Emmaus Oxford is in the process of setting up a digital learning centre to deliver accredited digital literacy qualifications to our companions [what we call those ex-homeless men and women that form our community]. People experiencing socio-economic exclusion are further marginalised if they lack basic digital skills. A lack of digital proficiency can prevent companions at Emmaus from successfully engaging in essential life tasks, such as applying for jobs and housing, completing online forms (e.g. universal credit forms), paying bills, managing bank accounts, as well as day-to-day activities like booking / attending remote GP appointments.
We are conducting a 20-week pilot to deliver the Essential Digital Skills (EDS) Level 1 Qualification. The qualification will be offered onsite in our learning hub. Your role, as digital coach, will be to deliver the course to companions in a manner that supports their individual learning and well-being needs. The role includes recording lessons learned and making recommendations on the roll-out of further digital skills qualifications and courses
The Digital Coach will be responsible to deliver the Essential Digital Skills (EDS) Level 1 Qualification Pilot Project. You will support companions to develop digital and life skills so that they realise their full potential to find employment and move on from Emmaus when they are ready.

Role Summary
Speakers For Schools is looking for a senior and experienced Evaluation Manager to lead and oversee an impact evaluation project.. This role requires a dedicated professional to manage the day-to-day operations of an independent evaluation conducted by an external agency.
The Evaluation Manager will ensure the project is executed smoothly, meets its objectives, and delivers high-quality, actionable insights. This position is ideal for someone with strong project management skills, a solid background in evaluation methodologies, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
The Evaluation Manager works closely with the Director of Policy, Research and Impact and the Director of Programme and Delivery to ensure the successful implementation of the project. The successful candidate will be the main point of contact for the evaluation delivery, and it involves a great level of internal and external stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Key Duties / Responsibilities:
Strategic Purpose:
· Lead the evaluation project, ensuring it adheres to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
· Serve as the primary point of contact between the external evaluation agency, internal stakeholders and the funder.
· Monitor the progress of the evaluation, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring that milestones are met.
· Make informed, timely, and effective decisions to drive the project forward. The candidate should be able to analyse complex situations, consider various perspectives, and choose the best course of action to resolve issues and make progress.
Engagement:
· Coordination and facilitation of effective communication and collaboration among all parties involved, including staff, partners, and the evaluation agency.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of internal stakeholders, including the Programmes and Delivery Directorate, Technology and Data team and Communications
· Collaborate with the Data Compliance team to ensure adherence to data integrity and security standards
· Prepare and present regular updates to senior management and the funding body, highlighting key findings and progress.
Delivery:
· Conduct regular checks and audits to ensure data quality, completeness, and integrity.
· Work closely with the evaluators to address any discrepancies or issues identified during data collection or analysis.
· Develop a how-to-guide for future impact evaluations for the charity and design a knowledge transfer tool during the course of the project
· Develop and implement processes for data validation and verification to improve accuracy and reliability.
· Adherence to data compliance, standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure our data integrity and consistency.
· Ensure safeguarding best practices are embedded in all organisational activities.

Skills / Experience / Knowledge:
Essential
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in evaluation, impact or a related field.
· Knowledge and experience of both quantitative & qualitative research and evaluation methods, tools and techniques
· Highly numerate and computer literate, including advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, as well as a wider range of project management, CRM and internal communication tools

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring a Recovery Worker to join our women's only refuge in Hove. The service supports 18 women with a trauma informed approach using a psychologically informed environment model to provide high quality, person centred support to all our residents.
You will support with a range of frontline care and support activities within the service, in a varied role. You will work towards supporting residents/participants to achieve their desired goals/outcomes, and will ensure all residents/participants understand and have the right tools and resources for positive outcomes. You will also develop, participate in, and encourage residents/participants to participate in the running of activities, projects and events. There will be a focus on risk assessments and management, as well as housing and property management.
Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week on a rota. This may include shifts between Monday to Friday 10:00 - 18:00, 08:00 - 16:00 and 14:30 - 22:00. You will be based on site.

Job Title
· Deputy Centre Manager (The Junction Youth Centre, High Wycombe)
Position in the Organisation
· Reports To: Centre Manager
· Responsible For: Youth Workers and freelance staff
· Working hours: The centre is open 7 days a week 4-9pm. Working hours are 1:45-9pm on a two-week rotation (4 days one week and 6 the following). This post includes regular weekend work.
· Working With: Other members of the Action4Youth team including the High Wycombe Mentor, other programme staff, schools, key partners including other local youth organisations, Buckinghamshire Council, Thames Valley Police and many more.
Main Purpose and Scope of the Role
This role will assist with the day-to-day management of the centre and lead a small team of staff, including Youth Workers and some freelancers. The Deputy Centre Manager will be working in partnership with the Centre Manager to ensure the safe running of the centre and to deliver youth work directly. This role will liaise closely with the Centre Manager in order to make sure youth provision is effective and inclusive for all young people.
This role will be based in a multi service drop-in centre in High Wycombe for young people aged 12 – 18 years (up to 25 with SEND). The service will offer a range of sessions and activities all under one roof, seven days a week, and provides specialist support to those who are vulnerable.
The centre provides support in the following areas;
1. Crisis support; a drop-in service operating seven days a week where young people can come in and access specialist support and signposting in the below areas from trained staff.
· Homelessness
· Sexual health/unplanned pregnancy/sexual identity
· Family breakdown
· Crime
· Violence
· Bullying
· Substance misuse
· Relationship breakdown
2. A programme of mentoring to support young people on a 1:1 basis.
3. Health and wellbeing; a timetable of weekly activities focussing on positive mental and physical wellbeing.
· Nutrition and cooking - A weekly ‘cook along’ session will be available for young people to participate in where they learn the basics of cooking healthy and cheap meals.
· A timetable of fitness sessions including boxing and MMA sessions.
· A fortnightly mental wellbeing session which will focus on topics such as positive body image, social media, mental resilience, stress management, positive relationships etc.
4. A Youth Space for socialising and leisure activities;
· Café area
· Pool table, table football, table tennis, gaming consoles
· Weekly homework/ study club providing a quiet space where young people can get support on any schoolwork
· Weekly SEND Youth Group- open to young people with additional needs only who can come to socialise and participate in sessions on life skills
Duties and Key Responsibilities
- Register young people on arrival at the centre
- Keep the centre clean and tidy and be responsible for opening/ locking up the centre
- Assist with the overall smooth running of the centre and all its activity strands
- Work closely with library staff, Eden security and other key partners
- Be the lead staff member, running the Youth Centre, when the Centre Manager is not on shift
- Attend Action4Youth team meetings (sometimes outside of working hours) and be a positive link between The Junction and the other Action4Youth sites
- Communicate effectively with all core staff, freelancers and partners to ensure the centre is running safely and effectively and always be a positive role model
- Assess the needs of young people to correctly plan and deliver sessions related to areas such as health, fitness, smoking, drugs, gangs, violence, relationships and bullying
- Set up and run regular group youth work sessions in line with the key areas listed above
- Develop a positive rapport with young people based on respect and trust, ensuring the youth centre is a safe and welcoming place
- Establish boundaries and challenge inappropriate behaviour
- Mentor, coach and support individual young people
- Work in partnership with families and other key people in the young person's life, as well as with professionals from other organisations such as social care, health, police, education, youth offending teams and local authorities, in order to build a strong support network
- Manage, support and mentor staff, including youth workers and placement students
- Undertake administrative tasks relating to the centre’s efficient running, maintain effective recording systems and respond to queries
- Provide reports for funders and to SMT- including attendee numbers, case studies and other KPI’s as per funding applications.
- Promote the services of The Junction and take the lead in organising recruitment events at local schools. These may be outside the regular working hours, and you will need to claim time back in lieu.
- Attend local networking meetings to represent Action4Youth and promote the services of The Junction
- Work collaboratively with local community organisations to offer the best services to young people
- Always Act as an Ambassador for Action4Youth.
General Responsibilities
· Support events and meetings when required.

Skills, Experience and Knowledge
- Previous work experience in the youth, education or community sector
- Be able to lead, manage and support a small team
- Excellent communication skills, including being able to positively engage with young people from a wide range of backgrounds and actively involve them in the decision making process.
- Confident user of IT, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Experience of using a CRM system (desirable)
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (desirable)
- Practical experience of designing and delivering presentations to a varied audience (desirable)

Growing Hope is a charity providing free therapy for children and young people with additional needs in partnership with local churches across the UK. We aim to grow hope for children, hope for families and hope in Jesus.
Growing Hope was founded in December 2017 and has a vision to see 20 clinics set up across the UK by 2030. We have three clinics, King’s Cross, Brockley and High Wycombe, and we are currently setting up a fourth clinic in Gateshead and a fifth in Redbridge. This role will report to the CEO of the charity and will work closely as part of the Senior Leadership team. The Director of Growth will have oversight of Fundraising, Communications, Marketing and Clinic Growth within the charity. This will involve line management of the Fundraising Manager and Executive Assistant in the team. Main Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities will be discussed and developed as the charity continues to grow, but will include:
Leadership and Management:
- Working as part of the Senior Leadership team to strategically support the running of the charity.
- Providing line management for the Fundraising Manager, Executive Assistant and other potential members of the team as the charity grows.
- Leading and participating in prayer and worship with the team in line with Growing Hope’s Christian values.
- Ownership of income raising of £710,000 for the national charity with a view to growth each year. In addition to this an income of approximately £100,000 for each local clinic and ensuring that income targets are met across the national and local charities.
Fundraising Strategy & Finance:
- Lead the development and execution of long-term financial plans in close alignment with the charity’s strategic goals from a Fundraising perspective.
- Reporting monthly to the Growing Hope senior team and trustee board on income, forecasts and plans to hit income targets.
- Manging the fundraising, marketing and communications budget lines.
- Oversee the process of forecasting and planning income for analysis of the leadership team and Board of Trustees.
- Support fundraising strategy development and long term planning for growth.
- Explore and implement strategies for ensuring best use of charitable funds, and maintaining financial sustainability.
- Explore and implement innovative strategies to ensure that Growing Hope are raising funds as effectively as possible at both a national and a local level.
Marketing and Communication:

Role purpose
Compass is a service designed to support adults (18 years and over) in H&F and Hounslow. The service provides support with welfare benefits, debt, housing and well-being/peer support groups/workshops.
The role of the Information and Advice Worker will be to provide advice, guidance and customer representation to H&F and Hounslow residents living with mental health problems. Advice issues may include, housing, benefits, council tax, debt, signposting etc.

Aid Box Community (ABC) is a Bristol charity that provides hope, love and a sense of belonging to people seeking asylum in Bristol. The charity was started 7 years ago on the Refugee camps in France by a local mum and has grown and evolved to support over 5000 people a year through our Free Shop and Welcome Hub, Activity Groups and Trips and Connections Befriending program. We have 336 volunteers and a fantastic, small team and we are looking for a part time Finance Officer.

The Finance Officer will have a wide variety of financial management and control tasks from day to day bookkeeping to filing year end accounts. They will formally report to the Director of Strategy and liaise regularly with the Board Treasurer.
Role Overview
The Finance Officer is responsible for the smooth running of all day-to-day aspects of the financial management of Aid Box Community (ABC):

What we are looking for:
- A confident leader with line management experience of both staff and ideally volunteers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well the ability to influence, enthuse and work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Managing emotional support services can be challenging at times, you will need resilience to deal with difficult situations in a busy virtual environment,
- Someone with an eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement opportunities.
- Whilst this role predominantly involves day to day operations, you will be an ambassador for our department and services, so experience with media and PR interviews would be beneficial.
- Ideally you will come from a charity, health or social care background or have demonstrable customer service management experience from a similar industry (such as a contact centre).

Joining our Information & Support Team at an exciting time of growth in this new role, you'll provide crucial operational management for Marie Curie's Peer Support Services - our telephone companion and bereavement services. You'll line manage our Volunteer Co-ordinators and Peer Support staff ensuring the high quality provision of emotional support offered by over 150 volunteers, and be responsible for the development and expansion of these services, at a time when we know that more and more people need our support.
Whilst this is a busy role, responsible for the delivery of two growing services, the fulfilment that comes from seeing the positive impact on someone's life that we have supported, makes this role incredibly rewarding.
In this role, you will:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of Marie Curie's Peer Support Services to provide volunteer-delivered emotional support by phone to people living with a terminal illness, carers, family and friends as well as those who are bereaved from terminal illness.
- Line-manage a team of Volunteer Co-ordinators and Peer Support Officers ensure a high-quality service is provided to all service users and volunteers are recruited, trained and managed at the highest standard.
- Be responsible for service key performance indicators (KPIs), governance, leading on design and delivery of training to volunteers, and proactively managing the quality of our services.
- Alongside the Team Leader of our Support Line, act as a safeguarding lead, ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed and staff and volunteers receive the support that they need to deal with difficult situations.
- Support the growth plan for the services by proactively identifying opportunities to develop the services, working in partnership with other teams, and being an ambassador for the services within Marie Curie, and externally as required.

About the Role:
As our proactive and strategic Programme Information Analyst, you will identify information needs of key stakeholders, and define and develop reports and dashboards in response to these needs.
In this role, you will be responsible for improving the quality of key programme performance data through supporting the embedding of quality assurance processes, setting standards and tools, and providing training.as well as strengthening the capacity of CP and regional colleagues to systematically collect, analyse and use programme data to inform decision-making processes and organisational learning.
You'll also:
- Be responsible for the collation and analysis of operational and consolidated programme information for key audiences and reporting processes (including the Global Performance Measurement framework).
- Organise, analyse, makes accessible and promote programme data at a global level to inform global decision-making, learning and reporting
- Represent Programme Operations in organisational and cross-department data quality and data management initiatives
- In response to organisational and user requirements, define, develop, manage, maintain and update a suite of reports and dashboards that provide data for reporting, Country Programme SMT decision-making and key programme information for UK staff.
About You:
- Demonstrable experience of gathering and analysing requirements.
- Demonstrable hands-on experience of designing and building reports and dashboards using a variety of tools.
- Experience using and managing data collection and analytical platforms.
- Excellent writing skills, ability to disseminate and communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Although not essential, we also prefer you to have:
- Experience and expertise at writing SQL queries within SQL Server or similar tool
- A general understanding of the WASH sector, and Programme and Project Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation.

Job Description
Post Title: Young Women’s Worker
Location: The post will be based primarily at St Georges Hospital. However, all
Redthread team members must have a flexible approach to supporting other
sites across London when needed. There will be a need for regular visits to

- Support the Data Science Specialist in the team to develop the data science practice at WaterAid.

About You:
You'll be an experienced analytics manager with experience of leading analytics teams and projects.
To be successful, you'll need:
- Ability to work collaboratively and constructively as a team leader, empowering your team.
- Experience of influencing senior decision makers through clear and compelling articulation of evidence and insight.
- Demonstrable hands-on experience of building and delivering Business Intelligence (BI) solutions using BI technology.
