The role
With support from our Marketing and Communications Manager and wider team, you will play a vital role by creating, managing and optimising our digital communications, including the development, execution and measurement of email mailshots and campaigns, our social media channels, and our website.
You will be comfortable planning and devising email and social media content ideas, designing creative assets, writing sharp, engaging social media copy, and helping colleagues to grow their own social media presence.

Your experience

This is a hybrid role. You will be working from home with IT provided and join Team Together Days in a co-working space in London 2-3 individual days each month. These days are considered commuting days. The Principal Learning Lead will play a leading role in developing and delivering Frontline’s Approach Social Work programme, a fast-track master’s in social work and our internal Consultant Social Worker programme.
The role ensures that evidence-informed learning methods underpin the design and delivery of teaching. You will define and uphold high teaching and learning standards, incorporating the latest research, trends, and technologies. Working closely with the Curriculum, Delivery, and Digital Learning teams, as well as external contributors, you will ensure that programmes are cohesive, accessible, and inclusive, equipping participants with the knowledge and skills needed to work effectively with children and families.
Your role will take the lead in embedding and evolving our Quality Standards for Teaching and Learning and acting as a champion for this work across our programmes. You are responsible for successfully incorporating best practice in pedagogy, through the provision of training, guidance and quality assurance activities across teams.

The new Head of Skilled Volunteering will be instrumental in helping us grow our successful existing Skilled Volunteering programme and take it to the next level reaching more SGOs and skilled volunteers building new partnerships, and deepening relationships and support provided across London.
Role Details
Title: Head of Skilled Volunteering
Time Commitment: Full time role (4 days a week may also be considered)

Role Duties & Responsibilities
Programme Management

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Community Outreach Manager to manage and expand our outreach efforts. The Community Outreach Manager will be responsible for leading a team to deliver Betknowmore UK's Community Outreach services, engaging with local communities, and supporting individuals impacted by gambling harms.
This is a key leadership role that involves overseeing the service’s strategy, operations, and delivery, ensuring that services are accessible, effective, and meet the needs of diverse communities.

In 2025, the Government will bring in landmark new laws, making the UK the first country in the world to phase out the sale of tobacco to future generations. We are looking for a proactive communicator and storyteller to join our ambitious and supportive team at a critical time to influence the political direction and wider narrative on tobacco and vaping in Westminster, the NHS and local government.
ASH has recently agreed a new five-year strategy and effective and impactful communications is a critical part of achieving our influencing goals. The Communications Lead will be responsible for our digital and social channels, developing compelling content and copy, as well as managing our media presence and working with journalists to secure coverage of our messages, research and reports. There’s no such thing as a typical day: you could be involved in everything from creating a social post to explain the implications of a new policy, advising the team on new content ideas for the website, liaising with a national newspaper to comment on breaking news or managing the design of a key report for policymakers.
About the candidate

Reporting to the Talent Development Partner, our People and Culture team are hiring for a Talent Development Administrator/Coordinator to join the team on a 12 month fixed term contract to provide support, administration, and solutions within the wider learning and development activity, ensuring a seamless and responsive service. This is an exciting opportunity to join our new service supporting Carers across City of London to improve their health and wellbeing, and access support that meets their needs. We are working with Carers from a range of cultures, and it would be an advantage to speak Bengali.
The team work holistically with Carers to understand their individual circumstances and level of need. You’ll carry out home visits and community-based meetings, co-produce support plans, and develop effective relationships with Carers, families, and professionals. You will also support Carers to complete written forms and applications, draft letters, and advocate with third parties.
You’ll build on your local knowledge to signpost and facilitate access for Carers to support services, including financial and benefit advice, housing, health and safety home systems, and leisure and social activities. You will also support the development of escalation plans so that Carers are prepared for unforeseen circumstances that would impact negatively on ability to care.
Together with colleagues, you will plan and deliver the service’s activity package, including coffee mornings, drop-in sessions, activities, online and face to face groups, and peer support forums. There will also be opportunities to promote the service by attending meetings and forums, and to deliver training sessions to professionals and community organisations so that they have the skills to identify Carers.
Applicants should have relevant personal or professional experience of working with Carers and/or vulnerable adults or children in a social care, health, education or voluntary and community sector.
