About the role:
We are looking for an Independent Domestic Violence Advocate (IDVA) to work alongside our current specialist teams across Bedfordshire. This is a part time post working Monday to Friday, this is currently a hybrid working role.
As an IDVA you will be:
- Providing a high quality support and advocacy service to victims of domestic abuse.
- Managing a caseload; identifying and assessing risks and needs, providing a tailored crisis intervention service through individual safety planning, advocacy, emotional and practical support.
- Working with other agencies and advocating on behalf of service users in order to help them access services to keep them safe.
- Working within a multi-agency framework consisting of partners as well as MARAC and other local partnerships to offer a coordinated response to domestic abuse.
- Promoting the service and raise awareness of domestic abuse through the delivery of training to a range of local partners
You will need:
- Experience of working in support and advocacy with victims of domestic abuse is advantageous
- To be able to prioritise work and deal with competing or conflicting demands/needs and interests and promote organisation interests and values.
- To ideally hold a SafeLives IDVA accreditation, relevant degree, vocational qualification or relevant experience of delivering a service and working with domestic abuse victim's/service users in a statutory, voluntary or community work setting.

The Team
IPS Grow is a national programme designed to support the expansion of Individual Placement and Support (IPS) services in mental health, primary care, and drug and alcohol teams across England. The programme is led by the organisation in partnership with the Centre for Mental Health. It is funded by NHS England and Improvement (NHSE/I), the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), and the Office for Health Improvement and Disparities (OHID).
About the Role
The Workforce Leads will play a crucial role in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of IPS Employment Specialists within their designated regions. You will support the scale up of the IPS workforce by ensuring high-quality recruitment processes, comprehensive training programs, and effective onboarding practices. The Workforce Leads will work closely with IPS Grow Regional Managers, local and national stakeholders, including NHS services, to recruit the IPS workforce needed to achieve high levels of employment outcomes for IPS clients.

About the role

The Educational Mental Health Practitioner (EMHP) programme is a one-year postgraduate diploma course and is part of the Children and Young People’s Mental Health Psychological Training Programmes (formerly CYP IAPT). The programme trains graduate entry mental health practitioners to work in educational settings offering help for common difficulties in children and young people including anxiety, low mood and behavioural difficulties, primarily with a focus on CBT-informed evidence-based guided self-help interventions. The programme is a key part of the Green Paper proposals to increase the child mental health workforce.
In collaboration with University College London (UCL) as the degree awarding body, Anna Freud is recruiting a Practice Tutor to support the delivery of the EMHP Programme.
The Practice Tutors will be expected to facilitate practice tutor groups, contribute to the training and support EMHP trainees in a variety of ways to develop their learning and practice as EMHPs. The post-holders will also contribute to teaching sessions, undertake marking, personal tutoring and other similar tasks to support the delivery of the programme.
The ideal candidates must have knowledge and experience of delivering CBT or CBT-informed interventions for low mood and anxiety as well evidence-based interventions for behavioural difficulties and have experience in inclusive facilitation of small group learning.
Location
Hybrid (a mixture of home/onsite working), the delivery of teaching and Practice Tutor Groups facilitation by the post-holder is almost all face-to-face. For face-to-face work, the post-holder will be required to attend in person at our London office (4-8 Rodney Street, London N1 9JH).

Ideally you will be QCF/NVQ level 3 qualified or have a willingness to work towards this qualification. Program Directors are accountable to the CEO and are responsible for ensuring quality execution of programs; strengthening routine monitoring systems; leading evidence-based decision-making; and driving highly leveraged outcomes. Experience

Able to demonstrate methodical program oversight and management, you will need an exemplary work ethic with a drive for achieving concrete results from often complex environments.
Knowledge wise we are looking for strong understanding of labour markets and development economics; excellent data analysis skills; project finance/private sector experience could be advantageous.

The St Mungo’s Pan London Rough Sleeping Teams provide a rapid response service, intervening to ensure no one needs to sleep rough. We are currently looking for a Case Coordinator to join our Somewhere Safe to Stay (SSTS) team in West London. The SSTS team aim is to provide a preventative service to support people in avoiding rough sleeping, or to get off the streets quickly and into suitable alternative accommodation.
In the role of Case Coordinator, you will:
- Play a central role in coordinating the day to day case work of the team to ensure high quality personalised casework. You will
- Work in partnership with local authorities, accommodation services, statutory and voluntary agencies to ensure that clients move on from the service into the appropriate accommodation with the correct support in place.
- Provide line management, support and supervision to Assessment and Reconnection Workers.
In this non-shift role, you will work on site in Cromwell Road, West London within normal office hours Monday – Friday. However, on occasion you may be asked to work flexibly in order to support the team or a particular client on an evening or weekend. You may also be required to work across our triage hub, and other emergency hotel locations as required.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities
1 Provide information, advice and support to parents/carers of disabled children individually and in group sessions
2 Signpost parents/carers to appropriate services for their whole family provided by the statutory sector, voluntary sector and Umbrella
3 Supporting parents/carers to access and engage with services as appropriate
4 To hold a small caseload of families who need early intervention support, providing those families with more intensive support including regular telephone calls, home visits, signposting and attending meetings and appointments with them.
5 To work closely with Umbrella teams, ensuring a smooth handover
6 Develop and maintain strong and effective working relationships with staff working with disabled children and their families employed by other local agencies
7 Develop a high level of knowledge of local services
8 Facilitate a comprehensive range of well supported parent support groups across the area, taking account of geographical and community issues
9 Supporting and directing volunteers to provide peer support and help with group activities
10 Collating and reporting on relevant statistical and other performance information
11 Working with parents/carers to continually improve the service.
General Responsibilities
1 Manage and organise your own time and activities to ensure tasks are prioritised, and agreed deadlines are met
2 Assist with the marketing and promotion of the service
3 Work closely with Parent /Carer Forums and Information, Advice Support Services.
4 Take an active part in continuing to develop own knowledge and skills relevant to the job, attending training as required
5 Keep clear and comprehensive case notes
6 Maintain confidentiality
7 Support parents/carers and young people to express their views
8 Work with parents to identify and develop new ways of providing effective support to parents, including the use of ICT and social media
9 To contribute to Umbrella service reports and bulletins.

What we’re looking for in our Associate Director of Capital, Estates and Facilities:
- An experienced, qualified Estates & Facilities Management professional with:
- Proven experience at a senior management level in a large, complex organisation, demonstrating strategic and operational leadership
- Strong background in contract negotiation, estates management, and compliance in facilities
- Knowledge of large service contracts, experience of successful contract negotiation and long-term contract management
- Specialist knowledge regarding compliance issues in estates, fleet and facilities
- Experience in capital planning and development with an ability to lead significant change management projects
- Expertise in environmental management, health and safety, and budget oversight.
- First degree or equivalent professional award in appropriate Estates and Facilities Management

An Outreach Practitioner is required to work on a part time contract for a drug and alcohol charity based in Wokingham.
The role is working 21-28 hours per week, providing support to clients who are unable to access the service.
