice England & Wales, along with other key organisations in the anti-poverty sector, offering immediate telephone advice and support to people facing crisis through c130 FTE trained specialist advice workers.
· Development and delivery of income maximisation programmes in NI and Scotland to support people in crisis to access advice and holistic support
· Lead and develop a high-performing team of c25 in order to support every food bank to develop and execute a strategic plan in each of their communities, that seeks to improve the local referral pathways, putting advice at the front end of the journey for people in crisis, to include the delivery of a strategic grant programme of c. £15 million to embed financial inclusion initiatives.
· Ensure that all financial inclusion service provision is underpinned by sustained and meaningful participation from people with lived experience, ensuring the journey of the person in crisis is continuously improved through utilising data and sector learning on best practice for effective service delivery across channels, considering barriers, gaps and referral pathways

Main Purpose of the Role
The Head of Volunteering will manage, develop and grow StreetVet’s Volunteer programme. They will have overall responsibility to recruit, onboard, induct, train, support, communicate with, develop and recognise volunteers as well as ensure good governance and compliance. The Head of Volunteering will act as an ambassador for volunteering across all StreetVet locations and externally. The Head of Volunteering will monitor and evaluate the impact of StreetVet’s volunteering programme and will identify and assess opportunities to develop the programme further.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement the StreetVet Volunteering Strategy
• Lead and manage the day-to-day operation of the volunteer programme across all locations and work with the clinical team to ensure appropriate and robust processes are in place to provide suitable and high-quality care for the animals StreetVet work with.
• Develop and grow the volunteer programme to continually improve the volunteering experience at StreetVet.
• Review and refine all volunteer processes, policies and documentation to improve standards and ensure compliance.
• Oversee the recruitment and retention of volunteers, including the review and maintenance of all volunteer-related data, ensuring that it is compliant with data protection and GDPR principles.
• Oversee the development and provision of effective induction and learning and development activities appropriate for volunteer roles, working with key contacts across the charity and liaising with existing volunteers as required.
