Who we are

We are a long-standing Sheffield-based organisation & charity offering high quality Psychotherapy services to those 18 and over, including those who are economically disadvantaged or who, for other reasons, cannot obtain such help.

Share Psychotherapy has experience working psychotherapeutically with a wide range of issues including:-

• depression
• anxiety & panic attacks
• lack of self esteem
• sexual and/or physical abuse
• stress
• bereavement
• illness
• anger/violence
• eating disorder
• phobias
• and many other difficulties

We deliver a wide range of modalities of therapy including Integrative, Person Centered, Psychodynamic, Art Psychotherapy and Dance and Movement Psychotherapy

We have a laid-back, no pressure working environment and are supportive of everybody's differences and preferences.
