The charity is now looking for an experienced Director to lead the strategic and operational management of the Centre and its staff. The position involves developing business plans and procedures required for the effective running of the Centre and the meeting of its objectives.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience of running a charity in the healthcare sector, of collaborating with statutory bodies and raising funds for charitable purposes. The charity employs 37 staff and has an operating budget of circa £1m.
Salary will be in the region of £60-65,000 pro rata depending on experience. Part-time and hybrid working negotiable, although please note that the Director will be expected to work from the charity's offices in Hammersmith at least 2-3 days per week.

Chester and Wirral pathway is a community based project that will assist people in hospital ready for discharge home from mental health inpatient settings .
Your role will be in supporting patients in various hospital settings to overcome the barriers to them leaving hospital . This will include being part of MDT meetings , housing and benefits support ,utility reconnection, identifying housing and a package of 12 week support upon discharge from hospital . Ideally candidates will have good housing experience . This is an agile role that will require travel between hospitals and the community .
Your challenge will be to support individuals with complex mental health needs to feel in control of their care, access mental health support and other local opportunities and build their emotional resilience. You’ll manage a caseload of individuals with mental health concerns, formulating support plans and establishing positive relationships with a range of multidisciplinary organisations.
You’ll need a significant understanding of mental health issues and substantial experience of working within a mental health setting where you dealt with ‘high risk’ clients and managing resources effectively. A good understanding of recovery and coproduction is important too, as is a proven ability to lead, supervise and motivate staff and delegate work appropriately. Adept at managing conflicting demands and priorities on time, you have a flexible attitude to working hours and, above all, keen to be part of something new and worthwhile that will change lives.
This is a fixed term role that ends on 31 May 2025.
This is a full time role requiring the post holder to work 37.5 hours per week.

This will be from all Entry levels up to and including level 2, within our college site for students aged 16-18 years.

- To lead on the production of schemes of work for the service delivery
- To prepare and develop innovative lesson plans, design and deliver group activities
- Deliver training to individual young people and groups following the programme curriculum, setting objectives and targets for achievement
- To diagnose learners literacy, numeracy and ICT needs and requirements by using various teaching aids
- To liaise with relevant team members to ensure learners achieve their targets and progress into appropriate outcomes

This is a really exciting time to join the gambling support sector, we are at the forefront of providing new and innovative services, supporting gamblers, affected others and organisations in different communities and sectors.
We are seeking one candidate, who has proven experience of delivering support and training services for vulnerable adults, such as in the mental health or addiction sectors. The Armed Forces Peer Aid Co-ordinator will supervise and work with voluntary Peer Supporters, ensuring a safe and effective network of support is established.
The post holder will work alongside the Head of Peer Support services to oversee recruitment and training of Peer Supporters, assess for additional support needs and personal development goals, and ensure that they are adequately prepared and trained for the role. You will be a Youth and Wellbeing Practitioner/Assistant Psychologist who is passionate about supporting MAC-UK’s objective of working collaboratively with young people, innovating services and systems and their approach to mental health, to address health and social inequalities. We are very excited to be part of a pilot service, new in England working as part of a consortium of four organisations, alongside Lambeth Council. This will be a residential support service for young people aged 16-24 years at risk of serious youth violence, who are already caught up in the criminal justice system and at high risk of remaining part of the system.
You will be working in one of three London properties alongside a large multi-agency staff team made up of experts by experience/profession in psychology and therapy; youth work; offending; education, training, and employment (ETE) and housing. The service will work creatively and holistically to enable young people to exit environments involving youth violence, identify and reach their goals and aspirations, move on successfully to appropriate independent living, and importantly to sustain this life. Wherever possible staff and young people will co-produce what this service looks like and what activities the young people engage in. We are looking for a Community Relationship Fundraiser to join our Income Generation team at the Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association. Fundraising plays a crucial role in sustaining and advancing our care services and research collaborations within the Association. This support is essential for helping people living with and affected by MND.
You will play a key role in supporting fundraisers, helping them to reach their goals while building lasting connections with our charity. Ensuring income to the Association and lifetime value is maximised. Meeting agreed income and expenditure budgets to deliver high standards of supporter care and maximising the return on investment of fundraising activities will be an essential part of your role.
Providing essential guidance and support to fundraisers within your area, your focus will be on ensuring supporters feel valued and engaged, helping them to maximise their fundraising potential. You will achieve this through effective communication across various channels, including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions. By building strong relationships, you'll also help to increase their fundraising impact, introducing them to other opportunities within the charity and offering tailored advice.
Collaboration is key in this position. You will work closely with internal teams to create the best possible fundraising experience. By signposting to local volunteering branches and groups, you will help increase the overall value of community fundraising efforts.
You'll work closely with our wider team to maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring consistency and high standards of supporter care. Keeping funds on track and received within the right timescales will also be a key part of your role. You will ensure that all funds raised are received promptly and in compliance with legal and internal guidelines.
Location: Home-based. Option to work on a hybrid-basis from the Northampton office is available.
What are we looking for?
A background in fundraising or sales and account management. You should have experience in coaching and motivating others, helping them to achieve their fundraising targets.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. You will need to connect with supporters through various channels, fostering an inclusive environment that respects diverse backgrounds and perspectives. Your ability to understand and relate to the motivations of our fundraisers will be crucial.
Resilience and flexibility are important as you adapt to changing circumstances. You should also be skilled in time management, able to prioritise your workload and manage competing priorities effectively. About the role
We are seeking an Impact and Evaluation Senior Officer, working with the Impact and Evaluation Manager, Director of Partnerships and Federation Development and with federation members.The role will be central to the delivery of strategic commitment to work together to record, study, continuously improve and broadcast our collective impact.
It’s an exciting time for the Emmaus Federation as we roll out a new In-Form (salesforce) CRM system and interlinked Monitoring Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Framework.
The role will play a crucial part in implementing, gathering feedback and developing new systems and tools to be utilised by Emmaus communities.
The role will be varied in nature, one day might involve conducting interviews with people experiencing homelessness, then next providing support to a member of staff to improve a communities MEL practice, the following day might involve analysing a data set and writing a briefing paper.
Who are we looking for?
The Impact and Evaluation Senior Officer will play a key role in supporting the Emmaus federation to understand and demonstrates the impact of our work.
The ideal candidate will have strong theoretical and practical evaluation skills coupled with the people skills to make this work accessible to a range of stakeholders.
They will need to be comfortable working as part of a remote team and able to travel to Emmaus communities across the UK to work with staff and companions.
