We are looking for someone to join our team as our Senior Legacy & In Memory Stewardship Officer to manage our Legacy and In Memory Retention and Stewardship programme – delivering bespoke and personal, multi-discipline stewardship and excellent supporter care to Legacy enquirers, Legacy pledgers and In Memory Donors, to build lasting relationships with these audiences and maximise income.
To be successful in this role, you will have proven ability to plan, implement and evaluate direct marketing campaigns with substantial understanding of retention and stewardship journeys, as well as excellent interpersonal skills and a track record of building, maintaining and managing successful individual relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

• Providing strategic oversight to the enrolment and validation process for new members, ensuring that new institutions meet the Centre of Excellence’s standards, and work closely with the Network Member Manager to streamline onboarding, guaranteeing a positive initial experience that sets the stage for long-term involvement.
• Overseeing the tracking and evaluation of member engagement, using data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 3. Workforce Development:
The Senior Workforce Development Manager will lead a team of High Performance Skills Coaches to design, implement, and continuously improve a world-class teacher training programme. By incorporating global insights and innovative practices, this role ensures that the programme enhances teaching quality and raises educator capacity to deliver world-class education.
• Utilising insights from international benchmarking and emerging trends from global partners to incorporate cutting-edge methodologies and world-class standards into the teacher training programme.
• Leading a team of Skills Coaches to guide the development and delivery of high impact teacher training experiences, focusing on practical and solutions focussed strategies underpinned by international best practice that improve teaching, learning, and assessment.
• Overseeing the planning and scheduling of training activities to align with the academic calendar, ensuring that sessions are well-timed and accessible to educators throughout the year. Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications teams to promote training opportunities, generate demand, and expand programme reach, actively engaging member institutions and their teaching staff.

About The Felix Project
The Felix Project is London’s leading food redistribution charity, dedicated to ensuring good food is never wasted and no one goes hungry. Last year, our nearly 180 staff and over 15,000 volunteers collected 32 million meals of surplus food, distributing it to Londoners in need through a network of over 1,100 community organisations, charities, and schools.
In London, one in five households with children lack reliable access to nutritious food, while the UK wastes 20 tonnes of food per second. The cost of living in London has risen by 24% in the last three years, and food prices continue to climb. About 14% of working families have turned to food support services for the first time in the past year, and 100,000 London families have less than £3 a day for food.
Our work has never been more needed, and demand continues to grow: we are building our expertise and impact in response. The Felix Project now operates from four main depots in North, South, East, and West London, with ‘point-to-point’ projects in Central London and Canary Wharf. The East London depot has a kitchen producing up to 5,000 meals per day from surplus food. A new 'Multibank' in Ealing distributes non-food essentials.
Purpose of the Job
As the Senior Individual Giving Officer, you will support the Senior Individual Giving and Legacies Manager developing our individual giving programmes, including acquisition through face to face and digital marketing, creation of DRTV and innovate within the space. You will confidently be mapping and delivering supporter journey and retention programmes. You will help develop existing and new propositions, products, audiences, channels and technology and help deliver creative supporter journeys that build long-term loyalty and value.

About the Role:
As our Senior Marketing Officer (Supporter Activation) you will project lead our highly successful water bill insert campaign (managed in close collaboration with the Water Industry Partnership Team). Overseeing the delivery of these campaigns from briefing through to post-campaign analysis, as well as the development of new ideas to maximise the opportunities offered by this relationship.
You’ll support the Marketing Manager and wider team in the day-to-day development, management and delivery of a number of fundraising campaigns. In particular our successful DRTV programme, managing the relationship with our telemarketing agency and support in planning and delivery of new creative.
You’ll also:
- Managing our response handling agency to ensure effective conversion of response for our DRTV campaigns through regular monitoring and testing; providing training and development and analysing results regularly.
- Manage agency relationships; overseeing the management and development of any campaigns from briefing through to post-campaign analysis, collaborating with external partners, taking responsibility for resolving queries, trafficking all stages of the project and escalation of potential problems.
- Help develop and manage expenditure and income budgets. Help create the budget, to monitor monthly management accounts and key performance indicators and to undertake reforecasts as required.
- Regularly monitor, evaluate and analyse campaigns, providing regular results and recommendations for strategy development based on reviews and analysis.
- Liaise with team leaders and project managers in other departments to identify and implement new cross-working opportunities utilising specialist knowledge and experience in direct marketing.
- Remain up-to-date about developments in the external market-place and assess the suitability of new, innovative approaches for recruiting supporters to remain competitive.
- Take responsibility for ensuring that all supporter communications are consistent with the WaterAid brand, working closely with the International, Policy and Campaigns, and Communications teams.
About You:
- Successful track record of working in a direct marketing role, including proven experience of planning and executing campaigns across different channels, including digital.
- Experience of managing telemarketing, call handling and large-scale print campaigns
- Experience of managing creative development, including writing creative briefs, working with creative agencies, ensuring the correct sign off procedures are followed, and appropriate stakeholders consulted.
- Project management experience including identifying opportunities and managing through to implementation.
- Ability to work flexibly and independently, to manage varying competing priorities and meet strict deadlines with often changing priorities.
- The ability to work as part of a team and collaboratively with a diverse group to deliver cross-organisational projects or objectives.
- Excellent numeracy skills with attention to detail and experience in monitoring, evaluating and analysing campaigns.

- Experience of working in the voluntary / fundraising sector.

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to coordinate the marketing activity of the Students’ Union throughout the year, taking the lead on campaigns and projects such as Varsity, the Leadership Race, Sustainability Conference, International Festival and End of Year Awards, working with 10+ departments across the Union. The Marketing Coordinator will also support, train, and advise these departments and Sabbatical Officers on the development and delivery of effective marketing plans helping the Union to achieve its objectives
This is a full time and fixed term contract role until 31 July 2025. This role is also a hybrid working role, where 40% of the role will be on campus based.

You will drive, develop and implement proactive and reactive media strategies, use your warm media contacts and build new contacts to achieve organisational communications objectives, including increasing awareness of the global water and sanitation crisis as well as our work around the world and our policy, fundraising and campaigning activities.

- Write audience centric media strategies for advocacy research and reports and campaigns, with political and public stakeholders in mind.

As a Senior Communications Manager, you will be responsible for planning and delivering effective communications that reach, engage, motivate, and resonate with media, clients, fundraisers, and policy makers across a range of channels.
We are looking for someone with a strong news sense and a demonstrable background of proactively getting organisations involved in the conversations that matter – while reflecting the confidential nature and sensitivities around domestic abuse and mental health. We want to proactively generate more awareness of our work, capitalising on our unique position in the women’s and mental health sectors.
The role will be responsible for proactive and reactive media relations; effective engagement on social media; developing engaging content for our website; supporting on Calls for Evidence and drafting copy for marketing materials, including our e-newsletter. A highly autonomous role, you will work closely with our fundraising, counselling, and research teams.
Our ideal candidate would also have experience of working on fundraising and awareness campaigns; and the ability to create content on social media in line with branding guidelines. Experience in developing communications strategies and reporting on Key Performance Indicators are essential.
