Westway Trust is a community-guided organisation located in North Kensington which runs an adult learning programme of accredited and non-accredited provision across a range of subjects. The primary responsibility of the Digital Skills Tutor will be to design and deliver high quality, learner-centred teaching, and learning and assessment experiences to our employed and unemployed adult learners from Entry level to Level 1, while supporting the Adult and Community Learning Manager to achieve the Trust’s strategic objectives.
This is a part-time, term-time only role. The working hours will be discussed and agreed at interview stage.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
Teaching
- Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality teaching and learning sessions, workshops, and tutorials in line with the curriculum requirements and the needs of individual learners, ensuring learning objectives are met
- Assess learners’ abilities and identify areas for improvement, tailoring teaching and learning methods and resources accordingly
- Rigorously monitor and track learners’ progress, providing regular feedback and implementing strategies to address areas of weakness or underperformance
- Set and mark assignments, tests, and examinations, providing constructive feedback to learners to support their learning and improvement
- Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment, actively promoting learner participation, motivation, and confidence in professional development
- Maintain accurate records of learners' attendance, progress, and assessment outcomes, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
Administration
- To carry out and keep records of initial and diagnostic assessments, identifying areas for improvement, tailoring teaching and learning methods and resources accordingly
- To identify materials and equipment/resource needs to assist the provision of teaching and learning by students
- To develop differentiated Individual Learning Plans with students, monitor and track learners’ progress, providing regular feedback and strategically addressing areas of weakness maintaining up to date course files and submitting accurate data on attendance and achievement within agreed deadlines
- Preparing groups of learners for accredited assessment (exam or portfolio) & non-accredited assessment (RARPA), marking assessments and taking part in internal moderation and/or consultation meetings with appropriate Trust staff
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Essential
- Practical work experience as an ICT Tutor, demonstrating hands-on knowledge and skills applicable to real-world scenarios
- Experience of teaching adult learners and an understanding of appropriate teaching strategies in a similar role
- Experience of devising course outlines and schemes of work
- Experience of managing mixed groups of learners
- Knowledge and experience of working with a variety of exam boards

What is the Role?

Job Purpose
- Supporting the Director of Operations and working alongside the Professional Development Manager, you will have responsibility for the management of all the Chartered Institute’s existing qualifications.
- You will be responsible for the academic integrity of qualification-related learning products, including responsibility for the assessment and external verification processes.
- You will also be responsible for project managing the rewrite of our Level 4 Certificate and Level 5 Diploma qualifications through a team of experienced tutors.
- You will scope the opportunity to deliver a Level 3 and Level 6 qualification for future release, offering modular options for students.
- In addition, you will contribute to our journey to achieving awarding status from Ofqual and work with the Executive Director of Change on the final stage of our chartered status, achieving the power to award Individual chartered status for fundraisers.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide support to potential, current, and future students including advising on suitable courses and qualifications, assessment, and options for their career path.
- Maintain excellent relationships with the Chief Examiner, External Examiner, and qualification tutors in relation to assignments or examinations.

For a large, London-based University, we are recruiting a Deputy Head of Strategic Planning (Statutory Reporting and Data) to lead the delivery of statutory reporting, and the data governance and data quality required to ensure accurate data submissions. Job Summary

The Role
The Marketing and Communications Manager role at SEO London presents an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional to work in a dynamic environment. Location
Hybrid working (a mixture of onsite and home/remote working). Staff are working onsite for at least 20% of their working hours at our London site (4-8 Rodney Street, London N1 9JH). Flexibility will be required to attend in-person teaching days during term time and meetings as required.
Contract duration

Position: Trusts and Corporate Fundraising Manager
Salary: £43,937.00 per annum
Location: Hybrid with travel across Bedfordshire
Hours: Full-time, permanent
About the Role:
As Trusts and Corporate Fundraising Manager, you will design and implement a comprehensive fundraising programme to secure support from trusts, foundations, corporate partners, and the local community. Working closely with the CFO, you will lead efforts to meet the Trust’s strategic objectives, from organising events to nurturing long-term relationships with key funders. This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible difference by raising funds that directly benefit students and educational initiatives across the Trust.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver a fundraising strategy that aligns with the Trust’s goals
- Secure funding from trusts, foundations, and corporate sponsors, including preparing compelling cases for support
- Build and manage strong relationships with donors, corporate partners, and community groups
- Oversee fundraising events and support PTA activities within schools
- Maintain fundraising data in line with GDPR and regulatory standards
About You:
You will need to be experienced fundraising professional, ideally with experience in trust and corporate fundraising. You will have a sound understanding of fundraising regulations and Gift Aid, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Your ability to manage projects independently and build robust partnerships will be essential in driving forward the Trust’s fundraising ambitions.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Experience in Trust or Corporate fundraising
- Strong knowledge of fundraising regulations and Gift Aid
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to lead volunteer teams and manage multiple projects effectively
