They also support clients to develop and maintain independence in their local community, promoting resilience, building life skills, and a strengthened ability to cope with challenges and play a more active role in the management and sustainability of their wellbeing.

We are seeking another Lived Experience Support Worker to join our team. You will have lived experience of mental health challenges, as well as experience supporting vulnerable people within a clinical environment and/or managing a vulnerable client cohort caseload.

The role will involve:

• Working alongside a Multi-Disciplinary Team, managing and providing recovery-orientated support to a diverse caseload of clients with mental health diagnoses
• Offering clients tailored, holistic support with empathy and understanding to empower them to develop resilience, a strengthened ability to cope with ongoing challenges, and a more active role in the management of their wellbeing
• Engaging clients in peer support sessions and offering appropriate and holistic advice, information, and signposting and helping them to navigate the support that may be available to them in their local communities.

You will work closely with colleagues in the Philanthropy team and wider Development Group across varied income streams whilst also building successful working relationships with colleagues at all levels across the Museum. The role will be line-managed by the Patrons Manager with guidance from the Philanthropy Manager (Legacies & HNWI) and Senior Philanthropy Manager.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Patrons Circle

· Support the Patrons Manager with the administration of the Patrons Circle, including delivery of the events programme, drafting newsletters, event invitations, renewal reminders, thank you letters and welcome packs.

• Support the Patrons Manager to monitor the Patrons inbox for queries and event RSVPs, resolving any requests from Patrons, logging RSVPs or escalating them to the Patrons Manager as appropriate.

· Laise with Membership and Marketing teams to integrate Patron, Member and Visitor communications and benefit delivery.

Legacy and HNWI administration and pipe-line development

• Support the Philanthropy Manager (Legacies & HNWI) with the delivery of Legacy events programme and day to day administration of the Legacy programme, including administering new bequests via Smee and Ford notifications.Steward and cultivate a warm portfolio of 50 Legacy pledgers and lower-level donors by drafting day-to-day communications, marketing emails, writing stewardship reports and sending event invitations.

· Support the wider team by planning and cultivating prospective Legators and lower-level donors under the supervision of the Philanthropy Manager (Legacies & HNWI) and Patrons Manager.

General

· Ensure that Raisers Edge is updated regularly and in line with the requirements for each event or activity and work closely with key database managers to ensure records are kept up to date.

· Support the Senior Philanthropy Manager and wider Philanthropy team with meeting, visit and event organisation, including, supporting the delivery of events and writing briefings ahead of donor meetings.

· Support the wider Philanthropy team with Raiser’s Edge data- inputting and gift administration, including gift processing, acceptance and due diligence forms.

· Deputise for Patrons Manager and Philanthropy Manager (Legacies & HNWI) on designated accounts in order to handle day-to-day requests and flow of information, arrangements for meetings and thanking.

This is a new part-time role combining operational management of our small office based in Central London, with supporting and developing the governance activities of an ambitious and growing charity.

Hands-on experience managing the operations of small to medium sized organisations is essential, particularly facilities and office management, health and safety, and IT (working with an outsourced IT Support provider).

You will support the CEO and Director of Finance & Resources with governance activities including preparing for and running board and sub-committee meetings. You will need to be a confident minute-taker with a good eye for detail, and have experience in collating high-quality board paper packs.

• Provide effective leadership and management of the service delivery teams in the specified service delivery area, managing, supporting, motivating, involve, engage, and support their front-line delivery teams effectively.
• To lead and develop a positive, motivated, and committed team delivering high performing front line youth, community, and great outdoors services across Lancashire.
• To build and maintain positive strategic relationships & partnerships across area of operation, ensuring Newground Together is recognised as a key influencer in decision-making and shaping future priorities and services.
• To proactively contribute to the continuous improvement of the organisation, playing a key role in the Charity's leadership team, and strategic and operational development of the organisation.

• Relevant experience managing and developing community programmes.
• Experience in business planning and development
• Experience Managing and motivating staff, promoting a culture that meets the needs of and engages with customers and staff, in an open and high performing environment.
• Expeience of partnership working and stakeholder engagement at a strategic level
• Experience of setting and managing budgets successfully
• Successful track record of income generation and securing external funding.
• Ability to demonstrate business acumen, dealing with ambiguity and managing change in new and challenging situations. Sound knowledge of relevant legislation relating to the service

We are working in partnership with a care provider, who enable Carers to benefit from respite breaks with the peace of mind from knowing that loved ones are in the safe, reliable hands of professional carer support workers who are trained in all aspects of care delivery.

They are now seeking a Care Operations Manager to have full oversight of the daily operations of the organisation, maximise the number of carers supported in Surrey/care hours delivered, and ensure the organisation is fully complaint in line with regulatory guidance and legislation.  They are also looking to expand their self-funded care business. This is ideal for someone who currently works or aspires to a role in Senior Operations Management.

The role will report into and be required to meet with the Head of Care Operations and Registered Manager on a regular basis to communicate oversight of operations.  Ensuring effective governance to fully evidence compliance and positive outcomes in the event of a CQC inspection, alongside input during the inspection process.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• NVQ 5 in leadership/management in Health and Social Care or transferrable qualification 
• Knowledge and experience of compliance and CQC regulations in Health and Social Care
• Understanding of Service Delivery and person-centred care and support 
• Strategic development, planning and delivery of quality, innovative carer support services
• Excellent team management and leadership skills

The successful candidate will oversee the operational day-to-day management of the professional care support services, ensuring care hour targets are met and ensuring continued compliance with relevant legislation. We are looking for someone to support our enthusiastic team of shop managers and volunteers whilst developing our retail operations as vibrant hubs in the community. 

We currently have two stores but are looking to develop and expand these so need someone who can manage and support the team, help with expansion and develop relationships with corporate partners and donors. 

The shops are an important part of our organisation and we are excited to develop this area and look forward to hearing from interested candidates. 

We are looking for an experienced leader to run our Crosslight Branch, staff and volunteers in West Kent (with locations in across Tonbridge, Sevenoaks and Tunbridge Wells), and to provide debt advice, case management, and money education to Crosslight’s service users. 

Our ideal candidate has prior debt advice experience combined with experience of leading and supervising staff and volunteers. We understand that these are unique skills and therefore if you have leadership experience gained in other social welfare settings, there may be an opportunity to train as a debt advisor if you can demonstrate that you possess the skills, maturity and determination to become proficient in this element.
