Waterloo Uncovered is the ground-breaking charity that combines world-class archaeology with veteran recovery and wellbeing. Since 2015 we have been supporting veterans and serving military personnel, through programmes centred around the archaeology of the Waterloo battlefield. For example, learning archaeological skills through excavation on the battlefield supported by a wellbeing team, bringing the artefacts discovered at Waterloo to beneficiaries in their community, or supporting beneficiaries to explore archaeology and history of conflict through our online programme. All our programmes link conflicts past to conflict present, as beneficiaries uncover, recover and discover.
As Administrative Assistant you will be part of our small, dynamic, and passionate team, which is supported by an extensive network of volunteers. You will work closely with the Chief Executive on all aspects of our administration in support of our operational delivery, communications, fundraising and outreach.
Key responsibilities:

DFN Project SEARCH offer an evidence-based supported internship model which takes place entirely in the workplace. The programmes provide continuous support to young adults with a learning disability, and autistic people who are aged between 16 – 24 with an Education Health and Care Plan, or equivalent, in their final year of education.

This role focusses on raising funds for Bowel Research UKs medical research projects and work that focuses on patient and public involvement. Funds raised will be a mix of restricted project funding and unrestricted funds that can support the organisations core operations.
You will need to work closely with colleagues in Research and Patient & Public Involvement to ensure you have a strong understanding of current funding needs and research successes. You will take the lead on seeking out new prospects and nurturing existing relationships to significantly grow income. Responsibilities
- Collaborative Strategy Execution: Works closely with the UK Managing Director, incorporating programmatic priorities for developing key funding partnerships, to align and execute the trusts and foundations fundraising strategy.
- Strategic Growth & Income Diversification: Supports the development of and executes a growth strategy to increase trust and foundation income, leveraging both existing and new opportunities, including institutional fundraising and government funding where relevant.

We’re looking for a Corporate Partnerships Manager (Maternity Cover) to join our team, to steward existing partnerships and grow new connections, especially with those in the legal sector. As well as running our Guardians’ network, you’ll arrange key supporter events and develop bespoke partnerships.
It’s a busy role and you’ll be supported by an assistant and a close working fundraising team. You’ll also be able to build on the firm foundations we already have in place.

Key Responsibilities
· To act as the managerial point of contact between the Trust’s Grantees & the Trust ensuring programme materials up to date.

Reporting & Contract Management:
· Help ensure that organisations are supported to meet their obligations under their grant agreement, including KPIs and other reporting tools. Including identifying risks to delivery and supporting the grantee to help resolve any challenges with delivery that impact on the grant obligations.
· Collate comprehensive and clear feedback, data and information to monitor performance and impact on an ongoing and regular basis.
· Input into coordination, collection and analysis of Ofgem end of year reporting information.
· Ensure all data collection aligned to current Data Protection regulations and use and storage of data is in line with the Trust’s own policies and provide reassurance to the CEO and Board.
· Prepare clear and informative monthly programme updates and support the preparation of quarterly programme reports to the Board to clearly evidence operational delivery across the grant portfolio.
· Ensure that the outcomes and KPI information are used to create impact reports during the contract period.
· Conduct monitoring visits to funded projects, (in person and online) ensuring accurate briefing notes and write up of meetings are compiled and logged appropriately.

· Work with Finance to ensure grant funds are expended in line with grant agreements and any regulatory requirements.

Sundial Centre for Education on Harmful Practices (“Sundial” previously called Oxford Against Cutting) delivers high quality education and training on harmful practices, such as female genital mutilation (FGM), ‘honour’-based abuse (HBA) and harmful body alterations. This role will be home-based and in Oxfordshire and will report to the CEO.
Person Specification
You will ideally be from a community affected by a harmful practice such as FGM/C or ‘honour’-based abuse and forced marriage. This does not necessarily mean you personally have been affected, but you have a deep understanding of the issues from living in your community.
