As Talitha Arts’ Therapeutic Arts Programme Manager, you will be responsible for managing Talitha Arts’ programmes, partnerships and practitioners, working with a wide range of stakeholders. You will come from an arts, management or therapeutic arts background (in any field) and have experience developing programming, managing people/volunteers, and growing partnerships.You will be committed to growth and development and passionate about the power of the creative arts to bring healing, restoration and transformation. You will have experience and a heart for working with vulnerable people, devising and developing creative arts workshops and training sessions, and will be willing to work flexibly with therapeutic intent but outside a clinical framework.
This position is home-based with regular travel within London for workshop, training and meetings (travel costs will be reimbursed). Working hours are flexible throughout the week and can be either part time or full time depending on the candidate (maximum of 30hrs per week).Talitha Arts also provides learning and development opportunities, travel for work within London and 3 extra days at Christmas.
Who are We?
Talitha Arts is creative arts charity that delivers creative arts workshops that benefit the mental health and wellbeing of those who have experienced trauma (through trafficking, living with dementia, domestic and sexual abuse, homelessness) and/or are living with mental health problems, addiction or disability. We are a small team comprising our Artistic Director (Executive), Fundraiser and Therapeutic Consultant. You will be managing 15 self-employed practitioners who work on a freelance basis.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Managing and developing all aspect of Talitha Art’s therapeutic arts workshop programming

Overseeing all programming, coordinating teams and managing Practitioner Coordinators

Role Purpose
Southwark Cathedral has been a place of Christian worship for over 1400 years. Now it stands on the vibrant and exciting regenerated south bank of the Thames surrounded by cultural venues such as Tate Modern, Shakespeare’s Globe and Borough Market, the offices of major companies as well as schools and diverse residential communities. This is a key role at Southwark Cathedral supporting the Dean. This secretarial role will primarily feature management of a busy personal diary, correspondence and broader administrative support for the Dean in his capacity as Dean of Southwark, Chair of Chapter and CEO of the Cathedral.
The role holder will also support the Cathedral team as the Office Administrator – responsible for a range of office duties relating to staff wellbeing & socials, office equipment & spaces and the Cathedral’s general enquiries email address.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
For the Dean
- Manage the Dean’s diary: including making appointments, arranging meetings, scheduling preaching and other liturgical arrangements, programming annual schedules (such as Bishops Staff Meetings, chaplaincy and wider public commitments) - keeping Outlook diaries up to date with any changes and making travel arrangements;
- Prepare the Dean’s weekly diary file, including the preparation of any meeting papers or briefs for the week ahead;
- Provide administrative support for the Dean in relation to their attendance at meetings associated with the governance of the Cathedral, including Chapter, Finance Committee, Audit & Risk Committee, Nominations Committee, Fabric Advisory Committee and Board of Enterprises. This will include liaising with colleagues on the Dean’s availability for upcoming meetings, any research the Dean requires and preparation of paper packs for such meetings. Minute taking will not usually be required, but may be requested from time to time in liaison with members of staff usually responsible for the minutes;
- Draft, file and send outgoing correspondence on the Dean’s behalf and process incoming correspondence;
- Support the Dean in all their working relationships including building and maintaining excellent relationships with Chapter Members and Committee Members, the Bishop’s staff and with the wider Diocese, as well as with congregation members, neighbours, commercial partners, professional advisers and other third-party organisations relating to the Dean’s work;
- Set up meetings including room set up and refreshment provision as required;
- Assist the Dean with the processing of their expenses;
- Work with the Governance & Committees Manager on Gifts Registry declarations for the Dean;
- Provide administrative support to bodies the Dean chairs, e.g. Southwark Cathedral Development Trust, the Deans Fund and other Cathedral-associated bodies;
- Assist the Sub Dean and Precentor with administrative tasks as requested;
- Update the Cathedral database in support of the Dean’s work.
Office Administration
- Receiving, distributing and responding to emails sent to the Cathedral’s general information email address;
- Ordering stationery, office equipment and consumables in line with the Cathedral’s approach to sustainability and ethical buying;
- Ensuring the Cathedral’s printing and franking equipment is kept fully functional, and liaising with our contractors when issues arise;
- Ensuring that the offices, reception area, print room, stationery area, staff kitchen and facilities are kept clean, tidy and supplied;
- Co-ordinating Staff Meetings, including booking suitable space and organising refreshments for the meeting;
- Organising staff social events, outings and meals;
- Providing administrative support on Cathedral projects as and when they arise.

Terms and Conditions
Working Hours
The working hours shall be 35 hours per week (exclusive of meal breaks), over five days. Some out of hours working will be required to support meetings and events and this will be notified in advance. Time off in lieu will be awarded in line with Southwark Cathedral’s policy.
Annual Leave
25 days per annum as well as statutory bank holidays and an additional day at Christmas, with an additional 5 days annual leave after 10 years’ continuous employment.
Probation
The appointment is subject to the satisfactory completion of a six-month probationary period.
Season Ticket Loan
Once the probationary period has been completed satisfactorily, the person appointed will be eligible to take out a season ticket loan.
Pension
The person appointed will be eligible to join a defined contributions pension scheme managed by the Church Workers Pension Fund. The Cathedral will contribute half of the annual premium of 10% of salary.
Working Expenses
Reasonable out of pocket expenses will be reimbursed.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Salford CVS to support a new community engagement and investment programme.
We are looking to recruit a part-time (18.75 hours per week) Development Worker (Movement and Physical Activity) on a 3-year fixed-term contract.
You will lead our role in the Place Partner Investment programme in Salford, funded by Sport England (via GM Moving) and working in partnership with Salford Community Leisure. Salford CVS leads on VCSE engagement and investment, while Salford Community Leisure leads on systems change work.
You will engage and build relationships with VCSE organisations in specific areas of Salford in order to understand barriers to physical activity and existing provisions.

FareShare Midlands is the region’s largest food redistribution charity. We take good-to-eat surplus food from the food industry and get it to our Members - frontline charities and community groups all over the Midlands. We turn an environmental problem into a social solution.
Last year we redistributed almost 5,794 tonnes of food from our warehouses in Birmingham, Leicester and Nottingham. It is sorted and stored by our dedicated teams of staff and volunteers, and then redistributed to around 800 Members including food pantries and cafes, homeless shelters and drop-in centres.
These local organisations turn the food into food parcels, affordable shopping and delicious meals for people of all ages. As well as food, our Members provide vital support to families and the elderly, many of whom are facing challenging circumstances and living in poverty.
Last year our food reached more than 83,000 vulnerable people every week, providing 13 million meals. At the same time, we are growing our Employability Programmes to help people gain work experience, skills and jobs.

The Role
This important role will represent FareShare Midlands and engage with the food industry in the Midlands, to develop and grow volumes of surplus food.
Using your account management skills you will manage existing and new business relationships, growing our supply base and ensuring rewarding and sustainable relationships for the partner. The role involves working closely with the FareShare Midlands Food Sourcing Manager and FareShare UK Teams to strengthen our capability to source and accept more food. Role Summary
The Marketing Coordinator will lead marketing activity to reach and grow a teaching and youth audience for the Into Film programme. Main Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Marketing and Communications to develop and implement the Into Film marketing strategy to grow our audiences and deliver against KPIs.

About the role

You will assist the Grants Manager and Grants Coordinator in the development and delivery of a large grants and investments programme (aimed at voluntary, community, and social enterprise organisations and schools) in excess of £1.6m per year, largely focused on addressing health inequalities in the city of Salford. The role will be based in both the office and community settings. We currently operate a hybrid working model, which includes office days and working from home.
To be successful, you will be able to communicate effectively with people from a wide range of backgrounds, from small community groups to large charities, schools and public-sector commissioners. This will include tailoring information, advice and guidance to the needs of the VCSE sector.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable individual with excellent data, organisational and interpersonal skills to join the Data and Migrations Team for the Development (fundraising) and Alumni Relations System (DARS). The post is permanent.
The DARS Data and Migrations Team, a part of the wider DARS Support Centre based in the University Development Office, is responsible for modelling, monitoring, assuring and improving the quality of data held in the DARS database. We also provide user support within a wide range of areas, including migrations, reporting, compliance and governance.
Reporting to the DARS Data & Migrations Team Lead, you will assist with important data-related inquiries, work on reporting and analysis of data quality issues on DARS, and provide expert guidance to existing and newly-migrated teams on the best ways to assure and maintain the quality of their data. The role will also involve supporting the building of and transition to a new CRM system and the delivery of future data migration projects. Your contribution will be essential for the effectiveness of the activities supporting Development (fundraising) and Alumni Relations across the University of Oxford.
You should have a passion for data and be committed to understanding the information needs of system users. You will also be a team player with the ability to work independently towards meeting deadlines, to communicate effectively, and to adopt an assertive approach to problem solving. Other key requirements are a high level of attention to detail, and excellent data management and analytical skills.
