This is an exciting opportunity to join two well-established teams, YMCA Dialogue and the Single Point of Access (SPoA) service. We are looking for a Dialogue Project Administrator to provide vital administrative support to the SPoA team in Worthing, whilst also providing an important link between YMCA and SPoA and ensuring that both services work together effectively to provide wellbeing and mental health services for children and young people.
In delivering the role, you will provide efficient administrative and organisational support for YMCA Dialogue. This role will sit alongside colleagues from West Sussex County Council and Sussex Partnership Foundation Trust in the Single Point of Access (SPoA) for emotional wellbeing and mental health services for children and young people across West Sussex.
Hybrid role - working for a minimum of three days on site with the SPoA team in Worthing and the remaining days from home (Some travel across West Sussex may be required from time to time). Your expected working pattern will be Monday to Thursday, 9am - 5pm and Friday 9am to 4.30pm.

About the role
Sightsavers’ work in the field of education is driven by the principle of inclusive and equitable quality education and lifelong learning opportunities for all. We are looking for a Global Technical Lead – Inclusive Education to provide technical leadership and expertise in inclusive education to guide the development and delivery of specific initiatives and programmes.
As the Global Technical Lead for Inclusive Education, you will support Sightsavers to promote inclusive education for children, youth, and adults with disabilities in education systems in West Africa, East, Central and Southern Africa (ECSA), and South Asia. Working across multiple countries, you will ensure that disability inclusion is at the centre of conceptualisation, design and implementation of Sightsavers’ projects.
Strong communication skills in English and French are essential for this role, as is the availability to travel 12-16 weeks a year, nationally and internationally.
Principal accountabilities will include:
- To provide technical leadership and expertise in inclusive education at the programmatic level
- To strengthen the global programme portfolio in inclusive education through leading strategic and technical inputs in proposal development for funding opportunities.
- To pioneer new strategic initiatives and innovative approaches in inclusive education to improve and enhance the quality of Sightsavers’ work, especially in cross-cutting priority areas like climate action, gender equity and the use of data and evidence.
- To contribute to the research, innovation, policy, advocacy and communications agendas through close collaboration with interdepartmental teams and key external stakeholders.

This is an ideal opportunity to build on your existing expertise in leading and developing programmes in inclusive education in lower income countries. We are looking for a skilled communicator with the ability to build strong working relationships across different departments and work collaboratively as a member of our cross-functional teams. To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Postgraduate qualification (minimum Master’s) or equivalent experience in a relevant field, e.g. education, special needs education; disability, international development
- Business to fluent French language skills
- A proven record of leading, developing and implementing programmes in inclusive education in lower income countries.
- Experience of working with national governments and international institutions such as Global Partnership for Education, UN agencies, bilateral agencies as well as non-state actors to contribute to education system transformation.
- Knowledge of current developments, issues and best practice in inclusive education to effectively address the barriers to education for children with disabilities

YMCA What is Sexual Exploitation (WiSE) works to prevent and disrupt the sexual exploitation of children and young people aged 5-25 across East Sussex, Brighton and Hove, and Surrey. We are a specialist team of passionate, dedicated professionals who support each other to work in this challenging area. We deliver trauma informed, consent-based work with young people, schools, statutory services and Sussex Police. We focus on one-to-one interventions as well as group work, training for professionals.
As a Sexual Exploitation Worker SOLAH ("safer online at home") you will provide early intervention support to children and young people 5-25 years who have been identified as being at risk of sexual or criminal exploitation. In this role you will support these young people to stay safe online and, in their communities, by providing consultation, support and guidance to other professionals working directly with children and young people who are at risk of being exploited. Exploring risk, healthy/unhealthy relationships, sex and consent, negotiation and assertiveness, protective behaviours, personal boundaries, harmful sexual behaviours, gender identities and concepts of masculinity.
You will work in partnership with Sussex Police delivering short term interventions to young people who have been identified as having shared sexual content online. In addition, you will deliver Child Sexual Exploitation training to the wider professional workforce.
You will be primarily based in our partner Eastbourne office and travel to meet young people across East Sussex, with some opportunity to work from home. Work pattern can be discussed at interview. It is essential you hold a full UK driving license and have access to your own car for this role.

This is an exciting opportunity for a well-organised and professional individual to join our team to support our work with young LGBTQ+ people facing homelessness. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quantitative analysis of Services data, generating key insights to inform strategic direction and demonstrate akt’s impact.
- Produce regular internal reports for Services management on progress towards key performance indicators.
- Lead on presenting data to various audiences, including Services staff, senior management, Trustees, and funders.
- Build reports and dashboards on our CRM, In-Form (SalesForce), to support with data analysis and monitoring, and help Services staff to manage their caseload and performance.

Summary
ABOUT THE ROLE
The purpose of the Regional Safeguarding Lead role is to support safeguarding practice in dioceses and cathedrals across the Church of England.
As a Regional Safeguarding Lead, you will support the development of best safeguarding practices in one of eight regional clusters of Diocesan Boards of Finance (DBFs) and cathedrals. Providing professional supervision and quality assurance to Safeguarding Officers, you will support the implementation of the National Safeguarding Standards to encourage consistency of practice. You will also support Church bodies to respond to the findings of the Independent Safeguarding Audit Programme.
You will facilitate the sharing of best practices and resources, group supervision, and the commissioning of joint initiatives between Church bodies. Working closely with senior managers, senior clergy and other stakeholders, you will ensure Church-wide consistency in approach.
You'll be responsible for:
- Providing 1:1 professional supervision to Safeguarding Officers in dioceses and cathedrals, informed by the 4x4x4 integrated/restorative model of supervision (Morrisson & Wonnacott).
- Providing advice and guidance on individual cases and safeguarding-related situations.
- Using tools and frameworks to examine practices and processes ensuring the Church of England's National Safeguarding Standards are being consistently met or worked towards.
- Leading regional networks of safeguarding professionals from dioceses and cathedrals, and facilitating joint working, sharing of resources and other mutual support arrangements.
- Establishing effective relationships with key stakeholders within dioceses and cathedrals, in particular, their senior leadership teams.
