We are looking for a Direct Marketing Executive (Acquisition) to join an incredible medical charity and support the acquisition strategy which includes using data and insight to deliver across a variety of channels including digital, email, social media, direct mail, telemarketing and SMS.

The role can either be UK homebased working, with once a month in the London office or Hybrid working with two days a week in the London office. Salary range is dependant on Location 27,250 29,697 (Remote) - 32,625-35,000 (London)

The Role
Manage the delivery of acquisition campaigns from concept through to evaluation, using data and insight to drive creative and production, drawing up schedules, and managing the approval processes.

Work collaboratively with data teams to ensure effective use of supporter profiling for delivery across a range of annual acquisition campaigns.

Manage relationships with external agencies including media houses, designers and printers; to negotiate costs and
relevant performance reviews.

The Candidate
Experience of running effective digital campaigns on a national or regional basis.

Experience of using a variety of fundraising channels including digital, email, social media, direct mail, telemarketing and SMS.

Experience of using fundraising databases e.g. Dynamics 365, Raisers Edge or similar to produce reports and access a range of data.

The Sick Children’s Trust is the charity that provides a welcoming ‘Home from Home’ 
where families with a sick child in hospital can stay. But we’re more than bricks and mortar, 
our friendly, caring staff are there to support families when they really need it. 
Hospital can be a lonely and scary place for anyone, but especially a child. Providing 
around 3,500 families a year with somewhere to stay together just minutes from the 
hospital means that they can be by their sick child’s side and have one less thing to worry

The role 
This is a wide-ranging community fundraising role. Activities include supporting family 
fundraising and third-party events in the south such as The Royal Parks Half Marathon and 
The Brighton Marathon. You will be required to forge, develop and grow new and existing 
fundraising opportunities and relationships with local businesses, community organisations 
and schools.
Key to this, is the provision of a sensitive and effective supporter journey for new and 
existing supporters.
Also, you will work collaboratively with the fundraising department and the 
communications and marketing team to ensure effective integration of campaigns and 
activities.
You will actively cultivate and recruit new and existing supporters and volunteers to 
participate in a range of third-party events and support the organisation. 
You will lead on Supermarket charitable schemes, including research, support with copy 
and applications to reach targets set for this area of income.
 
About you 
Ideally you have successful community fundraising experience including provision of a good 
supporter journey.
You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills. You will equally be as 
comfortable supporting families who stay with us who want to fundraise, as you are 
presenting to a room full of students, or potential volunteers.
You have good organisational skills and are comfortable working to objectives and targets. 
You are able to work with a level of autonomy and innovation to develop your fundraising 
portfolio and to increase our profile particularly in the areas close to our houses.

We are looking for a new team member to provide full administrative and programme support to the Employment & Careers team. Our Location

We are based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, so we are easily accessible by road and rail. The Hepatitis C Trust has developed projects nationally whereby peers use their lived experience of injecting drug use and hepatitis C, to provide education and training to service users and staff in drug and alcohol, hostel and homeless services, increasing hepatitis C awareness, access to testing and referral to treatment, for people living with hepatitis C.

Do you have experience of working in drug services and with volunteers? Have you been affected by hepatitis C or have you supported anyone who has hepatitis C? Working under the guidance of the Peer Programme Manager, this post will continue the development of the project, recruiting and coordinating peers across identified areas within West Kent. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious and driven person with experience in the animal welfare sector to join Raystede.  We are the animal welfare charity for Sussex.  This role is pivotal within our multi-species and complex charity, especially as we are about to put our new strategy into action.  Raystede offers good support and development to managers and staff.

You will report to the CEO and work as part of our Senior Management Team to ensure we achieve our strategic aims.  You will be responsible for all aspects of animal care, veterinary services, rehoming & surrender, our animal welfare standards and the development of new facilities for animals at Raystede.  You will have a great (amazing) team and therefore you need to be a great manager, and be seen as credible from the start, a go-to person and ensure that Raystede is effectively resourced and directed to achieve its aims in regard to animals.

About the role

As our Pastoral Support Officer for the National Open Youth Orchestra you will play a vital role in ensuring that young people participating in NOYO are supported, safe and cared for, and have the opportunity to meet their full potential. You will work alongside the NOYO team and partner organisations in the planning and delivery of NOYO activities, ensuring best-practice pastoral and welfare support for all NOYO musicians. The role will also enable and encourage participants to have a voice in the development of the orchestra.

You will use your positive and calm personality to build strong relationships with our musicians, their families and our partners, to ensure we deliver activities where young people are safe and supported. You will be a great communicator, understanding different ways of communicating with a diverse range of people, with the ability to listen, talk to and  nurture young people. And you will use your creativity to find ways to overcome barriers to participation and deliver fun and engaging activities to support the personal and social development of our musicians.​

As a Specialist Multiple Disadvantage Worker, you will:

• Provide specialist interventions and one-to-one support to a caseload of women with complex needs.
• Work within a Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE), utilising trauma-informed practices to support women who may have experienced rough sleeping, domestic violence (DV), or violence against women and girls (VAWG).
• Collaborate with external agencies such as Adult Social Care, Health, Mental Health, and other specialist providers to enhance access to services and improve outcomes.
• Support and guide Project Workers, sharing your expertise and setting best practice standards for complex needs support.
• Advocate for your clients, helping them navigate the health and social care systems to access the services they deserve.
• Work creatively and flexibly to engage with hard-to-reach clients, providing them with the confidence and skills to maintain their progress.
