We are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic administrator to provide charity administration support, predominantly within our Financial Support service. You will be responsible for processing applications for financial assistance, checking and accumulating an applicant’s supporting evidence. In addition, you will assist in monitoring all existing Beneficiaries, ensuring continued quality and suitability of support and fulfilling Charity Commission requirements for the provision of benevolent aid.
You will also be assisting in the administration of our team of volunteer Area Representatives who provide face-to-face support to our Beneficiaries. You will therefore possess excellent interpersonal and team leadership skills, and the ability to communicate clearly and with empathy.
An organised and confident individual, your work will also involve providing administrative support to our events team, increasing awareness of the services we provide, as well as supporting the Head of Operations. You must possess excellent time management skills and the desire to build and maintain successful working relationships.

Job Purpose:
We require a bright, helpful, committed and adaptable temporary administrator to provide daily support to our IG Team. The primary focus of the role is to support the IG team with various administrative duties across donor recruitment, development and legacy fundraising.

We are looking for a dynamic individual to work as part of our Rehab Team to assist with a range of administration tasks and session support, support clients during workshops and with other admin tasks, be the first point of contact for all new enquiries and to carry out tasks allocated by the Rehab Team Lead

The post-holder will be based at Headway Surrey’s centre, at Headway House, 21 North Road, Guildford, GU2 9PU. Occasional remote working may be offered either permanently or ad hoc with the CEO's prior agreement.
On the job training will be provided at all times to help develop your skills and knowledge.
Following the successful completion of the probation period, the post holder will be required to undertake a self-study Brain Tree Training Course, called Cognitive Rehabilitation for Professionals which will be paid for by Headway Surrey. Assignments, exercises, and self-tests are included throughout the coursework—some of which are mailed or emailed to course tutor for feedback.
Training on Headway Surrey’s CRM database, Charitylog will be given.

JOB PURPOSE:
The main purpose of the role is to:

A Rehab Team member will play a key role in achieving Headway Surrey’s objectives by working alongside the Rehab Team to achieve our vision and mission:
Vision - To be known as the go to place for acquired brain injury in Surrey. Supporting people in Surrey from all circumstances with traumatic and acquired brain injury, their carers, and families, are supported to improve their quality of life by optimising recovery and maximising independence.
Mission – Headway Surrey supports people with head injuries, their families, and carers, and promotes understanding of the implications of head injury throughout Surrey.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The key areas of responsibility include:
To support centre sessions which run on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10.00 am to 2.30 pm, under the direction of the Rehab Team Lead and with the assistance of volunteers.
- Prepare cognitive tasks for clients
- Support clients to complete tasks
- Help to present educational brain injury workshops
- Facilitate conversation and encourage clients to follow centre guidelines for appropriate behaviour
- Support the Rehab Team Lead to facilitate other sessions throughout the day, which may include art, boardgames, discussions
To attend team meetings, planning sessions and rehab meetings as required, either in person or via Zoom.
To be the first point of contact for new enquiries and to provide administrative support to enable new enquiries (clients and carers) to access Headway Surrey’s rehab services by:
- Responding to all enquiries (telephone, letter, email or online referral forms) for support services
- Accurately recording all enquiry details and documentation on the CRM
- Ensuring all enquiries are followed up in a timely manner and chased up accordingly
- Collecting and gathering documentation
- Supporting clients to complete Brain Injury ID Card application forms, issued by Headway UK.
- Liaising with Adult Social Care and signposting to other agencies/services where appropriate
INITIALLY
To undertake an induction program given by the Services Manager or CEO. Observation of sessions, training on CRM, telephone system and other processes/systems.
OTHER TASKS
As a small organisation we plan carefully, but sometimes, medical and unplanned absences may present themselves. We may need you to cover / help the team. Training will be given, so that you are prepared for these eventualities.
To provide occasional support in the wider administration duties of the organisation as directed by the Service's Manager.

Qualifications
• A standard pass or above in both Mathematics and English at GCSE level;

Experience

Post Title: Hartlepool Full and Part-Time Tutor

Job Purpose
The Hartlepool Full-Time and Part-Time Tutor posts are an exciting role with Tutor Trust. You will plan and deliver tuition to primary/secondary school-aged pupils (from 9-16 years old) across Hartlepool in Maths and English on a 1:4 ratio and complete appropriate paperwork relating to tuition with pupils (register, feedback sheets, etc.) You will liaise with the Strategic Partnership Manager, Hartlepool Programme Coordinator and the quality team. Main Functions

As Team Administrator for the Children and Young People’s Engagement Team, you will be responsible for providing vital administrative support to a dynamic team working with children, young people and parents all over the UK.
The Team Administrator will provide administrative or logistical support to different team projects, working groups, committees, events or activities. This will also include supporting the finance functions for the Team and managing purchase orders, invoices and expenses and supporting the project teams by drafting and preparing documents. In addition you will ensure all phone and email queries are answered, using clinical experts and team colleagues for advice if necessary.

Reporting to the Head of Children, Young People & Engagement, this is a varied role in which you will have the opportunity to support the work of different engagement projects through assisting and disseminating project reports, joining sessions with children and young people across the year, and the managing of project materials.
Educated to a good standard you should have extensive administrative experience or skills and have well-developed experience and knowledge of Microsoft applications along with proven proof reading and minute taking abilities.
With demonstrable interpersonal, communication and organisational skills, you should have the ability to coordinate several projects concurrently whilst having excellent report writing skills, being able to present information in a fluent and persuasive manner to people at a range of levels.

About the role
Music Services is the delivery arm of Nordoff Robbins and encompasses the provision of music therapy and related activities including education, training and research. The Music Services Administrator will work closely with the Country and Regional Managers of our East & West of Scotland and Southwest England/South Wales teams, and alongside other Music Services Administrators to ensure that the admin function is well run, organised, efficient and effective, and that clients, visitors and callers have a positive experience when they spend time with us. We need someone who can also support the essential data evaluation and impact assessment activities of the Music Services team, underpinning the music therapy delivery data needs of the organisation.

To assist in the ongoing provision of Information Technology services across Woodgreen, we are looking for an IT Support Administrator to join our Data and Technology team and provide specialist technical advice through our customer centred IT helpdesk function.
Taking responsibility for the provision of first line technical support, both in person and in the support of remote users, the successful applicant will provide expert advice, answering support queries via phone, email and the ITSM tool. They will;
- Maintain a high level of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles.
- Take ownership of users technical problems and requests/queries and be proactive when dealing with user issues, logging all calls and updates on the ITSM tool.
- Advise users of relevant policy and procedures relating to IT and information security.
- Produce guidance and support documentation for users along with internal team documentation.

In addition, they will support with some 2nd line support and Infrastructure Management alongside the Senior Systems Administrator.
The successful candidate will be excellent communicator with developed 1st and 2nd line support experience.
