The Energy Neighbours Information and Data Manager is responsible for setting up and managing the systems that enable all staff and organisations involved in the project to gather and use information and data. Information and Data Manager works with the Project Manager to make good use of staff and partners time through excellent information systems.
The Energy Neighbours Information and Data Manager ensures the whole team has the information and data systems they need to engage and support residents and community organisations – and be accountable to partners and funders. The Information and Data Manager ensures information and data is secure, up to date and used to improve and develop the project.
The aim is that the project starts in February 2025.

What we are looking for:
- An experienced, enthusiastic information manager
- Experience of developing and managing data systems which meet the team and project’s needs
- Advanced data management and analysis skills, able to use database systems
- Ability to support surveys, data analysis and present key results
- Able to provide staff training and guidance documents, enabling others to use systems and follow good data management practice
- Relevant level 5 (HND) qualification or able to learn at this level

The Energy Neighbours project has a clear community capacity-building approach, aiming to work inclusively with communities and community organisations, listening to local priorities, experimenting and learning together, being transparent and accountable and sharing decision-making.
The project will help more community buildings and homes to be more energy efficient, by providing expertise, training, volunteering and sharing learning. Energy Neighbours supports and funds organisation development, community activities, volunteering, community business and partnership development, helping communities have a stronger voice and more capacity to impact on their priorities and concerns.
The new Energy Neighbours team includes a Project Manager, Project Coordinator and an Information and Data Manager. These three posts support four Community Energy Development Workers who work with community organisations and residents in priority areas of Kirklees. The project partners include the Kirklees Climate Commission, local experts on energy and independent evaluation support.

Title: ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT - FTC 12 MONTHS – LONDON OFFICE
A. Role:
To provide administrative support to the Finance Partner on a full-time basis.
B1. Duties and Responsibilities: Accounts
You will be supporting the Finance Partner and Assistant Management Accountant with the day-to-day accounts matters. We use a computerised Practice Management software called SOS. Training will be given on using this and all other systems so previous experience is not essential. You will be given accounts work gradually and fully trained on each area of work before moving onto the next level once you are confident and able. Tasks initially allocated to you will include those listed below:
- Submitting interim cost/disbursement claims to the Legal Aid Agency - This will be your main priority
- Maintaining the purchase ledger system – receiving supplier’s invoices, checking, and entering onto our system then paying suppliers as required
- ·Paying costs draftsmen fees each month
- ·Paying all client related disbursements and posting to SOS
- ·Processing staff expenses
- Weekly reconciliations of the firm’s bank accounts
- Weekly reconciliations of the firms PBA account
- ·Topping up and reconciling the firms cash cards
- Monthly reconciliations of the partners credit cards
- Investigating and clearing residual balances
- Checking office/client account throughout the day and ensuring payments received are allocated to correct matters and informing Fee Earners
- Helping the Assistant Management Accountant with ad-hoc accounts tasks as required
B2. Duties and Responsibilities: Admin / IT
· Setting up new users’ computers, supporting users when they have minor issues with their PC’s, e.g. replacing mice, screens and keyboards when necessary.
· Liaising with our external IT suppliers
· Generally helping with tasks as required
· Archiving matters on SOS
General:
· Attending meetings.
· Providing cover to colleagues as necessary

The Felix Project is London's biggest food redistribution charity and the largest end-to-end food redistribution charity in Europe.
The Felix Project is a dynamic, ambitious charity working to make London a city where no one goes hungry and good food is never wasted.
We rescue high quality, fresh and nutritious food that cannot be sold from nearly 500 suppliers including supermarkets, wholesalers, farms, restaurants and delis. We sort and deliver this food to charities, schools and community projects supporting London’s most vulnerable people.
This year we expect to rescue 13,000 tonnes of food to redistribute to more than 1,000 London frontline charities and primary schools in every borough of London. That’s enough food to make more than 30 million meals.
The Felix Project is growing fast in response to huge demand. Set up in 2016, we now have around 160 staff working alongside 8,500 volunteers. We have four main operating depots spread across London - in Deptford, Enfield, Park Royal and Poplar. We’re committed to ensuring our different teams work hand-in-hand, so our main hot-desking spaces are built into these depots.
Alongside our large-scale, depot-based operations we have green ‘point-to-point' food redistribution projects in central London and Canary Wharf. In Poplar, we operate a commercial Kitchen which uses surplus food to cater for up to 5,000 individual meals per day.
Purpose of the Job
The Recruitment and HR Operations Manager will report direct to the Head of People and lead the end-to-end recruitment and HR operations for our organisation. This role combines the strategic elements of recruitment with operational HR responsibilities, including payroll oversight, HR systems management, and occasionally employee relations support. This role will be line managing the People Officer and People Administrator, who will provide support on the below functions.
Duties and Accountabilities
Recruitment
- Ensure that end-to-end recruitment is completed for roles across all levels of the organisation; including creating recruitment campaigns and plans
- Overseeing job board accounts
- Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Partner with department managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies as needed to support hiring goals.
HR Operations
- Oversee HR operations to ensure efficient and compliant HR processes, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee record maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and internal policies.
- Drive improvements in HR processes and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the team.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
Payroll Management
- Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payroll distribution.
- Coordinate with the Finance Department and the People Officer to resolve payroll-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with all payroll-related legal requirements and organisational policies.
HR Systems and Database Oversight
- Oversee databases, ensuring data integrity and security
- Ensure external website, intranet, and SharePoint HR pages are updated and contain most up-to-date information.
Other
- Provide support for ER cases as needed, collaborating with the HR Advisor to ensure fair and consistent application of policies.
- Support the Learning and Development Advisor in development and administration function of training of our staff
- Support HR leadership in fostering a positive workplace culture
- Any other duties as directly by the senior leadership team.

Role Description
Our membership community are the lifeblood of GCT, representing a passionate group primarily based in the UK, inspired by the magic of Galapagos. Through their membership donations, this community provides a critical stream of income, protecting this special place long after people visit and represent our best advocates for protecting Galapagos into the future. We are seeking a special individual who can help us reach more of this UK audience and catalyse a growth in new supporter recruitment. At GCT, we truly believe that regenerative tourism can be part of the solution for conservation and this role will also drive stronger connections with tourism businesses and other targeted corporates to grow GCT’s income, donor recruitment opportunities and also to disseminate messaging to influence more sustainable practices in the Galapagos tourism industry.
Reporting to the CEO, the Membership & Regenerative Tourism Manager will drive the development and implementation of three key GCT strategies: Membership, Corporate fundraising & Regenerative Tourism. The role will line manage the Individual Giving Fundraiser who is responsible for managing GCT’s contact database and membership/corporate fundraising administration.
What you’ll deliver:
Membership
· Working with the Individual Giving Fundraiser you will oversee a growth in GCT’s membership (targets to be agreed upon appointment) whilst ensuring our strong record of supporter retention is maintained, ensuring our members feel a valued part of protecting Galapagos.
· Working with the Individual Giving Fundraiser and Communications team, you will develop and deliver high quality communications to members and tourism contacts, growing recruitment and ongoing engagement.
· Working with the Individual Giving Fundraiser you will manage GCT’s contact database (CRM) and will refine GCT’s membership, supporter and corporate data tracking processes, reporting monthly and quarterly indicators to the Senior Leadership Team and Board.
· You will ensure robust administration of membership, supporter and corporate income, with an ‘all-hands-on-deck’ attitude during busy income processing times.
· You will lead promotional activities for legacy gifts, stewarding legacy pledgers.
· You will support the Senior Philanthropy Manager in donor relationship management, ensuring a strong donor journey at all levels.
· You will provide strategic input to the CEO for ongoing membership, tourism and corporate fundraising strategy delivery and development.
Corporate Partnerships

· Working with the Senior Leadership Team you will support the development and implementation of GCT’s first Galapagos Regenerative Tourism Partner initiative (aiming to generate c. £50K per year towards regenerative tourism work).

· You will support the Senior Philanthropy Manager with logistics, promotion and fundraising strategies for the GCT cruises.
Regenerative Tourism
· You will stay informed of tourism news from Galapagos and trends for UK tourists including attending relevant networking events, updating the wider GCT team on a quarterly basis.
· Support GCT’s position on the Galapagos Regenerative Tourism Working Group.
· Ensure opportunities to share regenerative tourism messaging are optimised to increase industry uptake of biodiversity and local community positive solutions.
General
· Stay informed of existing and new fundraising legislation and guidance from the Fundraising Regulator, keeping the Senior Leadership Team updated of any changes.
· Support for GCT events such as our annual Galapagos Day.
· Ensure GCT’s fundraising and contact data management policies are kept up to date and implemented across the organisation.

The Steve Morgan Foundation has generously agreed to provide a grant towards the salary costs of this new fixed term post for 3 years.
Who we are looking for
We are seeking somebody who is a confident communicator, with strong analytical, IT and critical thinking skills, able to build and maintain relationships internally and externally, write accurate and concise reports and with excellent interpersonal and financial management skills. You will provide the 'link' between the paid staff and volunteers, and the Board of Trustees, and be comfortable as the public face of the charity when needed. This is a remote working position but will involve regular travel to meetings and locations where our user activities are held.

We are seeking a hard-working, driven and flexible individual to develop, lead and grow our volunteer and community engagement team and lead and collaborate with our marketing and communication team to raise awareness and increase engagement to grow our vital work.
Main duties include:
¨ Be an effective manager, line managing our Volunteer, Community Outreach and Marketing and Communications teams.
¨ Working with various partner organisations, building relations while exploring possible funding/joint working/event opportunities, and supporting our Outreach Team to make sure they are best placed to have the biggest impact for the people we enable and empower.
¨ In collaboration with the Marketing and Communications team, oversee the production of high quality communications to raise awareness, increase engagement and grow support for our vital work.
¨ Organise and facilitate our Breaking Down Barriers Workshops three times a year.
¨ Lead on key projects around Communications, Volunteering and Engagement, including:
- Co-produce a strategic volunteering plan for the team aligned to our strategy
- Review and develop the charity policies for volunteering and ensure volunteers are up to date with our relevant policies, legislative requirements and our needs and requirements
- Co-produce a strategic communications plan for the team, aligned to our strategy
- Review all current communications and revise annual marketing plans to strengthen our presence in the community
¨ Working with colleagues in other teams and departments, develop a strategic Community Engagement plan aligned to our strategy
¨ Ability to work flexibly according to the business need which may include evening and weekends
Skills and Qualifications:
- Direct experience of line managing a team of staff
- Relevant experience in the management of a volunteering programme, or extensive experience of directly managing volunteers with the ability to step up into this role
- Knowledge and understanding of volunteering best practice, strategy and policy
- Demonstrable experience of community engagement and building relationships with partner organisations
- Planning and organisational skills, including ability to plan, prioritise and deliver a complex workload
- Strong presentation skills, sufficient to deliver engaging training to staff and volunteers
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written, and ability to relate well to people from all backgrounds
- Experience in MS Office and confident in using a database

The people we support are often vulnerable so it is essential that all volunteers have an appropriate Disclosure and Barring clearance, and that our records of all other relevant paperwork such as driving licence details and insurance is kept up to date and properly recorded.

The post holder must be open to new ways of working, adapt well to change and be able to feed back the impact of changes to volunteers, their team and to senior managers.

Summary
To manage the development of LE’s Aftercare programme to ensure its successful delivery against a range of desired outcomes for individuals, communities and our organisation. Our Aftercare programme is for adults, children and young people who have received Counselling from Listening Ear to help them cope with bereavement, separation & loss, domestic abuse and/or stress & anxiety. Our Aftercare beneficiaries benefit from ongoing support in a group context with support from experienced Counsellors. We run a number of Aftercare groups, all at different stages of development, and have recently been awarded funding from the National Lottery Community Fund for a period of just over four years. This will enable us to develop, evaluate and embed a more consistent Aftercare approach that is informed by our beneficiaries.
We are looking for an experienced Projects & Partnerships Manager, with a passion for providing effective services for people of all ages who face challenges with their mental health. You will work with our amazing team of Counsellors (who deliver the Aftercare groups) and with Aftercare beneficiaries and potential beneficiaries to plan, manage and evaluate an ongoing Aftercare programme, including positive activities. You will be responsible for managing a project budget of up to £30,000 per annum.
Job Purpose
- To gain a full understanding of the needs and interests of Aftercare beneficiaries (and potential beneficiaries) through regular consultation using a variety of methods.
- To work with our Aftercare delivery team to design a programme of positive activities that will help beneficiaries connect, take notice, keep learning, stay active and give (The Five Ways to Wellbeing). The programme will be informed by regular consultation with beneficiaries and will be delivered online and face to face dependent on the group.
- To research and identify appropriate external activity providers, supporting them to deliver high quality experiences that achieve outcomes against the Five Ways to Wellbeing and are safe, inclusive and appropriately resourced within budget.
- To ensure that all external providers, activities, venues and equipment are risk assessed and that appropriate mitigations are in place to manage and minimise risk.
- To ensure that all required materials and resources are purchased and posted to participants in advance of online activity sessions.
- To ensure that all Aftercare opportunities are communicated to potential beneficiaries in a timely and effective manner, maximising engagement and attendance through supportive reminders.
- To directly support the delivery of face-to-face Emotional Youth Club sessions, which take place on one Saturday of every month, usually in the Knowsley or St Helens areas, always involving a positive activity. You will do this alongside a team of two trained Counsellors and the selected Activity Provider.
- To work with colleagues in Operations to ensure the right systems are in place to monitor and evaluate our desired outputs and outcomes, using a CRM system (Lamplight) for which training will be provided.
- To ensure that Aftercare delivery staff understand and are fully recording the required monitoring and evaluation information.
- To convene a regular (monthly and later quarterly) Aftercare Project Team involving staff of LE, circulating agendas, distributing notes and actions and supporting their input as required.
- To communicate about the project internally, ensuring a high level of awareness of its benefits and working with Counsellor colleagues to ensure referrals to Aftercare groups increase and are consistent.
- Contribute to the vision, strategic planning and relevant policy development, for LE and actively participate as a member of the management team, supporting and working closely with the SMT.
- To work collaboratively with other Project and Partnership Leads within Listening Ear.
- To contribute significantly to biannual project reports for the National Lottery Community Fund, and quarterly Commissioner reports working with the Development Manager.
- To attend meetings with funders/Commissioners as required to give progress updates.
- To complete all administrative tasks relevant to the post.
- To manage the project budget, with support from the Finance and Development Teams.

World Obesity Federation (WOF) is a worldwide federation with over 100 members and takes a holistic view of obesity from cause and prevention to treatment. WOF is a lead partner to global agencies on obesity, including WHO, and a member of the Global Obesity Coalition.
The candidate will lead on the MAPPS II study with oversight from the Head of Data & Evidence. MAPPS is a global research study that identifies and addresses the barriers and gaps in obesity care in health systems across countries. The in-depth knowledge and insight gained can be applied to inform policy reform and achieve global milestones – with the ultimate goal of improving access to obesity care for all.
MAPPS II is an enhancement, extension and update of our first MAPPS study (which was undertaken in 2018 -2019), that will span 3 years (2024 – 2027) and feed into global campaigns and upcoming global milestones.
