As Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will: 

• Account manage a diverse portfolio of corporate partners at the 5 and 6-figure level
• Create and deliver high quality stewardship plans for your accounts to develop and secure incremental income
• Research, write and pitch compelling funding proposals to renew and uplift existing partnerships
• Build strong relationships with all key stakeholders internally and externally

Ideal skills and experience:

• Experience in managing a range of 5 and 6-figure corporate partnerships in the not-for-profit sector

You’ll be part of a remote England and Wales wide Family Practitioner team, who work closely together to draw on each other’s skills and experience to ensure families receive the best service from RSBC.

The team link together to run online groups that further support families, and this work may be in the evenings. The team meet weekly online and come together in person for two-day team training at our London office at least twice a year.

The main purpose of this role is to:

· To establish and maintain a case load of families with blind and partially sighted children and young people aged 0 to 25 who identify themselves as needing support.

· To undertake family assessments to identify specific areas of need; to identify and deliver appropriate interventions that will promote children’s development and emotional wellbeing in collaboration with family members and make and support onward referrals as required.

· To ensure that support is high quality and meets the high standard that RSBC sets, with pre agreed performance indicators.

The ideal candidate will ideally have a qualification that demonstrates the ability to establish a trusting and open relationship with families and CYP. You’ll be experienced in providing emotional wellbeing support with families directly and have knowledge of child development from experience or qualification. You’ll know about family systems/systemic practice – from experience or qualification as well as knowledge and practical experience of using family centred interventions in collaboration with families. We’d like you to have excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong teamwork ethic to fit in with our friendly and knowledgeable team of Family Practitioners across England and Wales.

The Role

You will support the contract delivery of the Champions programmes, ensuring contract milestones are met. About The Felix Project

The Felix Project is London's biggest food redistribution charity and the largest end-to-end food redistribution charity in Europe.  

Our vision is a London where no one goes hungry and good food is never wasted. 

We rescue surplus food from businesses, supermarkets, restaurants and farms. This food is nutritious, in-date, and safe and includes a high proportion of fresh vegetables, fruit, meat and fish. If we did not rescue this food, it would be at risk of going to waste. Instead, we deliver it free of charge to London charities, schools, food banks, COVID food hubs and other organisations serving people in need. Our food is a vital lifeline for children and families, people on low incomes, people who have lost their jobs, the homeless, refugees, domestic abuse survivors, the elderly and keyworkers.  

 We were founded in 2016 in memory of Felix Byam Shaw, by his father, entrepreneur Justin Byam Shaw. 

Purpose of the Job

Based for a minimum of 3 days per week in one of our operational warehouses you will help support Felix’s mission through the development of a network of charities, community groups and other key stakeholders involved supporting vulnerable Londoners across London. Your work will help to build the network’s capacity to accept and distribute food through our depot operations, Green Scheme & Felix Connect and non-food items through Felix’s Multibank. 

Reporting to the Community Engagement Manager the Community Coordinator’s role will focus on Felix’s school holiday provision. You will be involved in the set-up, delivery, monitoring and evaluation of the different programmes throughout the year that provides more than 10 million meal equivalents to families across the 13-week school holidays. Developed from Felix’s regular food delivery models to operate at scale innovation has been part of the development of these programmes. As the Community Coordinator you will be expected to help drive the evolution of the provision and where relevant help deploy as part of our business-as-usual delivery.

You will support your peers, the depot and operational teams, responding to enquiries from the community network to help ensure the smooth flow of food and non-food items whilst delivering excellent customer service. This will include ensuring recipients of our food are compliant with all relevant legislation and guidance as required by our food partners and food business operators. 

You will also help us to effectively monitor and evaluate our growth against our strategic objectives through robust data collection, monitoring and updating using our CRM system.

The role  

The role will sit within FareShare’s public affairs—part of the wider marcomms team—which is responsible for advocating for policies that create an economic and legislative environment that is beneficial for surplus food redistribution. This will help FareShare achieve its long-term goals of redistributing a higher proportion of the UK’s surplus food and benefiting more communities across the UK.

FareShare recently published its manifesto, ‘Where’s The Food? Strengthening Communities Through Surplus Food Redistribution.’ The manifesto sets out a path for government, businesses, and charities to work together to turn an environmental problem into a social good.

The Senior Public Affairs and Research Officer will be critical in advancing FareShare’s policy agenda, as outlined in the manifesto. Working closely with the Public Affairs, Policy and Campaigns Consultant, you will lead efforts to engage influential stakeholders, create compelling content, and coordinate high-impact events. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence national policy and contribute to meaningful change in the food redistribution sector.

Key responsibilities 

Stakeholder Engagement: Build and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders, including government bodies, media, and academia, to advance FareShare’s policy objectives.

Policy, Research, and Briefings: Develop in-depth policy knowledge and produce well-researched briefings and reports articulating FareShare’s policy goals. Identify opportunities for FareShare to feed into Government consultations and Select Committees.

Events: Support the planning and execution of public affairs events, including parliamentary engagements and engagement with industry conferences.

Overview of the Directorate

The Education Department manages and develops the ESU's portfolio of education programmes. This portfolio encompasses teaching programmes, domestic and international competitions, short and long-term interventions in schools and external educations, continual professional development oppertunities for teachers,awards and scholarships. All of which are focused on giving young people the speaking & listening skills and the cross-cultural understaing they need to thrive.

Purpose of this role

The main purpose of the role is to carry out and assist in the administration and day to day running of the ESU’s educational programmes, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and managing delivery staff to ensure collective goals and objectives are reached

 Responsibilities and Expectations

 · Support with the smooth running and delivery of ESU Education’s domestic & international programmes as needed

· Be the first respondent to incoming calls and emails from educators, ESU partners and the general public, providing timely and professional responses to all enquiries

· Manage ESU spreadsheets and data across various Excel and our CRM system to ensure clean and accurate data collection and collation

· As needed, support with the development and improvement of education resources

· Liaise with the ESU’s Accounts Department regarding invoicing, delivery staff pay and expenses.

· Maintain accurate records of all bookings, delivery staff status, schools, public feedback and other relevant information.

· To support with delivery of workshops in schools, undertaking training to ensure delivery and teaching matches ESU standards

· Where appropriate source venues, confirm catering arrangements and other operational requirements regarding Education events.

· Assist the department in ad-hoc admin work as needed such as printing

· Participate in call-rounds as part of the department’s sales and onboarding efforts

· Co-ordinate the collection of process evaluation & impact data.

        To work or travel over occasional evenings and weekends as directed by line manager, with time off in lieu.

· On occasion, support young people during workshops, residential programmes and competition events to ensure these key beneficiaries are supported throughout their engagement with the ESU.

We're looking for two experienced bid and/or fundraising professionals to join our team as Bid and Fundraising Manager (internally known as Development Manager) on a permanent basis.

You'll be responsible for the development of a portfolio of donor relationships and will work across all parts of the proposal process from prospect research all the way through to submissions. As Development Manager, you'll work alongside the Associate Directors of Development to support their work in leading a range of funding opportunities. Working in a hybrid way, you’ll be attached to either our Birmingham, London or Manchester office and will report to the Associate Director, Development.  In line with our current ways of working, you’ll be expected to be in the office at least 1 day a month, in addition to team days and this may be reviewed by Ambition. 
 

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

To succeed in this role you'll have a good understanding of funding/proposal preparation processes and experience in securing funding opportunities in the range of £50k-£100k.

The successful candidate will demonstrate experience of successfully cultivating relationships with funders such as trust, foundations, local authorities, corporates and major donors.

Whilst experience of securing funding from research institutions and knowledge of England's education and charity sectors are desirable, it is not essential for applying to this role.

This shift towards prioritising long-term outcomes and an evolved delivery approach requires an expert Data and Insight Coordinator who can play a central role in data management and analysis, systems development, MEAL (Monitoring Evaluation Accountability and Learning), and storytelling.

Whilst this role requires proven experience of quantitative skills, we are open to candidates with limited or no experience in qualitative research. This is a varied role and there will be opportunities for fieldwork e.g. conducting interviews, facilitating and moderating focus groups, etc. We can provide training and support to help you develop the necessary qualitative skills.
