An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced social and digital media professional to join the leading international horse charity World Horse Welfare.
The Social and Digital Media Officer plans, creates and publishes the charity’s social media and digital communications, ensuring accurate content and the right brand look, feel and messaging. Working to the Head of Communications and with the wider team, you will organise and proactively seek out stories and other content from across the charity to engage audiences through our digital media channels, including social platforms, the website and email. A key part of this role is testing and refining approaches to increase reach, engagement, website traffic and donations and to rigorously monitor and evaluate results to inform further activity.
We are looking for someone who has experience in the management of social media channels, a passion for social and digital media with a creative approach to engaging online audiences. You will possess first-rate written and oral communications skills, digital content creation including images and video, excellent attention to detail and the ability to write quality copy in a variety of styles quickly. You must be proactive, confident and capable of working with people at all levels in a variety of spheres. You must have a flexible approach to your work and be willing to work outside of normal office hours where necessary. Equine knowledge and experience is highly desirable.
The role is based in Norfolk and is a hybrid split of 2 days in our head office in Snetterton and 3 days at home. You may be required to attend events around the UK and visit the charity’s four rescue and rehoming centres to gather content.

Meet your Manager
In this role, you will be managed by Andrea Lee, who joined ClientEarth in 2013 and is based in the UK. She has over ten years’ experience of working on sustainability projects and campaigns across the voluntary and public sectors in the UK, Spain and the USA. She first worked on the Healthy Air London community engagement project and now coordinates the national Healthy Air Campaign. Before joining ClientEarth, Andrea worked on sustainable transport behaviour change projects funded by Transport for London, and later at national charity Living Streets.
Main Duties
- Support the Head of UK to develop and implement a UK public affairs and communications plan to meet the strategic needs of the organisation across climate, nature, corporate accountability, the rule of law, and in partnership with communications, digital and programmes teams.
- Proactively stay abreast of political and media developments and any relevant priority policy developments in the UK and manage reactions to political developments.
- Monitor relevant developments in the UK Parliament, in line with the agreed UK strategy and coordinate and track engagement.
- Develop communications plans for CEO profile on priority communications and policy issues, working with colleagues across the communications team to do so.
- Support senior leaders in the UK to build and maintain relationships in line with the strategic needs of ClientEarth, and in line with the agreed priorities, including with elected officials, political advisers, journalists, civil servants, local leaders and their advisers and other public bodies.

About the role:
This is an ideal post for someone with experience and interest in bereavement work, looking to join a forward thinking, new service. This is also a great chance to be working alongside the Healthcare & Education Department within HMP Bronzefield and be part of a prison services team in Advance.
Using a trauma informed approached, the Loss & Bereavement Specialist will conduct a person-centred assessment to understand the extent of the client’s emotional needs and the impact of loss due to imprisonment or contact with the criminal justice system whilst also identifying practical and specialist needs. They will work with women to develop a support plan, ensuring they are equipped with information and knowledge about how to navigate possible changes in circumstances related to her children’s care and offer crisis intervention and support during acute phases of loss/bereavement.
The Loss & Bereavement Specialist Worker will liaise with the Prison Healthcare team, OMU, visits team and the Family Support Officer to facilitate interactions between women and their children/family members, particularly considering support is in place after visits and that the women’s emotional needs are met in custody and community via our Women’s centres.
The Specialist Worker will create a link between prison and the community, helping women to navigate support services and to positively re-integrate into their community upon release. The role will combine a casework- based approach, along with a signposting and advice service for the women. They will be based in the community and will provide a drop-in service in HMP Bronzefield to support women who are close to release.
A car may be desirable for this role, though not essential
About You:
To be successful as the Loss & Bereavement Specialist Worker you will need the below experience and skills:
Experience of working with bereaved individuals and providing grief counselling including knowledge of various therapeutic modalities relevant to grief counselling
Comprehensive understanding of the grieving process and experience of working with bereaved and loss as well as knowledge of traumatic and complex grief/loss.
An understanding of violence against women and girls and its links to women in the criminal justice system.
Proven ability and experience as a caseworker delivering trauma responsive interventions which support resettlement and rehabilitation of vulnerable people in the criminal justice system whether in the community or in prisons
Knowledge and understanding of the requirements of managing a caseload including maintaining and updating records, remaining focused on action plan goals, and keeping to deadlines

ANTRUK is a small UK patient organisation for people impacted by antibiotic and antimicrobial resistance (AMR). Our legitimacy to advocate for change, with policy makers and NHS organisations, comes from our research projects, our engagement with patients and their families, and from our direct support of patients through our information service and peer-support activities. In addition to our direct services, we have a fundraising team and a small central services function.
We have an immediate need for a Coordinator for our Priority Setting Partnership (PSP) Project, working remotely, for 1.5 days a week, to oversee the administration of the project.
This is an exciting time to join the project, as we are ready to send out a survey. We need a PSP coordinator to send out the survey to individuals and organisations and support organisations to promote it. This will need someone to work autonomously adapting emails text to the specific audience, and following up on responses to make sure the survey reaches the right person. The PSP Coordinator will organise the face-to-face priority-setting workshop in November/December 2025. There will be an opportunity to help prepare content for newsletters and social media if this is a skill the postholder has or would like to develop.

What the job involves
We’re on the lookout for a Legacy and In Memory Executive to join our Individual Giving Team here at Prostate Cancer UK. This role focuses on legacy and in-memory giving - including gifts in wills which are some of the most meaningful contributions we receive, helping us fund research that will save and improve lives.
In this role you’ll be part of an exciting time at the charity, joining us as we roll out our new Fundraising Strategy and start developing new products. You’ll be delivering thoughtful, well-timed and engaging communications to a variety of audiences, helping us reach new supporters and deepen relationships with those already connected to us. Your work will play a vital part in raising awareness, encouraging supporters to consider leaving a gift in their Will, and providing meaningful ways to remember loved ones.
Working closely with our Legacy and In Memory Manager, you’ll help manage relationships with external agencies and collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to make sure our plans are delivered smoothly and successfully. It’s a role where your creativity, empathy and organisation will all come into play.
You’ll also be responsible for the operational duties of the Prostate Cancer Memorial Sculpture – a poignant tribute to the dads, grandads, brothers and friends we’ve lost to prostate cancer, and a place for families and communities to reflect, remember and raise awareness.

About the Service
Our Nightlight Service (Cafés, Helpline, 24/7 Crisis House and Daylight provision) is proud to provide urgent support, crisis intervention and emotional support to people experiencing a mental health crisis in Hertfordshire as an alternative to statutory pathways.
We provide support to adults across Hertfordshire 7 days a week, 365 days a year through our helpline, crisis centres, crisis cafes and a weekend Crisis House. We aim to provide a safe space for people in crisis to talk and feel supported, be listened to without judgement, access relevant support with problem solving and facilitate access to external services when necessary. As a member of our team you will work closely with service users in crisis by using a person-centred approach as to ensure that each individual is supported with dignity and respect. By honouring the individual experience of each service user, we are able to respect their autonomy as well as encourage and facilitate positive steps towards management of crisis and recovery.
The objectives of Hertfordshire Mind Network’s (HMN) Nightlight Mental Health Crisis Services are:
- To improve the mental wellbeing of people experiencing mental health crisis in Hertfordshire.
- To increase early access to help for people experiencing mental health crisis in Hertfordshire, by providing a clear and effective pathway to services provided by Herts Mind Network and other third sector and statutory providers.

- To remain a source of independent support for all clients.

About the Role
Alongside other Crisis Cafe Coordinators, you will be a key member of the Crisis team, providing effective operational leadership delivering the Nightlight Mental Health Crisis Café and Helpline Service. You will be ensuring the delivery and development of quality crisis support services and instilling Hertfordshire Mind Network’s values throughout the provision. You will provide management support to Crisis Café and Helpline Mental Health Support Workers and volunteers and support the Crisis Café Team Leader in ensuring practice within the service is safe, effective and person centred.

International Care Network (ICN) is a Christian charity whose aim is to help to rebuild the lives of refugees, asylum seekers and vulnerable migrants. We are seeking a passionate, innovative and committed Wellbeing Coordinator to lead the development and implementation of a new wellbeing service designed specifically for refugees and asylum seekers in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole (BCP) and other parts of Dorset. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the challenges faced by refugees and asylum seekers together with a mental health/wellbeing qualification and/or equivalent experience. They will be dedicated to providing warm, welcoming, culturally-sensitive and person-centred mental health and wellbeing support. They will work pro-actively and collaboratively with ICN service users, staff, partners and local services to co-develop, deliver and evaluate a local service that enables individuals to build resilience and agency on their recovery journey. They will be confident in providing trauma-informed support and guidance including referral to counselling and other services, particularly for those who experience barriers in this process.
The role is funded by the National Lottery Community Fund until December 2027 and has the Lived Experience support of Dorset’s leading charity in this area, the Dorset Mental Health Forum (DMHF).
