Role overview
As their Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in growing applications for the esteemed Fellowship Programme. AoD’s Welfare Benefits Service
The Welfare Benefits Service provides free independent advice and assistance to all disabled residents and their carers who live and work in Hammersmith and Fulham borough. The service is for all ages, including parents and carers of disabled children.
We provide free advice and assistance, up to and including Tribunal level, on all Department for Work & Pensions (DWP) benefits, Tax Credits, and some local authority benefits.
Welfare Benefits Advisor will
- Provide high quality Welfare Benefits advice and casework and, as appropriate, representation at the 1st Tier Tribunals for disabled individuals of the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham.
- Write Mandatory Reconsideration requests and in a limited number of cases, write appeal submissions.
- Undertake direct welfare advice and casework.
- Maintain appropriate records of work undertaken using an appropriate electronic Welfare Benefits Recording and Information System via AoD’s Charity Log, and through the use of Excel
- Gather information to monitor and evaluate the service.
- Assist with funding applications / tender bids by providing basic factual information to Fund Raising Manager/CEO/Managers to enable them to apply for funding and also enable them to write funding/tender applications.
- Contribute to Welfare Benefits related publicity material, social media, reports for the Board of Trustees and other stakeholders and other documents as required.
- This post requires travel to different locations, e.g. for home visits.

We are a small, lively and expanding charity promoting the personal development of young people in partner schools, through challenging activities that they design, plan and finally undertake adult free. Who we are looking for
We are looking for an energetic, talented and reliable candidate to coordinate our schools’ outreach team, inspiring high-quality applications for funding from Year 12s. We are at an exciting stage of growth, now in 20% of London schools, so there is great scope to shape our strategic direction, including cultivating our alumni network of previous award winners. We are looking for competent leader, ideally with experience of risk and physical challenge, and strong administrative skills, who is comfortable working with schools. He/she will be keen to work with a growing charity, and to support young people usually with a poverty of experience and opportunity.

As London & South East Area Manager you will represent, manage and co-ordinate FoodCycle Community Meals/Projects in these geographical regions.With over 30 Community Meals/Projects across the region it is a great time to join a fantastic team.
You will be tasked with growing FoodCycle impact in London & South East region, strengthening existing projects and developing community partnerships. You will lead the London & South East team, effectively manage and establish this area, and ensure that FoodCycle is supporting as many people as possible in our local communities.
An excellent communicator, you will have experience in line management, programme development and delivery, volunteer management and working with vulnerable adults. You will manage your area team ensuring they are trained, supported and on-message with FoodCycle strategy, and ensuring that volunteers are confident enough to self-organise and make a success of their Projects.
You will need to live in London & South East, and be able to travel to projects in London & South East area for this exciting role.

You will be responsible for:
- Leading, inspiring and developing the Marketing and Communications teams to achieve a step change in our performance and exceed ambitious reach, engagement and share of voice targets.

Key Criteria:
- Established experience working in a strategic leadership role within both marketing and PR, managing multiple and complex functions.
- Demonstrable experience of leading and shaping strategies to increase audience reach and relevance and to translate strategies into operational plans.
- Proven track record in delivering growth in media relations and/or marketing metrics.
- Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate people internally and externally.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the credibility, confidence and stature to interact with influential people at the highest levels.
- Excellent written skills with the ability to distil complex information into clear and coherent board reports and presentations.
