- Plan and deliver a continuous program of process upgrades and development under the direction of the Systems Development Manager - continue to automate individual and bulk processes within UPM2 and any other applications, as prioritised.

- Implement any system changes required to support amendments to standard letters;

We train specialist dogs to detect the odour of human disease, providing life-saving alert assistance dogs to people with complex health problems across the UK and collaborating with NHS Trusts and other researchers and Universities both in the UK and internationally to advance the early diagnosis of disease.
The Job
We are a charity that punches above its weight. We receive no statutory funding and rely on the generosity of our many volunteers and supporters who raise awareness of our work and much needed funds. The main purpose of this role will be to support the Community and Events Manager to develop local volunteer groups with the aim of increasing both awareness of the charity’s life-saving work and local fundraising. Other activities and administrative tasks across our key fundraising areas will also form part of the role.

Responsibilities
- Support the Community & Events Fundraising Manager with the delivery of events
- Support the Region 5 volunteers in conjunction with the Community Fundraising Team
- Represent and promote the charity at external events within the Region 5 geography including some evenings and weekends.
- Assist the Individual Giving Manager with the fulfilment of supporter communications including thank you letters and fulfillment of the Sponsor A Puppy Programme.

BHRC is the international human rights arm of the Bar of England and Wales, working to protect the rights of advocates, judges and human rights defenders around the world. About the Role
We are looking for someone who is proactive and efficient with an eye for detail, who has experience working with smaller organisations, and who has a flexible and can-do attitude. The primary responsibilities would be to assist with BHRC communications, events organisation, and project administration. An interest in human rights issues or international development would be of benefit. The position will be directly supervised by the Project Team, with oversight from the Vice Chair and respective office holders as required. The position will be based in part remotely and in part in the London office, including for meetings and events. Working arrangements will be agreed with the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the setting up of meetings, calls (Zoom / telephone / other virtual platforms), appointments and travel arrangements for BHRC-related business, and minute-taking for internal and external meetings on request, including the monthly BHRC Executive Committee meeting (which the Assistant must be available to attend in person unless held on Teams at the discretion of the BHRC Chair).
- Support with follow ups to email communications, meeting requests, and other routine correspondence either received by BHRC or outgoing from BHRC.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and self-motivated membership marketer with excellent communication and copywriting skills to help improve member engagement and retention and grow membership at the Library.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, you will join a small and busy team in the Membership department. About you
Passionate about creating engaging copy for different audiences and channels, you will have a good level of experience with e-communications, e-software, data reporting and CRMs. You will have a background in membership marketing, ideally within an arts/cultural or charity organisation, and experience in implementing marketing retention campaigns to meet set targets. You will also have experience assisting with the delivery of events and be available to work at Library events as needed.
You will have strong writing skills with attention to detail and an ability to identify and produce engaging stories. You will have excellent communication, interpersonal and prioritisation skills, be organised and plan workload effectively to meet deadlines. We work hard to ensure we are providing for people whose needs have evolved as they’ve grown older.
We own and manage specialist homes for older people. These homes are designed to help them maintain, and in some cases increase, their independence.
We also have a wide programme of services and activities to help them connect with their community and lead richer lives.
Our scheme in Acton consists of 52 flats, has a large communal area with kitchen and a large garden. Our residents want to live independently with reassurance that there is help at hand should they need it!
As a Scheme Manager, you are personable, passionate and will flourish working with our older residents who may have complex needs or are vulnerable because of their health or physical disabilities.

A bit about the role:

About the Role
You will be responsible for updating and maintaining the HR database, so it is essential that you have worked on a HRIS, producing regular reports and management information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as first point of contact for system and process queries including holiday, sickness, leavers and internal transfers.
- ‘Technical expert’ for the HR system providing support and coaching to HR colleagues and new users, reporting any required fixes, testing and support continuous development of the HR system.
- Support and maintenance of HR software including the inputting, updating and transferring of data.

About You

We’re looking for someone with a passion for developing digital platforms! The role will be focused on removing barriers to digital engagement through ensuring our platforms are relevant, engaging and accessible.
Our digital platforms are a key strategic enabler for the Guild, from providing our website to showcase our brand story to our membership platform for our student volunteers to manage their societies and groups, how we use and develop our digital platforms is critical to our delivery. Working closely with the Digital Manager, the wider Marketing team, and Student Engagement teams, the Digital Platforms Coordinator will be delivering and improving our digital platforms approach to ensure that they meet the needs and expectations of our student community.

Responsibilities:
· Leading our work to develop strategic and tactical insights that will enable a spectrum of actors (business, banks, law enforcement) to prevent MSHT. This may include safeguarding potential victims or victims.

In this role you will offer specific administrative and operational support to a Divisional Sales Team and provide first line support through the Customer Services Helpline. A vital element of the role will be processing all stock donation calls that the Help Desk receives, and then contacting the relevant field staff for a final action plan. Your support in all aspects of customer and shop enquiries will be crucial to the Divisional Sales Manager to ensure the Division's administrative operations are run efficiently and cost effectively.
This opportunity will require you to have strong IT skills, especially Excel and the ability to collate accurate information from a variety of sources to supply to the Retail Division.
