With this strong foundation in place, they are seeking a Director of Income Generation to play a key role in shaping the organisation’s strategic direction while leading and integrating fundraising and retail operations.
About the role
As a key member of Acorns’ Executive Directorate, you will play a central role in shaping the organisation’s leadership and strategy. You’ll develop and implement innovative strategies to maximise fundraising income across individual giving, corporate partnerships, community fundraising, trusts, and legacies. In addition, you will oversee the performance and continued success of Acorns’ retail operation, strategically supporting the Retail Director in driving growth across a portfolio of c.50 shops.

As Director of Income Generation, you will:

Overview of Role:
As Human Resources Advisor you will be joining a small, friendly and supportive HR team providing advice and support to managers and staff across the full range of employee life-cycle activities. This is a maternity cover post, so is offered on a fixed term contract for 12 months. We are seeking a Sex Worker Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (SWISVA) to provide appropriate emotional and practical 1-to-1 support to people involved in sex work, who often experience stigma and face barriers to accessing services. Working within a specialist sexual violence approach, you will be enabling people to access support and navigate services, including those directly related to sexual violence. You will support them to navigate criminal justice processes if they wish to do so. You will be working in partnership with other agencies and making appropriate referrals for people to access other services to support their wider needs. You will play a key role in advocating for improved responses to sexual violence, including pathways through the criminal justice processes.
The post is part of a unique partnership between National Ugly Mugs, Basis Yorkshire and POW (Nottingham) to ensure more specialist support for sex workers who have experienced sexual violence, to develop good practice guidelines, develop and share learning, and to influence change in provisions for sex workers. Each organisation will be employing a SWISVA; the program will be led by a Program Coordinator who will be based with Basis Yorkshire, and who will lead on influencing of policy and sharing of learning to improve outcomes for sex workers who have experienced sexual violence

Carers Support and Development Worker - Autism
Salary: £18,518
Part Time (21 hours per week)
The role:
This role involves one to one support for unpaid Carers who support people with various support conditions including autism.
Skills and experience:
The successful applicant will have outstanding organisational and communication skills, be confident at supporting people on a one-to-one basis, including providing information and advice, listening support and advocacy. They will be able to manage conflicting demands with tight deadlines, be a key team player and committed to working with Carers and volunteers.
They will have excellent IT skills and be able to adapt to providing services both face to face and via virtual platforms, whilst maintaining a consistent service for Carers.

Full Time (35 hours per week)

Founded in 2017, The Anti-Slavery Collective (TASC) is a connector and convener of people, groups, and ideas. Our mission is to create linkages between decision-makers, corporates, and civil society allies to disrupt modern slavery and human trafficking.
We have built partnerships with business pioneers, civil society allies, and leaders, hosted high-level events, brought the issue of modern slavery back to the World Economic Forum, and amplified survivor leaders' voices.

About the Role
The Director of Partnerships will lead TASC’s partnership efforts, responsible for cultivating and securing new partnerships, and delivering on partnership strategies. You will manage relationships with key strategic partners, donors, civil society allies, and academic stakeholders. The Director of Partnerships will work closely with the CEO, contributing to the charity’s broader external relations activities, while operating with independence and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities

Partnership Strategy and Relationship Management:
- Contribute to developing new partnership strategies.
- Manage deliverables and track impact milestones as outlined in partnership strategies.
- Oversee day-to-day correspondence with donors and strategic partners.
- Facilitate meetings and visits with key stakeholders.
- Support the CEO and team members in engaging with strategic partners.
- Lead or contribute to relevant research projects.

Internal Coordination:
- Build strong relationships with colleagues to ensure effective information sharing.
- Coordinate joint inputs for briefs, communication materials, and applications.
- Collaborate with the team in producing and disseminating deliverables, updates, and communication materials.
- Regularly contribute to TASC's internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Operational Support:
- Support the organisation’s broader projects or events as required.
- Maintain relationships with NGOs, research institutions, and stakeholders to stay informed about trends, collaborations, and funding opportunities.

Grant Management:
- Manage all aspects of grant servicing, ensuring deadlines are met and donor requirements are fulfilled.
- Draft and collate reports and grant applications, ensuring alignment with donor requirements.
- Maintain systems for tracking grant data and provide information for internal use and Board papers.

Management:
- Line-manage a direct report (Partnerships Manager).
Qualifications and Experience
Essential:
- Right to work in London.
- Excellent written English.
- Proven experience in building cross-sector partnerships, especially with corporate partners.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- High level of initiative and ability to work independently.
Desirable:
- Experience in a corporate partnership or similar role.
- Knowledge or experience in the field of modern slavery, human rights, or development.
- Understanding of contracting and grant-making processes.
- Willingness and ability to travel locally and internationally.

Canaan Project are seeking a Director to lead the organisation in to a new season of growing and strengthening our support for young women .
Canaan Project is a charity motivated by Christian ethos and values with a mission to work collaboratively with 11-19 year old girls and young women in Tower Hamlets to see them flourish, have broadened horizons and raised aspirations. We do this by providing experiences and opportunities through innovative approaches to youth work within schools and in the community.

The Director has oversight of the organisations effective running, ensuring it continues to meet its aims and objectives. This includes having oversight of all Canaan Project operations and activities, in conjunction with the Senior Young Women’s Worker and beingresponsible for the ongoing financial security of the project, fundraising, strategic planning and vision, development of all policies relating to the work including staff and volunteer management, safeguarding, and finance.
