Job description
We’re recruiting for a new Fundraising Manager to build on the growth and development we’ve experienced in recent years, and move us to the next level. You will work closely with senior leadership and colleagues across the organisation to
raise crucial funding, public support and awareness to underpin our organisationalstrategy. You will also develop and manage relationships with supporters and funders, as well as strategic partners and external suppliers as required.
Key tasks
● Management and development of all streams of fundraising
● Line management of 1x Fundraising Officer and 1x Grants Lead
● Management/liaison/briefing for external suppliers/freelancers/volunteers related to fundraising

Share Psychotherapy is one of the city’s major mental health charities. Established over fifty years ago, we offer medium- to long-term therapy at nominal fees to people on low incomes. About the Role
This role offers the opportunity to join our service team at Luton. Based at our Wellbeing Centre in Dumfries Street we offer activities and groups throughout the day enabling service users to manage their mental health and move through their recovery journeys. In addition to facilitating a range of groups the role will involve assessing individual’s suitability for the service and signposting to local services and community support where necessary, as well as performing 1-1 meetings with clients periodically in order to assess and create action plans.

The post requires a dynamic and creative approach to help develop and support the Oasis Community Space and the wider Refugee and Asylum provisions.
The successful post holder must have:
· Good standard of basic education, including English and Maths Level 2
· Experience facilitating groups and organizing engaging group activities
· Experience managing and working with volunteers
· Good project management skills, able to balance a range of priorities.

About the role
You’ll manage, coach and develop a team of eight home based Parkinson’s Local Advisers (PLAs) to deliver a high standard of service across Scotland. What could my day look like?
The Education Worker role is a frontline, fast-paced and rewarding role where no two weeks will look the same. A typical day will have different activities, possibly spread between the IntoUniversity centre, partner schools and the offices of a corporate partner.
In the morning, you might be setting off with resources to run a workshop for sixth-form students in their secondary school. In the afternoon you may be setting up the classroom ahead of running Primary Academic Support for young people in your IntoUniversity centre. On other days, you may be travelling to a corporate partner to run a business simulation workshop for 15 year-olds or leading a group of final year primary school students on a campus visit for their graduation.
As an Education Worker, you’ll always be delivering the programme as part of your centre team, which means that any delivery is always a team effort.
