Location: Hybrid working is offered to all staff. All full time staff should come into the office a minumum of two days per week. Our office is based in Highgate, London.

Hours: 35 hours per week (full-time), core hours of 10am–4pm

About CoppaFeel!

CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.

We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.

Breast cancer does not need to be detected late, and as long as we are here and continue to be supported by people like you, we will do all we can to make sure this doesn’t continue to happen.

About the role

It’s been an exciting year for the CoppaFeel! Marketing team; we’ve had a brand refresh, onboarded new agencies, launched award winning campaigns and grown a partnership with Love Island. And it’s all been in the name of our mission; to ensure all breast cancers are diagnosed early and accurately in young people.

We are looking for an exceptional Head of Marketing to lead our Marketing team, help shape the direction of and oversee our 2025 campaign, and collaborate with other Heads of Departments to deliver CoppaFeel!’s three year organisational strategy.

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office 2 days per week. You will be required to attend the office for quarterly team meetings, department meetings and in person training, we will provide plenty of notice for when you are required to be in for these purposes.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Work as a valued part of the CoppaFeel! Leadership team to deliver the organisational strategy, shape the culture and influence cross departmental ways of working.

• Lead the CoppaFeel! Marketing team - setting direction, supporting growth and overseeing performance. 

• Inspire and motivate the personal development of team members. 

• Directly line manage the Marketing Manager, Social Manager and Digital Marketing Manager (subject to change, to be discussed at interview).

• Lead on the delivery of CoppaFeel!’s marketing strategy and management of marketing output across the charity.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience working in a marketing/brand communications role.

• A strong track record of delivering multi-platform, integrated awareness campaigns, with an understanding of media planning, creative, PR and social media planning, creative, PR, social.

• A leader with the ability to develop and motivate a multidisciplinary team to achieve high standards. 

• Clear understanding of audience insight, including experience targeting and tailoring campaigns and communications to CoppaFeel!’s 18-24 year old target audience.

School Food Matters (SFM) exists to teach children about food and to improve children’s access to healthy, sustainable food during their time at school. We provide fully funded food education programmes to schools. Our experience delivering these programmes informs and strengthens our campaigns, bringing the voices of children, parents and teachers to government policy.

Job Purpose

· To deliver an exciting, new programme implementing a whole school approach (WSA) to food nurseries, primaries, secondaries and SEN schools in Southwark.

Key Tasks include:

• Support Project Coordinator to group schools and nurseries using a RAG rating, based on level of support required to achieve a WSA to food

· Recruit schools to take part in the programme

· Build relationships with teachers, teaching assistants, cooks and senior leaders in schools to improve the food they offer their students

Our Brand and Marketing team is looking for a proactive, creative and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Marketing Executive for a six-month contract.

You will create and publish engaging content across The Trust’s website, emails and social media channels. You’ll also be responsible for executing campaigns and initiatives to raise vital funds that help support young people, as well as raise awareness of our work to attract more young people onto our programmes. for reporting.

The TSA is seeking a highly experienced, confident and capable Head of Fundraising to provide leadership and direction on all aspects of income generation. The charity has gone from strength to strength over the last 24 months, including income generation, and we are looking for an experienced fundraising professional to continue this amazing work.  

Working closely with the TSA’s Joint Chief Executives, you’ll join the Senior Management Team and will be expected to successfully implement our new three-year fundraising strategy, which aims to diversify and raise income in a sensible yet ambitious way.

Head of Fundraising responsibilities 

Strategic, leadership and management 

• Provide leadership for fundraising and income generation across the TSA team. Attend regular strategy meetings and be a leading voice in shaping the TSA’s income generation activities 

• Lead in the development, implementation and review of fundraising polices and strategy ensuring they are in line with the overall organisation business plan

• Identify opportunities to work with partners on areas of common interest where the TSA can achieve more through joint funding, gifts in kind (such as time or services) or delivering joint projects than the charity could do by working alone 

• Ensure the TSA’s fundraising policies, procedures are up to date and that all fundraising activities comply with law and the Fundraising Regulator guidelines 

• Continue to maintain established, and develop new relationships with potential fundraising supporters and partners across all sectors 

Marketing and communications responsibilities 

• Work closely with the communications team to develop inspiring fundraising campaigns, appeals, cases for support and content for distribution across all digital platforms,including social media, e-newsletters and Scan magazine, website and fundraising platforms 

• Continue to strengthen our supporter engagement plans to identify and build excellent working relationships that leads to increase income 

General responsibilities 

• Adhere to all TSA policies, procedures, values and behaviours 

• Comply with all internal and external Health and Safety requirements and complete Risk Assessments as appropriate 

• Work as part of a small fundraising team, you will enjoy taking on new challenges and happy to work flexibly as the TSA continues to develop and grow

• The PR Manager is accountable for the planning, development and delivery of high performing UK wide integrated Public Relations (PR) activity.

The Talent Set are working with a brilliant International Development Charity to recruit a Head of Legacy & In Memory to lead innovative campaigns that will strengthen their mission and drive strategy development that ensures growth of legacy income.

What’s on offer:

• Salary: circa £53,000 depending on experience
• Working pattern: Hybrid, 1-2 days/month in Central London office
• 12 month FTC (ideally starting in January)

Key duties include:

• Lead on the strategic development of the Legacy and In Memory programme, considering audiences, products and channels. This includes managing a team of 2 direct reports, as well as the Legacy and In Memory budget.
• Present business cases for the development of the strategic programme and activity based on testing and innovation of audiences, products and channels.
• Collaborate with other Heads of across the Fundraising Directorate to ensure consistent communication to supporters.
• Drive the development of the corporate fundraising programme, working with Global Programmes colleagues and partners based in the countries where the charity operates in.
• Provide supportive and dynamic line management for two direct reports
• Work closely with Data and Insight teams to ensure effective and accurate reporting and that insight drives future activity.

We’re looking for the following skills & experience:

• Experience in strategic management of a multi-channel Legacy programme, including reporting and insight.
• Experience of delivering creative and innovative acquisition fundraising plans, including supporter journeys across both on and offline channels.
