Well House is a crisis house supported accommodation service that supports individuals for between 14 and 28 days as an alternative to requiring hospital admission for their mental health needs. The service works closely in partnership with a multi-disciplinary team in order to meet individual needs, manage risk and support individuals to achieve positive outcomes.

The service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ensure members of the local community are able to access critical mental health support at all hours. The service receives referrals primarily from a local hospital emergency department and crisis lines, and may receive these referrals at any time of day or night.

What you'll do:

Building supportive, trusting relationships with customers and creating a positive atmosphere

Working proactively with other members of the team to handle the service caseload and administrative responsibilities

Conducting key work sessions as required, that are innovative and engaging in order to achieve Support Plan goals

Ensuring ongoing assessment and management of risks associated with customers within an attitude of 'positive risk taking'

Providing support with daily living activities, including practical assistance to support customers to independent living e.g. budgeting, cooking, establishing a night time routine

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our East Sussex Transitional Housing team, providing  safe, secure accommodation for young people aged 18-25, who have been, or are at risk of homelessness. The team offers a support package alongside the accommodation to actively encourage residents into education, training, employment or voluntary work.

This role will primarily involve lone working, where you will have the autonomy to manage your tasks and responsibilities independently. However, you will be part of a supportive team, keeping in regular contact and where necessary working together. You will receive an induction where you will work alongside an experienced member of the team before lone working.

You will have your own caseload of residents, visiting them in their homes and supporting them in the community.You will contribute to the smooth and safe running of the service by providing consistency and reliability. You will have a calm, yet assertive manner, being able to handle potentially difficult situations. You will also support young people to safeguard themselves against abuse and risk.

RBKC MH Night Support Workers enable people with mental health support needs to manage their tenancies and live independent lives of their choosing in the community. Night Support Workers are responsible for ensuring continuity of a support service at night and for keeping customers and the building safe.
You will be working 2 shifts of 10 hours per week on a rolling rota. You will be required to work some weekends and bank holidays.

About the role:

Due to the requirements of the role, you will be required to work from the Southampton office for all shifts.

As a Service Delivery Assistant you will:

• Assist the caseworker in answering the telephone and contacting clients as required
• Update and maintain manual and computerised database and case management systems and records in accordance with the service's internal policies/procedures and organisational standards
• Assist the caseworker with navigation around the building, including greeting outside the entrance and escorting to desk.
• Communicate with victim's in a written format, including text, email and letter under the guidance of the caseworker.

You will need:

• Effective verbal/written communication and numerical skills.
• Excellent IT skills and experience of using all packages in the standard Microsoft Office suite and case management systems/databases.
• Excellent record keeping skills with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Experience of working in a client focused service area or setting.

About the role Finance Support and Service Officer

Sightsavers are excited to be recruiting a new team member to join their Burkina Faso country office. The Finance Support and Services Officer provides finance management support for the Country Office under the leadership of Finance Support and Service Manager.

Knowledge, skills and experience

In collaboration with colleagues the Finance Support and Service Officer will continually ensure quality and consistency of financial management in the country office. They will support the development of solutions to financial and support related problems, assist in the monitoring of country resource management and identify any risks or issues to the Programme Manager.

The post-holder will ensure financial management and risk mitigation are compliant with local regulations and adhere to the organisational Financial Framework by implementing financial controls, planning and budgeting. The role will lead support services for the country office by managing logistics of procurement supplies, manage payroll and work with programme and finance teams to review programme/project reports, planning and analysis, auditing of funds provided and grant management reporting.

The preferred candidate will have a relevant professional accounting qualification and a degree (or equivalent) in finance, accounting or related field. Previous experience working in an INGO environment is desirable, with experience of audit and government organisations being an advantage. A background in financial management is required, as are budget and data analysis skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to work with minimum supervision.

Fluency/strong written and spoken English and French and current and ongoing right to work in Burkina Faso required.

Lincolnshire Crisis Service have two houses in the county, one in Boston and another in Lincoln, we provide a range of support for people with mental ill health and both work to a recovery model. This role does require you to work varied hours as the service is 24/7 and may include some sleep in shifts, these are paid in addition.

Fostering lasting relationships with our supporters is essential to increase awareness and raise funds to help protect refugees.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage our fulfilment agency including setting and monitoring levels of service provided, and leading on procurement when required.
• Line manage the Supporter Care Co-ordinator providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
• Develop, implement, and maintain Supporter Care Policies and Guidelines.
• Provide regular training and briefings to prepare internal and external call handling and fulfilment teams.
• Manage the Supporter Care helpdesk; ensuring prompt and accurate responses to enquiries received via phone, email, post, and web forms.
• Effectively resolve enquiries, requests for information, and complaints via appropriate channels, and update our records accordingly.
• Work closely with colleagues in Digital Communications to respond to supporter queries and comments made via social channels.
• Work closely with Communications in responding to reputational or issues-based queries.
• Be the first point of contact for Legacy pledgers, enquirers, and intenders, stewarding as required and liaising with fundraising team members.
• Champion Supporter Care best practices across the organisation.
• Work with the Senior Database Manager to streamline supporter care processes and ensure accuracy of data.
• Ensure that supporter data is managed in accordance with data protection laws and Charity Commission regulations.
• Share supporter feedback with the wider team to promote a supporter focussed organisation.
• Manage and develop our approach to thanking, deciding the appropriate channel, frequency, and level of personalisation for different types of donors.
• Lead and/or support on in-person and online events to deepen supporter care as required.

Essential Experience

• Experience of managing or working with a fulfilment agency to deliver excellent customer service.

• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM products/fundraising databases.

As a Victim Help Officer you will be:

You will be working in liaison with North Wales Police and other relevant agencies, and involves shift working on a rota basis between 8am-8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 5pm on a Saturday. Ensuring the provision of individual assessment of impact and risk, within the framework of VS's Service Model.

Support will include providing resources, interventions, and information to all service users. In order to:
