About the role
As a Digital Marketing Manager at Christian Aid, you will take the lead in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that align with the broader digital and fundraising goals. You will manage key campaigns across different digital channels, from paid search and paid media to email marketing. This role is crucial in driving income, engagement, and awareness by leveraging data-driven insights.

Sense International has a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our team as our Programme Manager, working with our partners in South Asia and Peru. This is a permanent position working 30 hours per week, across 4 days, working flexibly between home and our office in King's Cross, London.
Sense International 2022-2027 strategy aims to remove barriers in societies and systems, so that people with deafblindness are fully included and can fulfil their potential, in line with the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and the 2030 Sustainable Development Agenda.
The Programme Manager will work with Sense International offices and partner teams in South Asia (India, Nepal and Bangladesh) and Peru to support excellent programme and grant management. The successful candidate will support strong planning, resource mobilisation and innovation and scoping opportunities for expansion of our work in South Asia and Peru.
Key Responsibilities include
- Ensure that regional and country programmes are aligned with Sense International’s global strategy and country specific strategies and policies.
- Ensure high quality programme management, in line with donor requirements and SI policies and procedures
- Ensure effective programme planning and implementation as well as seeking out opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Ensure strong budgeting, disbursement, reporting and forecasting for all work in South Asia and Peru working collaboratively with the UK-based Finance team and country teams.
- Monitor country and regional plans and budgets on monthly and quarterly basis to ensure effective programme delivery.
- Collaborate with Finance colleagues to ensure effective systems are in place for managing finances related to the programmes operations and to ensure adherence to high standards of financial management in accordance with SI's Finance Manual and other policies.

- Support reflection and sharing of learning from South Asia and Peru with the rest of Sense International.
Key skills and experience

Key Responsibilities
Oversight of Spear Programme
- Lead group sessions of around 10 young people each, using coaching skills to transform attitudes to their own ability and the workplace, and to raise their awareness and maximise potential in stepping into the world of work.
- Prepare and coach group and 1-1 sessions with the Spear Coach.
- Ensure the programme is delivered in line with agreed targets, and report KPIs on recruitment, retention and completion of Spear Trainees to Resurgo and the Spear Trust, as well as their ongoing progress and sustainment of work or education.
Partnership liaison and relationship management
- Establish the primary local referral agencies and build and implement a strategy for developing relationships with them to ensure recruitment of young people onto the Spear programme is effective.
- Maintain and develop relationships with local partners to form a strong referral network.
Line Management and training
- Manage the Spear Coach, using a coaching approach to invest in their growth and development.
- Be line managed by Resurgo to support with the set-up and ongoing operations of the centre and report back on KPIs.
Church Community
- The Spear Centre Manager is directly employed by The Mount, meaning you are part of a vibrant church staff team and submerged in an exciting faith community.
- You will be required to establish strong relationships with key people at the church to ensure the engagement and backing of church members, and help to establish a strong presence at the church to build a network of supporters for the Spear programme.
- Ensure the Spear programme is a key missional feature of the work of the church; this may involve attending church events and speaking at services.
Site management and set-up
- Work with the Church to set up the training room and IT infrastructure for the new Spear Centre in advance of opening.
- Liaise with relevant staff locally on-site issues and work to resolve them as soon as possible, ensuring the office and training room are safe and tidy working spaces in line with health and safety policies..

About the role
The Director of Business Development and Partnerships (DBDP) leads work at the interface between EngineeringUK and the engineering and technology sector that we represent and serve. As a member of the Executive Team, the DBDP brings critical insight of the corporate world and ensures that our engagement activities are relevant to them, represent their breadth and that our research, analysis and policy work draws on current and real-world experience. The Director leads a team that maintains established relationships with businesses, PEIs and funders and builds new relationships, encouraging organisations to support our work through funding, the provision of content and holistic partnership opportunities.
The Business & Industry team consists of 11 colleagues working under 4 pillars:

The Director has 4 line-reports: 3 Heads and one Manager. Each team has a slightly different role in meeting the B&I team strategy, but all work collectively to ensure that key industry bodies and businesses are engaged with our work.
New partnerships. Engage new businesses with our portfolio of activities including corporate membership, EUK Education programmes, The Tomorrow’s Engineers Code, policy, and other opportunities.
Corporate relationships. Responsible for account managing existing relationships with members, sponsors and funders including supporting STEM strategy development, organising peer-learning opportunities, upgrading membership/funding levels, networking them across EngineeringUK, and deepening engagement across multiple activities.
Trusts and foundations. Managing existing high-value partnerships with funders who support our programmes, engaging new funders to scale our work, working with other teams to develop compelling proposals and raise EngineeringUK’s profile in the grant-making space.
Professional institutions and partnerships. Coordinate engagement with PEIs across EngineeringUK, ensuring a consistent approach and maximising joint value from our partnership. Securing new partnerships (and then managing, renewing and cross-selling the relationship) with SME clusters.
Reporting to the Chief Executive, and as part of the Executive Team, the DBDP is expected to understand the governance requirements of charities and companies and work with the Board of EngineeringUK to support decision making.
The role is London based at our office at 10 Lower Thames Street, London EC3R 6EN and may involve some travel in the UK . We believe that hybrid working has many benefits and are pleased to offer flexible working with a minimum of 2 days (or 40%) a week in the office and the option for a flexible start and end to the working day in our vibrant central London office overlooking the Thames. Want to work with multiple award-winning charity, FoodCycle? As Regional Manager you will represent, manage and co-ordinate your allocated regional Projects. Our Projects are spaces where volunteers are empowered to run community meals using surplus food.
You will manage local relationships with venues, community partners, supermarkets and volunteer recruitment channels to enable this to happen. As an excellent communicator, you will manage the volunteers at each Project ensuring they are trained, supported and on-message with FoodCycle strategy, ensuring that volunteers are confident enough to self-organise and make a success of their Projects.
You will have experience of programme planning, delivery and development including community led/owned programmes. You will have experience of building relationships with a range of stakeholders and be passionate about food and cooking.

Within this new role, the Head of Supported Living will be responsible for overseeing and developing supported living services for adults with learning disabilities within the charity.
The role ensures that services are person-centred, high-quality, and compliant with regulatory and organisational standards, while empowering individuals to live independently and achieve their goals.
Leading culture and change with experience, integrity, collaboration and transparency sits at the heart of the role. The role responsibilities will ensure that the Trust is able to support more people with a learning disability, autism and mental health problems to lead healthy, active and equal lives.
Our ambition is to become a leader in social and green care integration through the alignment of the personalisation agenda, technological enhancement and advancement and holistic health and wellbeing. To achieve this ambition, we will transform our services to ensure that they are effective, efficient and impact and outcomes focussed.
The role will be responsible for continuous, value for money, service enhancement and will deliver significant growth ensuring close and meaningful relationships with authorities, commissions and private markets resulting in increased funding and healthy waiting lists for the homes and services provided. Location & Travel - North Yorkshire and North East
The role will cover our communities at Botton Village (Danby, North Yorks), Croft (Malton, North and Larchfield (Middlesbrough, Teesside). You will be based at one of the communities within the region, with regular travel between communities. The role and your key responsibilities
As a Senior Account Manager, your role is to line manage a regional team of Account Managers to maximise partner engagement and ensure we retain sky-high resubscription rates. You will manage your regional team’s objectives and regularly monitor and report on progress towards this.

Location: London - Stratford office and remote/home working (hybrid)
Reporting to: Head of Experience
Salary: £32,000 per annum FTE / £19,500 per year (pro rata)
