They are looking for a successful communications professional, preferably with significant experience in the charity/ not-for-profit sector who has managed communications functions and campaign delivery with breadth, context and scale.
To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have at least 5 years’ experience working in a similar communications role, with at least three of those managing and developing multiple marcoms campaign delivery. You’ll be experienced in delivering and coordinating income generation campaigns, CRM data management, website and digital development, as well as monitoring and reporting on digital performance.

Job title: Philanthropy Manager
We are seeking our first Philanthropy Manager to cultivate, solicit and steward a portfolio of donors and prospective donors (including alumni and other individuals, companies and charities) to generate major gifts £10,000 - £1 million+ for the Trust.
The successful candidate will join a small Executive Team of two (Director and Stewardship Officer) and work closely with our newly appointed Chair (from 6 July 2025), the Board of Trustees, and members of its sub-committee for Alumni Relations, Fundraising and Communications.
The first Kennedy Scholars departed for Harvard and MIT in 1966. In 2026 we will celebrate the 60th anniversary of this significant milestone in our history. The impact of this life-changing opportunity over the past 60 years will feature strongly in our new fundraising campaign.
Reporting to: Director of the Kennedy Memorial Trust (KMT)
Hours: Full-time 37.5 hours per week. We understand that full-time hours may not suit all candidates, so there is some flexibility in the hours and work schedule.
Contract: Permanent
Compensation: Salary £45,000 FTE, 30 days holiday plus bank hols (FTE) and 8% employer pension contribution after 3 months’ service
Location: Home-based but within easy access to London. The post holder can work on a hybrid basis, combining predominately home-working with regular in-person meetings in London. Travel from home to London for work and meetings will be paid in accordance with any expenses policies in force at the time.
The role involves some travel, in addition to the London working requirement, for meetings/events with donors, scholars, trustees and other stakeholders – ie monthly within the UK and twice a year to the US. There will also be occasional evening and weekend commitments.

The role
1. Fundraising activity
Contribute to the development of the new fundraising strategy.
Research, identify and pursue fundraising opportunities that meet the Trust’s strategic objectives.
Lead one-on-one and small group meetings with Trustees and key supporters to identify, develop and deliver fundraising objectives.
Assist Trustees in developing and maintaining their portfolios of prospects and donors.
Write compelling fundraising proposals and applications for funding, including bespoke proposals tailored to specific individuals.
Initiate and nurture relationships with potential high-level donors aiming to establish a strong and long-term philanthropic relationship
Lead one-on-one and small group meetings with high-level donors and potential donors and ask them for significant financial contributions.
Maintain and develop professional, trusted and productive relationships with current and past donors, and with a range of priority stakeholders.
Use appropriate and effective negotiation skills to motivate and guide donors to make gifts at a high level.
2. Processes and Procedures
Ensure the Trust is compliant with all relevant aspects of the Fundraising Regulator’s Code of Fundraising Practice and the Charity Commission.
Maintain a professional approach to handling sensitive and confidential information, complying with privacy and data protection legislation.
Maintain the Trust’s suite of policies and procedures related to fundraising and donor engagement.
Actively engage in external networks to identify new prospective donors.
Contribute to monthly and quarterly fundraising performance reports and present progress to the trustee board and its committe
Accurately record donor interactions in the CRM database and contribute to improving data management and analysis processes.
Regularly update the Executive team on fundraising activities and seek their input and support as needed.
Work closely with the Stewardship Officer to develop and implement solicitation and stewardship plans for donors and prospects.
Participate in team decision-making by suggesting creative solutions and engaging in strategic planning discussions.
Any other duties which may be required by the Director.

Experience and education required:
Experience of professional fundraising, with a track record of successfully securing major (£10k+) gifts from individuals, Foundations and businesses.
Educated to degree level
Experience of delivering a fundraising programme and pipeline to meet financial targets.
Experience identifying, negotiating and managing resource requirements in support of fundraising activity
Experience of having worked with high-level donors
Demonstrable understanding of higher education in UK and US
Demonstrable understanding of data protection/ Fundraising Regulator’s Code of Fundraising Practice and the Charity Commission.
High computer literacy in standard office packages and experience in using databases.

We are looking to recruit a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Digital Acquisition Executive to join our growing Individual Giving Team within Public Fundraising at Prostate Cancer Research. This is a pivotal new role, offering huge potential to shape the future of IG at PCR and capitalise fully on our exciting growth trajectory.
The last 12 months have seen significant transformation within our IG fundraising, with our regular giving base more than trebling. Building on this momentum, and campaigns such as last year's successful prostate cancer screening petition and our increased campaigning and public relations footprint. This role will be instrumental in driving continued expansion through digital channels, including paid social and email, with significant scope to identify and implement new, innovative, or novel acquisition strategies. Key Responsibilities
Digital Acquisition and Fundraising

Develop and implement acquisition campaigns and activity to attract new supporters through social platforms, both paid and unpaid, search engine advertising, and email marketing. As well as novel and innovative platforms and opportunities as identified.

Stewardship and Supporter Experience

Database and Compliance

Hold a good working knowledge of key aspects of data protection law including GDPR and PECR, and the Fundraising Code of Practice.

Skills and Competencies
Our ideal candidate would have the following:

Proven experience in digital acquisition for charity or social cause, or in paid digital marketing or advertising in commercial roles. With demonstrable campaign management experience and expertise setting up and managing campaigns in Meta business suite, Google paid advertising and email marketing.

Evidence of leading successful digital / integrated digital campaigns leading to significant sales/income/lead generation.

The ability to monitor and manage income and expenditure against targets as well as forecast and report on digital campaigns across all channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Role:

The Regular Giving Campaigns Manager will play a key role in growing donations to the College’s Annual Fund by leading on the strategy, execution, and analysis of fundraising campaigns to drive funding for student support. This includes managing telethon campaigns, digital and print appeals, and ensuring smooth delivery with internal and external partners.
The role also includes stewardship and retention activities, such as publicizing the impact of regular giving and managing the 1509 Society donor circle. The manager will support major donor identification and growth, oversee the regular giving budget, and stay updated on fundraising trends and best practices. There is some CRM and data management, focusing on donor segmentation, analysis, and improving data quality.
This role is critical to increasing participation among alumni, ensuring sustainable funding for student support and College priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning, Execution & Analysis
- Lead all Annual Fund campaigns, including telethon, giving day, digital and print appeals, which seek to generate funding towards student support, increasing participation among alumni and community base year-on-year. Work with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
- Plan, lead and execute all telethon campaigns including caller recruitment; training and supervision of callers; production and distribution of pre-call and post-call materials; data segmentation, handling, and analysis to ensure smooth-running of campaigns.
- Prepare Annual Fund communications such as leaflets, letters, and other materials from idea through to drafting, design, printing, and mailing.
- Analyse the efficacy of past appeals to improve performance and lead on identifying trends and donor interests to significantly improve the targeting of appeals.
- Produce reports on progress of Annual Fund activities with relevant metrics and propose appropriate responses to these results.
- Establish and maintain an understanding of the College’s academic objectives and their relationship to the Development Team priorities.
- Understand the financial position of the College and be confident in articulating how Development activity impacts upon the work of the College, both now and into the future.

- Manage and grow the 1509 Society donor circle, and work with the Development Director and Senior Development Executive to identify regular donors to move into the pool of potential major donors.
- Attend relevant College, donor and alumni events throughout the year as required.
CRM & Data Management
- Manage and update donor data in the CRM to ensure accurate and secure record-keeping.
- Analyse fundraising data to track performance and refine strategies.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and proper stewardship of donor information.
Training
- Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing learning and development and participate in training relevant to the role.
- Keep up to date with regular giving trends, benchmarking, best practice, professional standards, regulations, and new approaches.
General Duties
The post holder will be required to:

Essential skills

Terms and Conditions of Employment
Appointment
This appointment is offered as a full time, permanent contract. There is an initial probationary period of six months. The appointment will be conditional on verification of the successful candidate’s ‘Right to Work’ checks and subject to the receipt of satisfactory references and medical clearance through the University’s Occupational Health Services.
Salary
To be paid on the College Grade 6 scale depending on experience. Advancement up the scale is on merit.
Hours of work
Full time 35 hours each week. Standard hours are from 9am until 5pm, with an unpaid hour taken for lunch, Monday to Friday.
Certain events in Development will require attendance outside of these core hours, notably the annual Telethon which is run over 2-weeks, and will likely amount to two weekends, plus 2 extra hours per day for 1-week.
The postholder will be required to work the hours necessary to fulfil the job requirements and subject to operational needs. A willingness and ability to adopt a flexible approach to working hours and duties is essential according to the requirements of the College.

About the role:
This is a great chance to be a part of a service working alongside the Healthcare & Education Department within HMP Bronzefield to identify and support women who are identified as being neurodiverse and will be returning to the community. Of that cohort, the Advocate will focus support on women with a mental health need and improve their transition into the community, with ongoing community support; including collaborating with other healthcare professionals to their develop support plans.
The Senior MH Advocate will work in a multi-disciplinary way, including attending the weekly complex case meeting and/or the Safety Intervention Meeting (SIM) as appropriate, they will act as a specialist member of the wider Minerva Criminal Justice Service - London team, to facilitate a pathway for women with complex needs including mental health and neurodiversity needs. The Senior Advocate will create a link between prison and the community, helping women to navigate support services and to positively re-integrate into their community upon release. They will co-design a person-centred support and action plan with women accessing support, enabling to support them to address their needs and any risks. The role will combine a casework- based approach, along with a signposting and advice service for the women.
The Senior Mental Health Advocate will be based in the community and will provide a drop-in service (1-2 day per week) in HMP Bronzefield to support women who are close to release. The role will also include line management of other advocates such as; Specialist Prison & Probation Advocates who will be based in the prison and the Loss & Bereavement Worker who will be providing support in the prison as well as in the community.
A car may be desirable for this role, though not essential
About You:
To be successful as the Senior Mental Health Advocate you will need the below experience and skills:
An excellent understanding of mental health, neurodiversity needs violence against women and girls and its links to women in the criminal justice system
Experience of managing/supervising a team of advocates/caseworkers – and leading a team to achieve targets & outcomes as well as appropriately managing and leading the team on any safeguarding concerns/incidents.
You will have the ability to complete trauma informed, support and action plans in collaboration with the woman; to support in addressing their multiple and individual needs and enable them to engage with services, which will result in timely and prescribed outcomes being achieved.
You will possess excellent organisational skills, excellent communication skills and be able to work in a prison environment whilst remaining calm.

About Us:
Strength & Learning Through Horses provides mental health and education support to some of London’s most vulnerable young people through offering equine assisted therapy and alternative education programmes. The organisation’s ability to deliver excellence in its service quality is dependent upon a skilled and competent workforce where learning and continuous improvement is a fundamental aim.
Strength & Learning Through Horses has been in operation for over 10 years and has grown year on year in terms of income and number of young people reached and number of services we offer.
We have 5 full time and 5 part time contracted staff members, 18 freelance staff members and work with 17 volunteers. 400 – 500 young people per year benefit from our life changing services; our hope is that this will increase to 700+ per year from 2027 once the building project at our site is complete. We have ambitious longer term plans for growth.
We have been operating in North London for over 10 years from a small stables, after our lease sadly came to an end in January 2023 we moved to our long term home. This was a derelict stables owned by the Council which we have secured via a 25 year lease. In 2022-23 we raised £300,000 to get the site usable as an equine therapy centre although it is still very run down with much of it boarded up an derelict. We now have full planning permission to develop the site and build a purpose built equine therapy centre which will allow us to double the number of young people who access the space.
About the Role:
To make this dream a reality we are looking for an experienced Capital Fundraising Manager to lead the Capital fundraising campaign for this project to raise £700,000 over 2 years in order to fund this build.
The hope is to raise £350,000 in year one in order to fund half of the build (stage 1) with the remaining funding being secured in the 2nd year to complete the build in year 2. We have a strong track record of fundraising including recently securing 5 years core costs funding from the National Lottery Community Fund and we have warm relationships that we can call on once this fundraising campaign gets activated.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the charity at a time of growth and change and an opportunity for someone to really make this role their own.

Job overview
The Digital and Content Manager is responsible for the development and execution of BeyondAutism’s digital strategy, ensuring all online content and campaigns support the organisation’s strategic goals. The role owns and manages all digital platforms, including the website, email marketing, paid advertising, and social media (Bluesky, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook), ensuring content is engaging, optimised, and aligned with BeyondAutism’s brand identity. This role works closely with the Outreach and Revenue Marketing Manager (ORMM) to ensure digital content and campaigns are effectively aligned with lead generation, outreach, and revenue-driving activities. Together, they will develop, execute, and optimise digital strategies that drive MQL to SQL conversion, audience engagement, and brand awareness.

About the role
Channel ownership and development
- Develop and execute a digital and content strategy that aligns with BeyondAutism’s overall marketing objectives.
- Actively manage and grow the website, social channels (Bluesky, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook), and email database, ensuring all content and contact lists are up to date.
- Own the technical maintenance and development of BeyondAutism websites (WordPress), working with external developers when required.
- Ensure all digital activity is integrated and aligned, supporting schools, outreach, fundraising, and admissions.
- Stay up to date with platform algorithms, trends, and best practices to maximise engagement on both paid and organic content.
Website and SEO management
- Manage the BeyondAutism websites, ensuring they remain compliant, up to date, user-friendly, and optimised for conversions.
- Apply SEO best practices (both technical and onsite SEO) to improve website visibility and search rankings.
- Develop and update landing pages to support marketing campaigns and lead generation.
- Liaise with external agencies as needed to enhance website functionality.
Social media and digital engagement
- Develop and implement a content plan for Bluesky, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Ensure consistency in tone of voice, brand messaging, and content quality across all digital platforms.
- Actively monitor, engage with, and grow BeyondAutism’s online community. Track and analyse engagement metrics to refine social media strategy.
Email marketing and CRM integration
- Plan, create, and send email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp and Raiser’s Edge.
- Develop segmented audience lists to deliver personalised, high-impact content.
- Set up automated email sequences to nurture leads and encourage engagement.
- Track and optimise email performance (open rates, CTR, conversion rates).
- Ensure email and digital activities integrate with Raiser’s Edge for CRM tracking and reporting.
Paid advertising and Google Ad Grants
- Manage Google Ad Grants, ensuring compliance and maximisation of the allocated budget.
- Set up, manage, and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms.
- Continuously track performance and adjust campaigns to improve cost-per-click (CPC) and ROI.
Reporting and analytics
- Establish KPIs for each digital channel in agreement with the Head of Marketing & Communications.
- Monitor website, email, social media, and PPC analytics, converting findings into actionable insights.
- Provide monthly performance reports, assessing the return on investment (ROI) for campaigns.
Marketing and outreach campaigns
- In consultation with ORMM, lead on digital marketing campaigns to drive leads, registrations, and awareness.
- Implement digital aspects of the lead generation strategy, including Lunch & Learn webinars.
- Consider the customer journey and experience in all digital marketing activity.
- Support fundraising and outreach teams in promoting campaigns through digital channels.
- Ensure that all digital marketing campaigns align with BeyondAutism’s wider strategic objectives.
Team and stakeholder collaboration
- Work across the organisation to ensure all digital and content needs are met and incorporated into the overall strategy.
- Act as a subject matter expert for digital marketing tools and software, upskilling the wider team.
- Work closely with external agencies, designers, and developers as needed.
- Line manage the Marketing & Communications Officer, ensuring alignment with digital priorities.
